This fantastic piece of interactive Star Wars merchandise normally sells for $199.99, but you can now pick up this awesome R2-D2 for just $99.99! Plus, you’ll also qualify for free shipping! This R2-D2 figure responds to voice commands, and can even “dance”, play music, react to famous Star Wars characters, and so much more! You can even play some games with this interactive R2-D2, and it also has a sweet light beam, sound processing microphones for voice commands, and infra-red location sensors – this way, R2-D2 can find and follow you!

This Star Wars R2-D2 Interactive Astromech Droid even has a secret storage compartment, a droid mood status indicator, and a rotating dome. May the force be with you, and happy hunting!

Half Price Jupiter Traditional Dollhouse & Furniture & Extra $10 Off With Sears Coupon (~$64.99)

Posted by on November 17, 2014 at 3:00 PM

Half Price Jupiter Traditional Dollhouse & Furniture & Extra $10 Off With Sears Coupon (~$64.99)

I was browsing for some toy ideas on Sears, and I spotted a great price on this Jupiter Traditional Dollhouse which also comes with a set of furniture. It’s a half price offer, down from $149.99 to $74.99!

And what is even sweeter is that there is a Sears toy coupon which gets you $10 off a $75 spend – it is 941612854. Now, I know that the above doll’s house is one penny short of the minimum threshold for that coupon code, so I’d recommend popping something small into your shopping cart to take advantage of the extra $10 saving.

The full terms and conditions of the aforementioned Sears coupon code are here on this page, so make sure you read the small print before popping another item in to your shopping cart.

Or, if you really want to, make your cart up to the $99 mark and avail of the free shipping from Sears. That’s likely to be your best bet – that’ll save you on shipping costs too.

I tried to find some low value toys to make up the extra penny. You’ll have to add a toy that doesn’t end in .88 or .97. Here are a few ideas:

If you spot something else, let us know in the comments below.

Here’s the part you need to watch out for – adult assembly required. If you’re buying this as a Christmas gift for your little one, I really recommend building it well before the big day. If you leave the building until Christmas Eve, you might find a problem or be unable to build it correctly, then you’d be stuck! Build it sometime sooner to make sure everything is in tip-top shape and there are no disappointments on Christmas Day. I ordered a slightly different doll house for my daughter last week, and that’s just what I will be doing.

Sears Canada: LEGO Ninjago 565 Pc. Temple Of Light Set | Was $90 Now $54

Are you looking for a cool LEGO set for the holidays? Then you should look no further than this LEGO Ninjago 565-Pc. Temple Of Light Set, which you could get from Sears for quite a discount today! This LEGO set normally sells for $89.99, but you could now nab it for only $53.99 (plus $7.95 shipping)! This set may not be in stock for very long, so I highly recommend that you take advantage of this deal as soon as possible! Plus, you could also save some more money by having your order shipped to a Sears location near you!

This LEGO Ninjago 565-Pc. Temple Of Light Set has plenty of pieces to keep both children and adults occupied! LEGO fans are everywhere, and it doesn’t matter if they’re young, adults, or old and grey, they just can’t get enough of these popular building block toys!

This Christmas, I plan to surprise my significant other with a nice LEGO set. They’re usually pretty expensive, so I think she’ll appreciate the gift! There are many great sets to choose from – I currently have a Back To The Future set and a Ghostbusters set that I haven’t really had the time to build with her yet, but it’s hard to pass up some of these LEGO sets! It doesn’t help when there’s a LEGO store near your home, that’s for sure!

If you wanted to buy this LEGO Ninjago 565-Pc. Temple Of Light Set from Best Buy, it would cost you $89.99. Listed below is a snippet of a review of this LEGO set from a satisfied Sears customer:

This is a very well designed set and it has quite a few features. Although it may take a while to build, it is a nice model to display and it is totally worth getting.

Get this before it’s gone, people! Happy hunting!

