SiriusXM Radio Canada: 3 Free Months of Satellite Radio

Summer weather brings breezy drives and road trips. Why not listen to the radio commercial free by subscribing to Sirius XM Radio Canada? Right now Sirius XM has a promo code that will get you a 3 month subscription for totally free, if you are a new member. Just enter the code when you sign up online and voila – enjoy your road trip with your favourite satellite radio station.

Click here to sign up for free @ Sirius XM Radio Canada

  • Coupon code: FREE3M
  • Discount: 3 month subscription for free
  • Expiry: Unknown

Unfortunately, my truck is “new to me” but previously had a Sirius Radio subscription, so this promotional code will not work. I did get my mom to try the code though, and it worked for her. To enjoy 3 free months of satellite radio, you must be a new member. You will also need your 8 digit Radio ID which can be a little difficult to find. On newer vehicles, turn to Channel 0 on the XM option to see your Radio ID. On older vehicles, refer to this list I found on the Sirius Radio website.

There are also two other coupon codes available right now to get you a discount if you already have a subscription. These codes will allow you to get Sirius XM Satellite Radio for $2.49/month (for 3 months) or $79.96/year. For the 3 month subscription, enter the code SOUND24. For the one year subscription, enter the code SOUND79. Including the royalties, these codes will work the price out to $14.28 total ($4.76/month) plus tax for 3 months, or $107.20 ($8.93/month) plus tax for the entire year. When you think about it, that is much better than the original cost. Here is a look at the regular costs from

  • Annual Select $175.89 + royalties and taxes
  • Quarterly Select $47.97 + royalties and taxes
  • Monthly Select $15.99 + royalties and taxes
  • Monthly Mostly Music $9.99 + royalties and taxes

I guess that just leaves the question – would you prefer the “Mostly Music” or “Select” subscription? Mostly Music has 66 channels of commercial-free music plus other channels like Canadian news and talk shows. This option is only available by month-to-month basis. The Select subscriptions can be ordered monthly, quarterly or annually. This subscription will give you 120 channels of commercial free music as well as other channels like sports, news and entertainment shows. My dad likes to listen to the comedy channels, so he opted for this version. This promo code may only apply to the “Select” subscriptions, since “Mostly Music” can only be purchased as a per-month subscription.

You can check out all of the SiriusXM coupon codes in our Bargainmoose forum.

WagJag Canada: $20 For 3 Months of Sirius Satellite Radio, Onyx EZ Radio and Vehicle Kit (Worth $165)

WagJag Canada: $20 For 3 Months of Sirius Satellite Radio, Onyx EZ Radio and Vehicle Kit (Worth $165)

Getting sick of commercials or radio announcers? Why not take a stab at Sirius satellite radio? Right now WagJag has an offer you can’t refuse (even the Godfather would like it). Get an Onyx EZ radio with vehicle kit, plus a free 3-month trial of Sirius Radio for only $20. WagJag says this is a value of $165.

There is a bit of a catch to this deal. To get the deal you are going to have to sign up for Sirius Radio with your credit card, which means they will start charging you the regular price for a subscription once you three-month trial ends. But, if you want to cancel once you’ve tried it for two months and 29 days, you can do that.

I see on Sirius XM’s site that you can get the radio for $49.99 when you sign up for a subscription, but you don’t get any months free and you are locked in to that subscription. In this case, you are locked into nothing and can opt out (but you have to opt out if you don’t want it) and you’ll still have the radio, only having spent $20. There are different subscription options, starting at $14.99 a month or you can pay for a year for $164.89.

If you just wanted the radio because maybe you already have subscription, you’d pay $59.99 on sale at Costco. Best Buy sells the Onyx Plus for $99.99.

None of the three stores I’ve mentioned even come close to the price of this at WagJag.

You’ll basically get a voucher to redeem at Sirius XM for your radio and subscription and you can buy one for yourself and up to four as gifts. You’ll also have to pay shipping, but it doesn’t state how much that is and will depend on your location.

I’m really considering getting this deal just for the Pearl Jam Radio. I actually listen to Pearl Jam radio every single day on my computer and would love it for my car. You’d think that would be too much Pearl Jam, but for me, there is no such thing. I find that they play such a variety on that one station that I am never bored with it. I could also listen to the Oprah channel once I got the in-car radio.

SiriusXM: FREE Satellite Radio w/ Subscription! *BUMP!*

Posted by on March 31, 2015 at 11:00 AM

SiriusXM: FREE Satellite Radio w/ Subscription! *BUMP!*

*Bump! Sirius XM has this deal on again, so you might want to check it out.* SiriusXM Canada is making it easier to get into their service by offering free devices!

