Starbucks Canada Promo Code: Free Shipping On Orders Over $50 (+ Free Taster Cup With Purchase)

There is still time to take advantage of a free shipping offer on orders over $50 at Starbucks! Shipping is usually only free on orders over $75, so promotion like these are definitely great, especially for all you Starbucks lovers. Plus, you can also receive a taster cup for free with purchase of a 1lb bag of the Anniversary Blend.

Click here to shop @ Starbucks.ca now

  • Coupon Code: FALLFREESHIP
  • Discount: free shipping on $50+
  • Expiry: 7th September 2014

At first, I figured that the free taster cup included with purchase of a pound of the Anniversary blend is the Anniversary Siren’s Tail mug, but as the name implies, it really is a taster cup. Valued at $4.95, the taster cup closely resembles it’s larger counterpart in that it features Starbucks’ iconic siren on a blue background, but unlike the mug, it’s handleless. Also, while the mug can hold 355ml (12 fl oz), the taster cup can only hold 90ml (3 fl oz). Since the mug is both microwave and dishwasher safe, I can also assume that the taster cup is also. I have a very bad habit of taking hours to drinking my coffee, so any mug that is microwave safe is ideal for me as I often re-heat my coffee!

The Anniversary Blend is definitely one of Starbucks’ more popular blends for its boldness and spicy notes. Aged for three to five years, the Anniversary Blend’s beans lend a bold and spicy taste to one of Starbucks’ most popular blends. I have had the opportunity to taste this coffee a number of times and every sip has been delightful. At $18.95 per pound, it’s definitely a great coffee to give to anyone as a gift, especially in combination with this taster cup. Either that or you could also bust out the cup for guests to try! The only hitch is that if you want more than one taster cup for free, you’re going to need create seperate orders as the number of taster cups don’t increase with the number of Anniversary blend coffees added to the basket.

Since you do still need to reach a $50 minimum threshold for the above Starbucks promo code to work, I suggest you also check out the Summer Sale. I spotted a number of great deals like these ones:

What is your favourite Starbucks blend? Let us know in the comments section!

Keurig Canada: 15% Off All K-Cups

Posted by on September 2, 2014 at 5:30 PM

Keurig Canada: 15% Off All K Cups

Need K-cups? Then head over to Keurig right now because you can now save 15% off all Keurig brewed beverages during their Labour Day Sale.

Since I’m a huge coffee addict, I am always on the look-out for a good deal on k-cups because paying full-price for them is not only extremely not worth it money-wise, but it’s also completely useless. As I mentioned during the last promotion that Keurig ran, I always calculate whether any given deal is worth it by dividing the total price of the box of k-cups by the amount of cups inside. In this case for instance, you’re looking at paying about $0.55 per k-cup, which is actually even better than during their last promotion. In fact, the last time that they were offering a similar discount was back in celebration of Saint-Patrick’s Day, during which you could save anywhere from 5% to 20% off your purchases. So, if you’re out of k-cups or are about to run out, then now is definitely a good time to save.

If this is your first time buying from Keurig.ca, then keep in mind that you will automatically be considered a member and you will benefit from the member price immediately.

For all of you Starbucks fans, you will be happy to know that Keurig has recently added Starbucks k-cups to its long list of k-cup varieties with the following popular brews to pick from:

All four of these are priced at $18.35 per box of 24 k-cups and although it’s more expensive than Timothy’s or Van Houtte coffee, which is on averaege $13.35 per box, it’s nevertheless cheaper than if you were to buy directly from the Starbucks Stores. To give you an idea, 24-count boxes of Verona or Veranda coffee are $22.95 at Starbucks.ca.

If you haven’t already, then I definitely suggest you give Timothy’s Morning Blend coffee a try. It’s $13.35 for 24 k-cups and here’s what one reviewer had to say about it:

Gentle, non brassy coffee. I was very prone to drinking Timothy’s Breakfast Blend but this far surpasses it for flavour, smoothness, general taste. This will be my morning coffee of choice from now on.

K-cups of coffee aren’t the only ones on special as you can also save on a variety of teas like the Lipton Refresh Iced tea. A box of 22 k-cups in down to $13.35 as well.

Shipping is free on orders over $45.