Sears Canada: As Low As $209 For a Sleep Set Today Only (EXPIRED)

Posted by on November 14, 2014 at 1:00 PM

Sears Canada: As Low As $209 For a Sleep Set Today Only (EXPIRED)

If you need a new bed for upcoming holiday guests, Sears has a one day sale on the Durie Eurotop Continuous Coil sleep set in queen size. The sale is on for today only. It is 75% off the regular price making the mattress set $299. There is also an extra coupon for $15 off purchases of $150 or more when you enter the coupon code.

If you regularly have guests over for the holidays and you are looking for a something a bit more comfortable than that usual pullout bed, Sears has a great deal on plush beds of all sizes. The other sizes other than queen are on sale for 75% off the normal price too. The twin is on for $209.99, the double for $259.99, the queen for $284.99 and the king for $484.99 – the regular price of the king size bed is $1999.99!

There are two options for the mattress – plush and firm, so if you have a strong preference for one or the other you are covered.  It comes with a 10 year pro-rated warranty so hopefully it is going to last. We have a day bed style guest bed from Ikea, which has just basic memory foam with no springs, so this would be a major upgrade for the guest room with a low Ikea-type price tag. It also comes with a quilted layer of foam on the top, so you don’t even need an extra foam topper under your sheets.

There are a lot of suggestions on how often you should replace your mattress with the average being around every 7-10 years. Given the warranty, this bed should last you the duration of the normal use of a mattress. The mattresses collect dust and the springs wear down, which can seriously affect your quality of sleep. When an opportunity like this one comes up it is a good time to change your old one as mattress sets can be pretty pricey. Even on sale usually quality mattresses can be well over $600.

People have been telling me that I should spend as much as I can afford to get a good quality mattress, but with this savings of 75% you don’t have to break the bank to get a good night sleep.

Shipping is around $70 per mattress, unless you want to pick it up in-store.

Sears Canada One-Day Sale On Cuisinart Small Appliances

Posted by on November 12, 2014 at 9:30 AM

Sears Canada One Day Sale On Cuisinart Small Appliances

Sears has some pretty hot deals going on today! First of all, they are having a one-day only sale on a number of hot Cuisinart items. Second, they have customer appreciation coupons that will expire at the end of today that will get you $20 off $100 or $50 off $200 on most sale items.

Click here to shop @ Sears.ca now

I think it is pretty cool that Sears has these high-value coupons to add on top of sale items. Obviously the $50 off $200 is the best deal, but I like that you have the choice, in case you didn’t want to spend over $100.

I noticed in the cart that the discount comes off the per unit price, so you won’t see a $20 discount, you’ll just see a total of $20 taken off with a little bit taken off each item. Or, if you have one item, you’ll see it is $20 cheaper.

The one-day sale on Cuisinart small appliances  has loads of items that might make great Christmas gifts this year, as well as gifts to yourself.

One frivolous, but perfect Christmas gift idea for your home theatre room is this Cuisinart theatre style popcorn maker. Regularly $129.99, it is on sale for $103.99. Once you add the coupon to your cart, you’ll get this item for $83.99. Price comparing, I found it on sale at NewEgg for $99.99.

If you are in the market for a new blender, Sears has the Cuisinart SmartPower deluxe die-cast blender on sale for $24 off, now $95.99. If you bought it along with the popcorn maker (because you need drinks with your popcorn), you’ll save the $50 and pay a total of around $150 for both items, with your $50 off. That’s a savings of almost $100 from their regular prices. That’s like getting one of the items almost free.

There are many more small appliances on sale, and by adding the coupons you’ll get them at even a hotter price. Before you shop at Sears, you should always check the forum for coupon codes. Shipping is free on a $99 spend, which you’ll surely be spending if you are using these hot coupons.