One of the biggest inhibitors to adoption of new services is a need for new equipment. If you want eBooks, you need an eReader. If you want satellite radio stations, you need a satellite radio. SiriusXM is offering you the chance to get beyond that initial cost by offering FREE radios when you sign up for a subscription. The length of the subscription depends on the radio you are getting. Some of the better radios aren’t free but rather discounted so if you want the super high end stuff, you may have to pay a bit.

I have SiriusXM built into my truck but I’ve never used it. It doesn’t hold a huge amount of interest for me but there are two guys who I work with that absolutely swear by it. One guy is borderline obsessed, I think. I guess it all comes down to what you need. I listen to about 17 hours of pod casts a week and I am always listening to audio books so I don’t need SiriusXM. Check out the SiriusXM channel list, I’m sure there will be a lot for you to listen to.

Sirius XM Coupon Code: Save Up To $100 On A Membership

Sirius XM Coupon Code: Save Up To $100 On A Membership

Use the promo code to save $100 on your Sirius XM radio subscription – either new or renewal.

  • Coupon Code: SAVE50PA
  • Discount: Up to $100 off your subscription
  • Expiry: Unknown

Now, there aren’t many details surrounding this coupon, but we did receive a comment on our Sirius XM coupon page that this coupon in fact worked on a renewal and the person received $100 off. So, I’m not sure what the up to means, but you’ll have to try it for yourself when starting a new subscription or renewing.

I don’t have Sirius XM radio, although I think I would like it. I am the person who has their radio scan button constantly pressed as I look for a song I like or at least a station where there is no talk or commercial on at that moment. Usually I’ll get the last 40 seconds of a song before I’m pressing the button again. It is irritating for me and all my passengers.

If I had Sirius radio I know exactly what I would listen to, probably constantly: Pearl Jam Radio. As I am a member of Ten Club, I can listen to it on my computer, but not in my vehicle, which is really when I listen to most of music. In fact, I’m listening to it right now while I work, and I’d love to keep listening when I leave to go get my kids this afternoon. So, now I’m off to see if my husband would love to get me this for a Mother’s Day gift!

SiriusXM Coupon Code: Three Months Free!

Give the gift of sound this Christmas with SiriusXM!

Click here to get three months free @

  • Coupon Code: 3FREE
  • Discount: 3 months of SiriusXM free
  • Expiry: Unknown

First up, you need to know that this is only for new subscribers. If you’re already a member you can’t just get three free months in the middle of your subscription. It will work with existing Sirius or XM radios including what you may already have equipped in your car.

If you don’t have a radio you can pick one up for as little as $60 and shipping is free over $50. There are two guys who I work with who absolutely love SiriusXM. They can’t live without it. One guy has a sound system in his truck that could make your ears bleed and, as far as I know, he only plays stuff from his SiriusXM through it. This is a great Christmas gift idea for anyone who loves music, talk radio or who drives a lot. I know a few truck drivers who swear by this, too.

This deal will save you $47.97, $59.97 or $65.97, depending on which plan you get.

This coupon can be found in the Bargainmoose forum under SiriusXM.

WagJag Canada: SiriusXM Radio Only $20

WagJag Canada: SiriusXM Radio Only $20

Get a SiriusXM Radio package including Onyx EZ radio, vehicle kit and a 3-month subscription for only $20, which has a regular value of $150.86.

If you looking to add some better music to your vehicle because you are totally sick of annoying radio show announcers and commercials, why not try this amazing deal from WagJag? It includes everything you need to get three months of SiriusXM radio, except for shipping and tax (and both aren’t specified on the deal). You may love this system, but you may also not like it, and you cancel at any time before your three months is up. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically renew.

The radio is very easy to install and has a large and easy to read display. You can preset  your favourite stations and use the parental locks to make sure your kid doesn’t listen to what they shouldn’t. Not just music, but there is talk and sports and entertainment too on over 120 channels. I’m very tempted to grab this deal.

SiriusXM Internet Radio: 12 Months For $48

Posted by on November 6, 2013 at 11:00 PM

SiriusXM Internet Radio: 12 Months For $48

Get a full year of SiriusXM Internet radio for only $48!

First thing to know is that this is Internet radio not satellite radio. So this won’t work with your car’s satellite radio system but rather with your computer, smartphone or tablet. It’s basically the same service except it’s delivered over the internet as opposed to a satellite.

Normally the service is $95.88 but you save $47.88. It’s yours for $48! Pretty sweet deal.

Now, last time I wrote up a deal for SiriusXM, someone mentioned that they are pretty slimy with trying to keep you using their service. Well, I signed up for a free trial just to try it out. I knew I wasn’t going to use it because I don’t really like music all that much and I am always listening to podcasts and audiobooks in the car. So even though the service is great, I cancelled before my free trial was up. Then I got billed by SiriusXM. I was looking towards a fight to get my money back but when I called them up the lady who helped me refunded my money immediately and I saw the transaction come through my bank three days later! Other than the initial issues it was a great experience.