Starbucks Store Canada Promo Code: 25% Off VIA Refreshers or Iced Coffee

Posted by on July 18, 2014 at 1:00 PM

Starbucks Store Canada Promo Code: 25% Off VIA Refreshers or Iced Coffee

Starbucks fiends rejoice! This weekend only, you can save an additional 25% on all Starbucks VIA Refreshers or Iced Coffee, including those that are already on sale.

Get VIA Ready Brew products @ Starbucks.ca now

  • Coupon Code: 25OFFICED
  • Discount: 25% off VIA Refreshers or Iced Coffee
  • Expiry: 20th July, 2014

What is VIA?

Starbuck’s VIA product line basically features a line of ready-made tea or coffee pouches that you pour over either hot or iced water. No other equipment is necessary, just: a glass, the pouch, water, ice (for Refreshers) and voila, instant refreshment!

Which products qualify for the code?
Although the Starbucks promo code above isn’t applicable towards the VIA line of Ready Brew or Latte coffee, you can use it on these products:

  • VIA Refreshers Very Berry Hibiscus: reg. $6.95 / $5.22 with code
  • VIA Refreshers Cool Lime: now $4.95 (reg. $6.95) $3.72 with code
  • VIA Iced Coffee: reg. $7.95 / $5.97 with code

While the iced tea packets come with five pouches, the iced coffee one comes with six instead. As I’m a self-proclaimed coffee addict, I’m most excited about trying out the iced coffee one, especially since it has a general consensus of five stars out of five with positive reviews like this one:

I go to my local Starbucks for iced coffee’s every other day and this is really close to what I get in the store….Just love it!!!

It is naturally sweetened with cane sugar, though you might need to add your regular cream or milk if that’s how you normally drink your coffee. Since ice has the terrible effect of diluting your drink, you could also make a batch of this coffee ahead of time (or maybe even brew it regularly), pour it into an ice cube tray and use those coffee ice cubes to then pour your next drink over.

I used to be a Starbucks addict and I know how crucial it can be to get that fix of your favourite drink, so I can definitely see these pouches coming in handy for a dark Starbucks-less day. These could also be a great substitute for those of you who don’t have a Starbucks store near you, or maybe even for taking to work.

Shipping is free on orders over $75. For all purchases that don’t meet that threshold, a $4.95 shipping fee will apply. You can also try checking out the online exclusives category for more Starbucks merchandise to save on. Simply hover over “gifts & extras” tab at the top of any Starbucks page and click on “online exclusives”. You could, for instance, get 18 Veranda Blend portion packs of coffee on sale for $37.95 instead of $49.50.

Moosers, have you tried Starbucks’ VIA Refreshers or Iced Coffee? What did you think?

David’s Tea Canada: Free Tea For Kids On Sunday!

Posted by on July 12, 2014 at 8:00 AM

Davids Tea Canada: Free Tea For Kids On Sunday!

Head to a David’s Tea store this Sunday and your kids can get their tea on! All kids under 12 get a free tea. Yippee!

I’ve been trying to get my kids to drink tea for a while now. They guzzle the juice I buy them, which is full of sugar and pretty much nothing else, even though I buy the organic, 100% fruit juice. It gets expensive and I worry about their teeth and all the extra sugar they really don’t need. Tea, on the other hand is healthy and while not completely inexpensive, probably cheaper than juice. They love Nestea iced tea, which is of course full of sugar, so I didn’t think the switch would be this hard. But, I think taking them to David’s Tea this week, where they’ll be served a free tea might make them open their minds a little. And, if they try it and don’t want it, yay, free tea for me!

This isn’t just any tea, either. With flavours like magic dragon, cotton candy, root beer float and cherry snocone, the kids are bound to love them!

I noticed this really cute kids’ iced tea mug, which, if your kids happen to love the tea they try, you could get to make drinking tea even cooler for them. I love the little lemon guy on the side as it is childish, but mature enough that my older kids would use this cup.

Imagine days of sitting on your porch swing, drinking iced tea with your kids. I can’t wait for Sunday!

Teavana Canada Promo Codes: $5 – $25 Off

Teavana Canada Promo Codes: $5 $25 Off

Love Teavana? Then you’re going to love their latest coupon codes as you can save up to $25 on your order! Get $5 off orders over $50, $15 off purchases over $75 and a whopping $25 off if you shop for over $100, but take heed because these coupons expire at the end of the weekend.