Sears Canada Coupons: $20 to $50 Off Your Purchase

Posted by on November 7, 2014 at 5:00 PM

Sears Canada Coupons: $20 to $50 Off Your Purchase

Sears always has impeccable timing. Just AFTER we make a purchase, they come out with better coupon codes. Receive $20 off an order of $100 or $50 off an order of $200 worth of sale priced items with the following coupon codes at Sears Canada.

Click here to shop @ Sears Canada now

  • Coupon code: 941612032
  • Discount: $20 off $100
  • Coupon code: 941612031
  • Discount: $50 off $200
  • Expiry: 12th November 2014

As I may have mentioned, I was in the market for a new piece of luggage. We left the search excessively late as I am traveling on the 12th of November and landing around half-past midnight in Edmonton. Have to love my parents for being willing to pick us up around that time. With the new costs around checking luggage, we had the epiphany we did not want to pay to check any luggage so we needed a second carry-on stat! Unfortunately, I could not find a coupon for a $100 purchase to buy the luggage I wanted online. Yet, my hubby did end up finding a silver Heys carry-on in store for just $90 so all is well that ends well.

These coupons exclude regular price and clearance price items. There are a bunch of other exclusions but you can read about those on the website. The main ones that trip people up are items ending in .94, .97, and .88.

For example, if these coupons had been valid when I was searching for luggage, I would have bought this Heys Eco Orbis 21½” Upright Spinner Luggage that is on sale for $103.49 (from $229.99). After coupon code, this beautiful quality piece of Heys luggage (my favourite brand) comes down to $83.48. I am utterly jealous right now. It comes it such pretty colours as well.

While there is currently a $10 offer $75 toys coupon for Sears, this coupon is better if you are buying sale toys. This MARVEL Thor Action Figure is currently 40% off, now only $8.99.

Help your children keep organized with mini storage cubes for 30% off. Originally $16.99, you can receive a pair for just $11.89. Choose from the following designs:

When you reach $100 worth, you will receive $20 off your order or $50 off $200 worth. Shipping starts at $7.95 or receive delivery to store for around $3.95. Receive free shipping on $99 or more.

Sears Outlet: Power-Mate Air Compressor Only $50

Posted by on November 5, 2014 at 2:30 PM

Sears Outlet: Power Mate Air Compressor Only $50

Sears Outlet Canada has put their Power-Mate 2-Gallon Oil-Free Air Compressor on clearance for only $49.95.

While I could not find this exact brand anywhere else to price compare with, I did compare with other two-gallon oil-free air compressors. I found a PowerPro two gallon compressor on sale at Amazon Canada for $88.10 and a Husky compressor with small kit for $69.99 at Home Depot (not available online). Lowes Canada also has a two-gallon Black Hawk air compressor for $69.99. These three were the closest in price to Sears’ compressor – but Sears Outlet still beats the price by $20.

Shipping must be taken into consideration. Home Depot’s deal is in stores only. Lowe’s compressor is $20 more and they do not offer free shipping on their air compressor. Amazon does offer free shipping but their compressor is $38 more than Sears Canada’s is. You can ship to store for just $3.95 or you can have the compressor shipped to you for only $7.95. Even with shipping costs, Sears has the best deal.

The air compressor is great for small jobs around the house and in the shop. It comes with a 25-foot cord for ample reach. With 100 max PSI, you can hook up your staple guns or brad nail guns to this machine to attach siding, build furniture, and fix things up around the house. Don’t have a shop? Use this to help you build your shop.

My dad has one of these and a larger model as he is a carpenter so I am quite accustomed to working around these. I have used staple guns and nailers myself and the force of the air really does an incredible job of imbedding the nail with a lot less effort than a traditional hammer and nail require.

I think this would make a marvelous gift for anyone who loves to work with their hands. Sure, this might be a real pain to hide until Christmas, but it would be worth seeing them unwrap this under the Christmas tree. It might even encourage your significant other to fix a few things around the house instead of watching the hunting channel or going golfing. New toys need projects to make themselves useful.

