It just so happens that I’m due for a big makeup shop so I know it won’t take too long to rack up the points. I’m hoping to have a good points balance going into Christmas. At my local Shoppers Drug Mart there is a clearance section right at the back. We got an amazing deal on some Alergen packs that were originally $16, on sale for $2.97 because the company was changing the package and the number of tablets in the package. So this was older stock. They don’t expire until 2013.

It’s easy to spend $50 at Shoppers. I just buy a couple bottles of my fave shampoos, shaving gel for my other half, maybe a little make-up treat for me. My total is over $50 before I know it. Even if you don’t usually spend that much at Shoppers, consider buying and stock-piling a few of those extra items, and put them away until you need them.

Sadly, it says that this offer is not available to those Moosers in BC – I have no idea why!