SiriusXM Coupon Code: Reactivate Your Used Vehicle’s Sirius/XM Radio For 3 Months, Free

Posted by on July 8, 2013 at 9:30 PM

SiriusXM Coupon Code: Reactivate Your Used Vehicles Sirius/XM Radio For 3 Months, Free

Does your used car have an XM or Sirius radio that you’ve never used? Get it for free for three months by calling Sirius or XM and quoting this coupon code!

Click here to check out what awaits you @ now

  • Coupon Code: REFUEL
  • Discount: Three months FREE on your used car’s SiriusXM
  • Expiry: Unknown

If you bought your car privately or from an independent used vehicle dealership, there is a good chance that you never got any special offers to reactivate your service. If you, like me, bought a used car from a dealership, you’ve probably been bombarded with offers for free services, discounts and offers of mountains of cash and cocaine to get you to sign up.

Well, maybe I’ve been watching Scarface. Whatever the situation is, I bet a lot of you out there have never used your car’s satellite radio. I completely ignored the pamphlets and offers they sent me because, well, I don’t really care. I don’t particularly like music, I can’t handle the big media news analysis and I’m not a big sports guy. That being said, I know there are people out there who love their music, can’t get enough news and would rather watch the CFL game than go to their own mother’s birthday. Those people are the people who I am talking to.

And because we here at BargainMoose love you so very, very much, I am sitting on the phone as we speak testing out this promo code. If it works, good. If not,  I wrote all that stuff up there for no reason and you’ll never see it. Just hold on a minute while I finish this up…

Hey, look! You’re still reading. We had a real Schrodinger’s Cat thing going on there for a bit, didn’t we? Well, the deal works! I am now waiting for them to activate my account and once the fifteen minutes has passed and I’ve listed to channel 7 and 176 for a bit (seriously, that’s a requirement for this service to work) I’ll be ready to listen to my XM satellite radio.

This works for both Sirius and XM radios, but you need to call different numbers for each.

  • For Sirius call 1-888-539-7474
  • For XM call 1-877-438-9677

When you get through, just tell them you want to take part in the REFUEL promotion and they’ll hook you up. They do require a credit card which they will continue to charge monthly after your three month free trial is up. Just cancel before the three months is over so that you don’t get charged or keep it, if you want to continue. Lucky for me my credit card is falling apart so I need to get a new one soon and the old one won’t work anymore. Of course, maybe my wife, who loves music, will want to keep it and then I’ll probably continue it.

WagJag Canada: SiriusXM Satelite Radio & 3 Month Subscription For Only $20 (Save 85%)

Posted by on April 1, 2013 at 11:00 AM

WagJag Canada: SiriusXM Satelite Radio & 3 Month Subscription For Only $20 (Save 85%)

Radio is awesome. Satellite radio is better. I’m being totally sirius about that. Not a joke. Know what else isn’t a joke? WagJag’s ridiculous deal on a SiriusXM Radio with a three month subscription!

I wasn’t kidding when I said radio is awesome. The problem with radio is that it’s run by people who rely on a broken mode of delivery. Not the over-the-air radio signals but rather the mandatory time slot. There is a reason that so many people have cable or satellite with 900 channels, 700 of which are time shifted versions of themselves, on-demand and PVRs. There is a reason people have Netflix and buy shows off of Youtube. There is a reason why smart radio outlets like CBC radio, provide podcasts. People do not want be tied to a specific time. I work overnight so if a show I really like is on the radio at 1:00 PM, I’m not going to listen to it. I’m going to sleep. SiriusXM resolves this issue very well but in a different way.

Traditional music radio often has specific times dedicated to specific sub-genres of music. So the rock station might have two hours of metal starting at 9:00PM, one hour of classic rock at 11:00PM and just general rock music the rest of the time. You can’t fix this with a podcast because then you’re letting people download music for free on the Internet which we all know is evil. SiriusXM does something else to fix the mandatory time slot issue in music. They have a channel that is nothing but classic rock and one that is only metal and one that is only general rock. As far as talk radio goes, if you only want health talk, there is a channel for that, if you only want sports talk, there is a channel for that, even if you just like CBC Radio, they have their own channel!

The deal comes with three months of SiriusXM service and includes activation fees and music royalty fees. Remember that SiriusXM will auto-renew your subscription after the three months so if you don’t want to pay, you have to call them and cancel. You also get an XM Snap! radio which isn’t anything special but it does have the option to connect via 3.5mm AUX jack or FM Receiver and displays artist/track/program/channel and has a fairly simple control set.

This deal does not include taxes or shipping.