With cheap shipping to store or just a few dollars more to your own home, this is a good purchase. It comes with a one-year warranty.

Sears Canada: 57% Off Sears Twin-Pack Frying Pans – Now $21

Posted by on October 28, 2014 at 9:30 PM

Sears Canada: 57% Off Sears Twin Pack Frying Pans Now $21

Need frying pans? Sears has an amazing deal on the T-Fal bliss twin-pack of frying pans. Originally priced at $69, you can now save $49 and get them for just $20.99!

T-fal are the bomb! I have had these exact ones for a couple of years and I absolutely love them. Their non-stick but don’t make the same mistake that my hubby made. Although he isn’t the most savvy in the kitche, he’s amazing at making breakfast but the problem with that is that he frequently used a metal spatula to flip over the eggs. I’m sure it worked fine for him but the result is that the non-stick coating has now been completely removed. It’s for this reason that I will actually be taking advantage of this deal for myself and I’m actually considering getting this set twice because it’s just so amazing.

In fact, it boasts as many as 18 reviews on Sears’ site with a total rating of 4.7 stars out of 5! Here’s what one happy reviewer had to say about them:

I absolutely love these frying pans. Never have to worry about food sticking and cooks everything just the way you want it. The cleanup of these is oh so easy. I highly recommend these pans.

While the first pan is 20cm (8″), the second is 24cm (9.5″) and what’s even cooler is that both have a built-in thermostat that will turn red when the pan is hot. It’s certainly a nice little feature to have, especially for beginning cooks.

Sears’ price tag is also the lowest price I have seen for these pans online. Both Best Buy and Future Shop have this twin pack for $59.99 and Amazon Marketplace has it for as high as $98! So, $21 for two is definitely a steal of a deal especially since it comes down to just a little over $10 for each.

Shipping is only free on orders over $99, so if you need more cookware products, then you can get plenty of other ones on sale as well. This Heritage 32cm fry pan is actually on sale for just $41.99, down from a regular retail price of $139.99. This one als has great reviews as it has a cast iron base and three layers of non-stick coating that is PFOA chemical-free.

Sears Canada: 50% Off Dog Bone Seat Covers

Posted by on October 26, 2014 at 9:30 PM

Sears Canada: 50% Off Dog Bone Seat Covers

Nothing can destroy your sofa as quick as a dog. Okay, maybe kids can too. However, this cover works for sticky little hands as well. Receive 50% off dog bone seat covers for your sofa, loveseat, or chairs.

At the top, you can select what type of cover you are looking for. All covers come in the dog bone patterned stitching. You can choose from four colours:

  • chocolate
  • natural
  • ruby burgundy
  • storm grey

This is one of the few sets I have seen that includes a deep red. I have actually been looking at furniture protectors allot lately as I have two cats now. Having one was not too bad. However, my newest boy loves to dig his nails into the loveseat. I would rather spend $30 than have to buy a new loveseat in a couple years due to cat abuse. The chocolate covers are calling my name as both our sofa and loveseat are chocolate coloured. They would match our current furniture nicely!

The sofa cover is 110″ wide by 70 ½” long – a measurement I assume includes the arms. Originally $69.99, it is now on sale for $34.99. It is made of quilted polyester microfiber and resists stains. It comes in a one-piece throw style, as do all the covers. These are specially designed to protect your furniture from pets and from children.

The loveseat cover measures 88″ wide by 70 ½” long. Originally $59.99, the cover is now on sale for $29.99. The loveseat cover has the same properties as the sofa cover. All these covers are made to fit a range of different furniture styles. The shape of my loveseat is pretty close to the one in the picture so I am not worried.

Lastly, the chair cover is $19.99, originally $39.99. It measures 65″ wide by 70½” long. All the dog bone covers are machine washable for easy cleanup after your pet. My cats shed soooo much – even if I brush them – that their current blankets take a weekly trip through the washer. It also helps keep down all the litter they tend to track through the house. Thankfully, they are not outdoor/indoor cats or I would have muddy footprints to worry about too.