Click here to shop @ Teavana.com now

  • Coupon Code: CHOOSE5
  • Discount: $5 off $50
  • Coupon Code: CHOOSE15
  • Discount: $15 off $75
  • Coupon Code: CHOOSE25
  • Discount: $25 off $100
  • Expiry: 13th July 2014

I love Teavana’s main banner text on their homepage: “sippin’ sunshine” in reference to their new iced tea cups. Available in a variety of styles and colours, they range from $7.95 to $24.95. I’m particularly tempted to get the yellow sorbet tumbler because of the delicious memories the name brings up for me. Just yesterday I bought and tried the Island Way sorbets, as per my dad’s recommendation, and ohmygosh are they ever delicious! They come in six main flavours like mango/orange, pina colada etc, and each comes in a natural shell (i.e. a coconut shell, half of an orange etc.).

To get back on topic though, the yellow sorbet tumbler is $14.95 and can hold up to 12 ounces (330ml) of tea or any other liquid of your choice. In fact, it can even be used for hot beverages, though it might be a little weird drinking coffee from a yellow tumbler. It’s BPA-free and the lid is made to avoid spills, which is a main feature I look for in a tumbler because I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of spills my purses have endured over the years. This same tumbler is also available in other colours like blue, berry, or green.

The good news is that these codes are also applicable to sale items, which you can find by clicking on tea products from the overhead menu on Teavana’s site. In fact, the Tropical Nut Paradise rooibos tea that I wrote about a couple of days ago is still available at 75% off for just $1.95 for two ounces.

This could also be a great opportunity to get a cast iron teapot, especially since these are the best for tea brewing. They’re more expensive than regular teapots by a long shot, but the important thing to know about them is that they enhance the flavour of tea, especially over time, and they also hold heat much better. I have been eyeing the Imperial Dragon cast iron teapot for a while now because of its lovely design, but since it’s regularly-priced at $189.95, the code above would definitely bring it down to a much better price of just $164.95. A more affordable cast iron teapot would be the Dragonfly one as it’s just $69.95 (or $64.95 with the code) and it features as lovely of a design.

Shipping is free on all orders over $50. For more Teavana coupon codes, be sure to keep an eye on the Bargainmoose forum.

Teavana Coupon Code: Free Shipping With No Minimum

Teavana Coupon Code: Free Shipping With No Minimum

Get free shipping with no minimum from Teavana using their coupon code.

Click here to shop @ Teavana.com now

  • Coupon Code: TEASUMMERSHIP
  • Discount: free shipping
  • Expiry: 30th June 2014

Normally, you’d have to spend $50 to get free shipping, which in my opinion, is a lot of tea! You might just want to restock your favourite flavour or try a new one and not have to spend that much money in the process. I recently read this article in Oprah magazine about how the world has gone tea crazy. Everyone from MMA fighters to children to Oprah herself drinks tea. I recently began a little obsession with tea, although I don’t go for anything with caffeine. I think switching to tea is great for those who drink sugary juices, pops and the like, because tea is so healthy for you and basically deplete of calories. I read that just by switching to tea, you can really lose some weight, which makes total sense. For me, I only drink water anyway, so this is just like fancying up my water.

I would really love to find a tea flavour that I can chill and that my whole family will drink and love. I’ve tried a few and they find the actual tea taste too strong, even if I add sugar, but I’m still looking.

This blackberry mojito green tea is probably not best for my kids with caffeine in it, but it sounds so delicious and green tea is so healthy for you. You can get as low as 2 oz. for $7.98 and still enjoy your free shipping.

Their infuser tumblers are also a great way to take your tea with you. They look good and are durable made with double wall plastic. These are $19.98.

Always check for Teavana coupons before ordering anything.

David’s Tea Canada: $1 Iced Tea Of The Day Refill With One Time Purchase Of Iced Tea Mug

Posted by on June 12, 2014 at 10:00 PM

Davids Tea Canada: $1 Iced Tea Of The Day Refill With One Time Purchase Of Iced Tea Mug

How do you feel about sipping on an iced tea every day of the summer for just one dollar? That’s right! David’s Tea’s $1 iced teas of the day refills are back, which means that if you bring one of their iced tea travel mugs, then you can get the iced tea of the day for just one dollar.

