I filled my cart and then applied the VALENTINE discount. When I applied it took away the B2G3 and the 3 for $10 minis. That being said, 40% off sitewide is still a better buy, but I wasn’t able to combine them.
It was working when I posted this but I just tried it again and you are right they have since changed it. I would suggest seeing which is the better deal, the 40% off or the B3G2 Free.