These covers are a very good deal compared to many others that I have seen on the market. Receive free shipping ($4 handling fee) to your local Sears Canada or shipping starts at $7.95 last time I checked.

Sears Canada: 80% Off Lagostina Endura Wok – Now $20 (EXPIRED)

Posted by on October 23, 2014 at 8:00 AM

Sears Canada: 80% Off Lagostina Endura Wok Now $20 (EXPIRED)

Sears has a great deal right now on the Lagostina Endura wok. Get it now for just $19.99, which is 80% off its original retail price of $99.

The Lagostina Endura is a heavy gauge and forged aluminum wok that can hold up to 3L. It’s non-stick, is safe to use on induction cook-tops and although hand-washing is recommended, could technically be thrown in the dishwasher if you want. It’s also oven save up to 350°F. Although it has a couple of negative reviews, one reviewer wasn’t able to use it on her induction range and the other found that it scratched her stove top. Overall, however, this wok boasts a general consensus of 4 stars out of 5 with 10 reviews like this one:

I bought this wok because my family love stir fry and we eat it often. This wok made the cooking extra easy and the clean up was just as easy. I am so impressed by this product and i wished that i had ordered more when it was on sale.

Living in a such a culturally diverse country as Canada is means that our kitchens need to be stocked with cookware essentials from other countries. A wok is one of those must-have kitchen items, especially considering its versatility. From deep drying to steaming, poaching and so much more, what can’t a wok do?

In fact, did you know that woks first originated in Guangdong, China. Their use has since spread into much of the industrial world. I have to admit that the only ever time I make use of my wok is to make General Tao but boy, is it worth it and very easy also! Just slice some chicken thighs into cubes, cover in corn starch and deep fry in a wok until golden brown. Then toss it with General tao sauce (either homemade or store bought) and that’s it!

As for shipping, you have a couple of options at your disposal: you can either choose to pay the $7.95 shipping fee to have this wok delivered straight to your door or you can go pick it up for free at a Sears store near you. Alternatively, if you add a couple more items to your cart and your total comes up to $99 or more, then your order will also automatically qualify for free shipping.

Sears Canada: Choose a 7 Piece Clinique Gift Set with $31 Purchase

Sears Canada: Choose a 7 Piece Clinique Gift Set with $31 Purchase

Sears Canada has a really great beauty offer that just started and it will be both online and in stores. You will be able to choose a free seven piece gift set from Clinique with your order of just $31 or more.

Each seven piece Clinique set has the exact same items, but the difference is you will be able to choose your colours. One of the sets is focused on pinks and the other one is all about violets. This includes the cosmetic bag as well.

Here is a look at what you will get with this free gift:

  • Exclusive Clinique cosmetics bag (pink or violet)
  • Clinique Happy perfume (4ml)
  • All about shadow trios (pink or violet)
  • Different Lipstick (in Different Grape or Raspberry Glace)
  • High Impact mascara in black
  • Dramatically Different moisturizing lotion (30ml)
  • Repair Uplifting Firming Cream (15ml)

Each of these gifts is valued at $85 so this is a really great free gift with purchase to take advantage of.

Clinique is one of my favourite beauty lines for skincare, makeup and perfume.  I have been using the Clinique Happy perfume for many years now as well as their three step cleansing items. Since you already get a few of those items for free anyways with this free gift, I will suggest a a couple of other items that I have tried and loved.

I have used their Redness Solutions and just loved it.  It is priced at $33 which means, if you get just this one item, you will get the free gift automatically. I also really like their exfoliating scrub which is priced at $23. I have used it on both my face and neck and it has left my skin feeling very smooth and refreshed.