The iced tea travel mug is $14.50 and is surprisingly good quality. I have it and I have to admit that I was somewhat iffy about its effectiveness but it definitely keeps my iced drinks cool. What I like the most about it is that it has yet to leak in my purse, even though I have found it turned upside down countless of times.

It comes in a 160z (473ml) and features a silicone grip to ensure that you won’t drop it if too much condensation builds up on the outside. Even better is that you can also use it for hot drinks. I haven’t yet tried it out on anything hot, but judging by how good it is with cold drinks, I imagine it would be just as great at holding a hot drinks hot.

Although the description claims that this mug can handle anything thrown its way, I wouldn’t advise throwing it into the dishwasher. I have had one too many tumblers break because of the high heat from the wash cycle.

You can also get a kids’ iced tea mug for just $9.50.

Every week, David’s Tea releases a list of their tea of the day for the week on their Facebook page, so be sure to check it out to plan your week! Davids Tea Canada: $1 Iced Tea Of The Day Refill With One Time Purchase Of Iced Tea Mug

Shipping is free on orders over $50, so it would be a good idea to grab a couple of teas while you’re getting your mug. My favourite is the hot tropic tea, which just so happens to be their tea of the month right now. It’s the perfect tea to brew over ice as its main ingredients are mango and coconut, which provide for a refreshing blend. Although you can get 50g for $7.50. if you get 100g for $15, then you will also get a free tin.Plus, each order also qualifies for 3 free samples of tea.

Starbucks Canada: Bring in Your Own Reusable Mug, Get a Free Tea or Coffee for Earth Day

Starbucks Canada: Bring in Your Own Reusable Mug, Get a Free Tea or Coffee for Earth Day

Happy Earth Day from Starbucks Canada! Visit a participating location today and get a free tea or coffee when you use your own reusable mug.

It’s Earth Day today. I’ll probably be commemorating the day doing Earthy crafts with my young son, or maybe digging out our garden plot if it doesn’t rain (c’mon Earth, don’t rain, I want to plant my garden on your special day!). But these activities require energy, and I could use a little more of it. Luckily for me, there’s a Starbucks at the end of my street and they’re offering free coffee for Earth Day.

To get your free coffee (or tea) all you have to do is bring your own reusable mug or tumbler into a Starbucks location. This freebie is only valid on Starbucks’ brewed coffees and teas, so you won’t be able to get anything fancy with caramel sauce or whipped cream or whatever else you like to throw into your beverage, just good old-fashioned basic coffee or tea. Which works out well for me, as that’s all I ever get from Starbucks.

The promotion mentions that this free offer is only available at “participating locations,” so hopefully it’s valid at mine. They’ve posted it to the Starbucks Facebook and Twitter accounts so it should be pretty widespread, but you can always call ahead to check if you don’t want to be disappointed. You can find contact information for Starbucks Canada locations with the store locator on their website.

You can take advantage of this offer all day today for Earth Day (April 22).

  • Discount: $10 off $45 & free shipping
  • Expiry: 25th March 2014

As I said above, if you had subscribed to our weekly newsletter, you would have read about this promo code for tea and tea supplies at Teavana yesterday, because today is the last day it is valid. This is a really great coupon as you’ll save $10 on a minimum spend of $45, which is really not that much.

I love tea and I love Oprah Winfrey and I see that she is creating a special tea for Teavana. She almost seems to know all the good things to read, watch and now drink!

You could get the stainless steel insulated tumbler, so you can take your hot or cold tea wherever you go and not worry about it spilling. I go to playgroup every week and we are told no hot drinks, but I’m sure in something as secure as this, you could actually enjoy your tea while the kids play – $27.95. Add two types of tea, like this white ayurvedic chai tea and this wonderberry chocolate truffle oolong tea, both only $10.98. Instead of spending $51.94, you’ll spend $41.94.

Normally, you’d get free shipping on orders over $50, but with our coupon, you’ll only need to spend the $45.

