It says it takes 6-8 weeks to process, so I recommend you sign up well in advance of your actual birthday.

I was very disappointed when I phoned about the birthday ribs only to find out they changed the way it was being done now. Why don’t they let you know that you now have to reinstate your request for the free ribs on your birthday? I was looking very forward to the meal this March.

We always receive our birthday club coupon for our birthdays once a year. This year we did not receive my husbands for July 10th. Sometimes they are are after the date to be used in the month. It is now August andno sign of it yet.