A deal like this is perfect for a Christmas gift.  You can buy someone their favourite Clinique items and give them the free gift as well.  I know I would love to get this for Christmas this year.

There is a limit of one gift per person and it will be until supplies run out.  I have found in the past that certain busy Sears locations may run out but they usually have them until the expiry date listed when you shop online.

You will get free shipping when you spend $99 or more.

Sears Canada Coupon: $10 off $75+ in Toy Purchases

Sears Canada Coupon: $10 off $75+ in Toy Purchases

Sears is celebrating Black Friday the Canadian edition right now and they have a new coupon code to help save us all a bit of extra money. For a limited time only, you can save $10 on orders of $75 or more of toys when you use this Sears Canada coupon code at the checkout.

Click here to view the toys @ Sears.ca now

  • Coupon Code: 941612854
  • Discount: $10 Off $75+
  • Expiry:  2nd November 2014

This coupon will work on both regular priced items as well as sale items with a couple of exclusions. It does exclude items ending in .88 and .97, video games and systems, web code items as indicated in flyers, and sears.ca/outlet purchases. Other than that, as long as your toy total is $75 or more, you will get $10 off.

It is scary to think that Christmas is exactly 10 weeks away today and I know many of us have some kids on our shopping lists. Many of the toys are actually already on sale right now for their Canadian Black Friday deals so you have the chance to get some pretty great deals even before you add the coupon code at the checkout.

I know my boys would love the foosball table that was $69.99 and is now on sale for just $41.99. Actually, I have a feeling my husband would be right in there playing it with them. I would also get this Marvel Thor action figure that was $14.99 and is now on sale for $11.99.

My niece is really into Care Bears right now so I know she would love this Hug Me Back Care Bear that was priced at $29.99 and is now on sale for 20% off bringing the total down to just $23.99.

Without this sale and the coupon, the grand total before taxes for these three items would be $114.97.  With the sale and the coupon code at the checkout, the total is just $67.97.  You end up saving $47 just by shopping the sale and using a coupon.  In my mind, this is the only way to shop for Christmas gifts!

As for the cost of shipping, Sears Canada is offering free shipping for orders of $99 or more until December 19th 2014.

This Sears Canada coupon and any others will be posted on the Bargainmoose coupon forum for easy shopping online.

Macs Canada: Free $10 Sears Gift Card With Purchase Of Coffee, Tea Or Cappuccino

Get your coffee or tea fix and receive a free $10 Sears gift card all at the same time at Mac’s convenience stores.

If there was a Mac’s store in Quebec, I would totally be all over this deal. I’m a huge coffee addict and shopaholic, so what better way to combine both passions?

The great part about it is that you will get the free $10 Sears gift card on almost any hot beverage purchase — be it, coffee, tea or even a cappuccino. I’m not the biggest fan of getting a cappuccino anywhere other than a Starbucks or full-time coffee shop, so personally, I would totally go for a mild coffee. There is a possibility that you might get this freebie with any purchase, but that’s for you to try and there is no guarantee that it will work. In any case, with the recent drop in temperature, I’m sure that many of you have been craving something of the hotter variety!

This isn’t the first time that Mac’s gives away a $10 Sears gift card but the last time they did, it was with purchase if any dairy product. Personally, I much prefer the hot beverage option as I’m sure that many of you Moosers do as well.

It’s possible that not all Mac’s stores will be offering this deal but they definitely should considering it’s being advertised on their homepage. There is also no word on when this deal might expire, so I suggest that you take advantage of it as soon as possible in order to not miss it.

The Sears gift card is also only valid on orders over $25. Certain exclusions apply to the use of the gift card but a full list of these is printed on the back of each gift card. Some of the exclusions include but are not limited to: Carters OshKosh clothing, fragrances, make-up, skincare products, etc. Items ending in $0.97 are also off-limits but don’t worry about these as they’re few and far in between at Sears.

What about you Moosers? Will you be getting a coffee, tea or cappuccino?