Teavana Canada: Up To 75% Off Iced Tea Essentials

With the warm weather on its slow way, get ready for sweltering days in your hammock with some iced tea essentials, now up to 75% off at Teavana.

I’ve recently become obsessed with tea and my oldest son is obsessed with iced tea. While he hasn’t seemed to like the kinds I make (opting instead for the sugary Nestea), I’m not giving up on the quest to find him an alternative drink to sugary ones.

While the sale says up to 30% off, I saw a number of items that were way more heavily discounted than that, like this iced tea pitcher with an orange lid. It is now 75% off so you’ll pay only $4.99, was $19.99.

The perfect teamaker is also on sale and not only does it look good, it works really well. Like it says, it is the perfect tea maker. It is now only $13.97.

If you are looking for tea, the exotic iced tea gift set is 30% off, and makes the perfect gift for someone you care about or someone you want to thank for a great job well done. Now only $48.97, it comes with a number of yummy flavours like watermelon mint chiller. I think I have a winner on what might get my son on to the real iced tea side.

Shipping is free when you spend over $50 and you’ll also pick up a free sample.

David’s tea has some yummy deals on this month that are just waiting for you to drink them in. Save up to 50% on loose leaf tea, tea gift kits, cups, pots, and more.

The Chai collection is on sale for 40% off with the discount applied at checkout. Originally $19.50, this collection of three teas comes down to $11.70 in your cart. Enjoy the earthly flavours of:

  • Pure Chai (46g/1.6oz) – A classic, perfectly balanced chai with cinnamon and cloves.

Future Shop Canada: Bodum Assam Tea Press Only $18 (Was $30)

Future Shop Canada: Bodum Assam Tea Press Only $18 (Was $30)

Today only, get the Bodum Assam tea press for only $17.99 at Future Shop, with a full price of $30. Also, get 30% off select kettles to boil the water for your tea.

I have the Bodum Assam tea press and if I could ask one kitchenware item to be my Valentine, it would be this one. I love it so much that I made a tea as soon as I saw this deal. It is good. Not just a pretty gift, this item is very useful. You have full control over the steep of your tea. Little did I know that you should stop the steeping after a certain time or the tea gets bitter. I would have thought the longer the better, but this is not so. So, you put in your tea, add your water and check the package of tea for how long the tea should steep. Once the time is up, you simply push the press down to stop the steep.

You can use loose leaf tea or tea bags and the really cool part is that you can recycle the tea and use it again. I did not know that! You can also share your tea with 2 or 3 other people or keep it all to yourself while you laugh a wicked laugh. That’s what I do.

If you don’t have a kettle and boil your water in a pot like I do, good for you. But if you are getting really sick of this like I am, check out the sale on electric kettles, now 30% off.

Shipping is free once you spend $20 so you might want to pony up another few dollars for something else to save your shipping costs.

Buytopia Canada: $15 For $30 Worth of Tea At Teayama

Buytopia Canada: $15 For $30 Worth of Tea At Teayama

Get $30 worth of tea and tea accessories at Teayama for only $15 with this deal from Buytopia. You’ll even get free shipping if you spend a total of $45 (including your $30 voucher), which means your total spend of $30 gets you free shipping and $45 worth of tea.

My husband got me a Bodum tea press for Christmas. It is gorgeous and I wanted to use it right away, but it just didn’t seem right used the bags of Tazo tea I had. I wanted to try loose-leaf tea. So, off I trod to David’s Tea at the mall, where the salespeople delighted my senses with about one million different types of tea until I picked one out of sheer exhaustion. The tea was 50% off but came to over $30, which left my mouth gaping. I didn’t realize tea was so costly. This deal from Buytopia really brings the price down for you, so  you can keep enjoying your tea! My new year’s resolution is actually to drink more tea as it is basically calorie free, improves wellness and is such a great sensory experience. That is one resolution that is easy to stick to.

Teayama has a handy dandy tea selector, which tells you which tea is right for you. This is great for a beginning tea drinker like myself. They have select teas of the weeks and this week the tea is Yuzu berry sencha, which is citrusy and floral and has some great health benefits. It is 50% off right now, so a 50g size is only $3, was $6.

You can buy two vouchers for yourself and two as gifts but they expire in March and there is a limit of one voucher per purchase.
