Buytopia: Up to 50% Off Frozen Yogurt @ Yogurty’s (ON & AB)

Buytopia: Up to 50% Off Frozen Yogurt @ Yogurty’s (ON & AB)

Buytopia is selling vouchers for up to 50% off frozen yogurt at Yogurty’s Froyo. You can either pay $6 for $10 worth of frozen yogurt and toppings or you can pay $25 for five $10 vouchers (for 50% off).

Yogurty’s only has locations in Ontario and Alberta. However, given the population of Ontario it is still a very good deal. The three locations in Alberta are Edmonton, St. Alberta, and Sherwood Park.

Despite living in Edmonton for most of my life, I had never heard of Yogurty’s before. With only three locations, I now understand why. I do love frozen yogurt and enjoy it better than ice cream. It also tends to be healthier than ice cream and has a larger variety of flavours that often taste better than the ice cream equivalents. I love lime or lemon frozen yogurts, whereas ice creams with the same flavours do not taste quite as good in my opinion.

At Yogurt’s, choose from over 100 frozen yogurt flavours and over 50 topping including fresh fruit. I could almost do a 50/50 ratio with my topics and yogurt! Low fat, no fat, gluten-free, and kosher frozen yogurt options are available. All their yogurt is made with Canadian milk. They also have a selection of dairy-free sorbets for those with lactose intolerance.

You may buy as many vouchers as you like for yourself or as gifts. You must use the entire promotional value in one visit, whether that is the first $6 for $10 offer or one of the $10 vouchers you bought in bulk. There is also a limit of one voucher per transaction. Thankfully, you can just give one to each member of the family and they can ‘buy’ their own frozen yogurt. You will have to pay the difference if you go over the $10 and you will have to pay taxes, as those are not included.

The vouchers do not expire until the 24th of March 2014. You have plenty of time to use them between the 25th of September (when they become valid) and then. If you redeem them after they have expired, you will simply get the value you paid (either $6 or $25) applied to your purchase.

Either purchase for yourself, or buy the five $10 vouchers for $25 to save money on a family treat. Nearly 2000 vouchers have already been purchased, and I do not know if there is a limited quantity. I do wish this company was in BC though!

Yogurtys Canada: B1G1 Free Fro-Yo For Mom

Yogurtys Canada: B1G1 Free Fro Yo For Mom

Treat Mom to some delicious frozen yogurt at Yogurtys today as you can buy one and get hers for free.

I absolutely adore frozen yogurt and loving going to get that treat with my kiddos. This deal is the perfect one for me, although I think a better deal would be for all my kids to get their yogurt free, since I have three kids. This deal is perfect for any Mom, young or old, new or experienced. It looks like this deal will be on the 16oz cup format and your purchase has to be $5 or more, which I’m sure is not hard to do.

Take a look at the menu before you go so you can drool a little with over 150 flavours of self-serve frozen yogurt and lots of yummy, nutritious and not-so toppings. What I like to do is put every single flavour in my cup so I try a bit of each. Then I add toppings that are healthy and ones that are just for fun. My favourites are chia seeds or broken chocolate bars. Its all about balance, you know.

Which should I get? Creme brulee or dulce de leche heaven? Give me S’mores or lucky mint white chocolate? I know – orange cream or salted caramel!

BOGO Yogurt For V-Day & Family Day

BOGO Yogurt For V Day & Family Day

Next weekend we have both Valentine’s Day and Family Day to celebrate. One of my favourite and my family’s favourite things to do is get frozen yogurt. I try to stay on the healthy side, the kids and hubby try to pile it with lots of treats. Either way, it is fun to get and yummy to eat. I found out about some buy one get one free deals this week for those celebratory days and thought I’d pass it on to you.

Yogurtys has a buy one, get one 50% off deal going on from the 10th until the 17th of February. They are a self-serve yogurt place, which is what I love, with over 150 total flavours in low-fat, no-fat, dairy free, tart or sherbet. My problem is always that I can’t ever pick just one, which is why self-serve is great because you don’t look like an idiot asking for a little bit of this and a little bit of that and that too, oh and that one too. You just serve yourself and be happy with your choice.

If you prefer to be served rather than serve yourself, Yogen Fruz will do that for you. They can custom mix the flavours you want and they even have greek yogurt, which is really high in protein. They are also offering buy one, get one 50% off from February 10th to the 17th.

Those are the two deals I found, although I can bet other local stores in your area will offer some deals too.
