I did some looking around and most places are selling it for about $800, although I didn’t see a lot of places selling it online in Canada. Really great TV. Perfect size for my office/studio. Picture quality is excellent. I calibrated the tv using settings I found with a quick google search. Sound is ok, but as with most flat screens it lacks a really impressive on board audio set up. Xbox 360 games look incredible. I’ve been playing Skyrim and Battlefield 3 and am blown away by the picture. I fired up amazon prime (through Viera Cast) and watched Troll Hunter in HD. Again, beautiful picture (and awesome low budget Norwegian movie).

This is one of those shows that everyone has been telling me to watch but I just haven’t got around to it.  I keep hearing what a great show it is so this deal got my interest. This first season was priced at $99.99 but is now just $49.99 for a limited time only.

Watched the first season to catch up to the second season starting recently… This is such a great show and I haven’t even read the books yet which I will be doing now for sure!

The Game of Throne is fabulous. I am reading the books and I think the actors are perfect for their roles. Everything about this show is so wonderfully done. Each episode leaves you wanting, no needing to see the next. High recommended!

I really enjoy the medieval genre and this is right up there with Dune…Can’t wait until year two can be purchased.

I have also heard that the books are excellent and I am waiting on a great deal for these as well.  If you are not in a rush to get your order, use the super saver shipping for free shipping.  I do this every time and I have always got my orders within the week even if it has stated a longer delivery time.

The TV show classics that are on sale are all of our favorites from the 60′s all the way up to the 90′s.  When I saw the Full House series included in this collection I almost jumped out of my seat! iTunes Canada has reduced the price for the BBC Sherlock Seasons 1 and Seasons 2. Previously they were $19.99 for the HD seasons, and they are now only $14.99 each. That is a 25% price drop. The Non-HD Seasons have also dropped in price down to $10.99 each.

iTunes has the best price by far for these seasons. If you price compare with Amazon Canada you will see a major difference. Sherlock Season 1 is $24.99 on Amazon Canada for the regular, and Season 2 is $29.99. Those are just for the regular seasons, not the blu-ray.

I absolutely love this series, it is my absolute favourite! I got both my seasons on iTunes and just backed up to my external hard drive. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait for this deal, and bought them at their previous full price! I am a ‘Sherlockian’ and love the way John and Sherlock are represented in this version. Though, I always pictured Moriarty a little older, and taller.
