Sears Canada: 57% Off Sears Twin-Pack Frying Pans – Now $21

Posted by on October 28, 2014 at 9:30 PM

Sears Canada: 57% Off Sears Twin Pack Frying Pans Now $21

Need frying pans? Sears has an amazing deal on the T-Fal bliss twin-pack of frying pans. Originally priced at $69, you can now save $49 and get them for just $20.99!

T-fal are the bomb! I have had these exact ones for a couple of years and I absolutely love them. Their non-stick but don’t make the same mistake that my hubby made. Although he isn’t the most savvy in the kitche, he’s amazing at making breakfast but the problem with that is that he frequently used a metal spatula to flip over the eggs. I’m sure it worked fine for him but the result is that the non-stick coating has now been completely removed. It’s for this reason that I will actually be taking advantage of this deal for myself and I’m actually considering getting this set twice because it’s just so amazing.

In fact, it boasts as many as 18 reviews on Sears’ site with a total rating of 4.7 stars out of 5! Here’s what one happy reviewer had to say about them:

I absolutely love these frying pans. Never have to worry about food sticking and cooks everything just the way you want it. The cleanup of these is oh so easy. I highly recommend these pans.

While the first pan is 20cm (8″), the second is 24cm (9.5″) and what’s even cooler is that both have a built-in thermostat that will turn red when the pan is hot. It’s certainly a nice little feature to have, especially for beginning cooks.

Sears’ price tag is also the lowest price I have seen for these pans online. Both Best Buy and Future Shop have this twin pack for $59.99 and Amazon Marketplace has it for as high as $98! So, $21 for two is definitely a steal of a deal especially since it comes down to just a little over $10 for each.

Shipping is only free on orders over $99, so if you need more cookware products, then you can get plenty of other ones on sale as well. This Heritage 32cm fry pan is actually on sale for just $41.99, down from a regular retail price of $139.99. This one als has great reviews as it has a cast iron base and three layers of non-stick coating that is PFOA chemical-free.

Sears Canada: 50% Off Dog Bone Seat Covers

Posted by on October 26, 2014 at 9:30 PM

Sears Canada: 50% Off Dog Bone Seat Covers

Nothing can destroy your sofa as quick as a dog. Okay, maybe kids can too. However, this cover works for sticky little hands as well. Receive 50% off dog bone seat covers for your sofa, loveseat, or chairs.

At the top, you can select what type of cover you are looking for. All covers come in the dog bone patterned stitching. You can choose from four colours:

  • chocolate
  • natural
  • ruby burgundy
  • storm grey

This is one of the few sets I have seen that includes a deep red. I have actually been looking at furniture protectors allot lately as I have two cats now. Having one was not too bad. However, my newest boy loves to dig his nails into the loveseat. I would rather spend $30 than have to buy a new loveseat in a couple years due to cat abuse. The chocolate covers are calling my name as both our sofa and loveseat are chocolate coloured. They would match our current furniture nicely!

The sofa cover is 110″ wide by 70 ½” long – a measurement I assume includes the arms. Originally $69.99, it is now on sale for $34.99. It is made of quilted polyester microfiber and resists stains. It comes in a one-piece throw style, as do all the covers. These are specially designed to protect your furniture from pets and from children.

The loveseat cover measures 88″ wide by 70 ½” long. Originally $59.99, the cover is now on sale for $29.99. The loveseat cover has the same properties as the sofa cover. All these covers are made to fit a range of different furniture styles. The shape of my loveseat is pretty close to the one in the picture so I am not worried.

Lastly, the chair cover is $19.99, originally $39.99. It measures 65″ wide by 70½” long. All the dog bone covers are machine washable for easy cleanup after your pet. My cats shed soooo much – even if I brush them – that their current blankets take a weekly trip through the washer. It also helps keep down all the litter they tend to track through the house. Thankfully, they are not outdoor/indoor cats or I would have muddy footprints to worry about too.

These covers are a very good deal compared to many others that I have seen on the market. Receive free shipping ($4 handling fee) to your local Sears Canada or shipping starts at $7.95 last time I checked.

Sears Canada: 80% Off Lagostina Endura Wok – Now $20 (EXPIRED)

Posted by on October 23, 2014 at 8:00 AM

Sears Canada: 80% Off Lagostina Endura Wok Now $20 (EXPIRED)

Sears has a great deal right now on the Lagostina Endura wok. Get it now for just $19.99, which is 80% off its original retail price of $99.

The Lagostina Endura is a heavy gauge and forged aluminum wok that can hold up to 3L. It’s non-stick, is safe to use on induction cook-tops and although hand-washing is recommended, could technically be thrown in the dishwasher if you want. It’s also oven save up to 350°F. Although it has a couple of negative reviews, one reviewer wasn’t able to use it on her induction range and the other found that it scratched her stove top. Overall, however, this wok boasts a general consensus of 4 stars out of 5 with 10 reviews like this one:

I bought this wok because my family love stir fry and we eat it often. This wok made the cooking extra easy and the clean up was just as easy. I am so impressed by this product and i wished that i had ordered more when it was on sale.

Living in a such a culturally diverse country as Canada is means that our kitchens need to be stocked with cookware essentials from other countries. A wok is one of those must-have kitchen items, especially considering its versatility. From deep drying to steaming, poaching and so much more, what can’t a wok do?

In fact, did you know that woks first originated in Guangdong, China. Their use has since spread into much of the industrial world. I have to admit that the only ever time I make use of my wok is to make General Tao but boy, is it worth it and very easy also! Just slice some chicken thighs into cubes, cover in corn starch and deep fry in a wok until golden brown. Then toss it with General tao sauce (either homemade or store bought) and that’s it!

As for shipping, you have a couple of options at your disposal: you can either choose to pay the $7.95 shipping fee to have this wok delivered straight to your door or you can go pick it up for free at a Sears store near you. Alternatively, if you add a couple more items to your cart and your total comes up to $99 or more, then your order will also automatically qualify for free shipping.

Sears Canada: Choose a 7 Piece Clinique Gift Set with $31 Purchase

Sears Canada has a really great beauty offer that just started and it will be both online and in stores. You will be able to choose a free seven piece gift set from Clinique with your order of just $31 or more.

Each seven piece Clinique set has the exact same items, but the difference is you will be able to choose your colours. One of the sets is focused on pinks and the other one is all about violets. This includes the cosmetic bag as well.

Here is a look at what you will get with this free gift:

  • Exclusive Clinique cosmetics bag (pink or violet)
  • Clinique Happy perfume (4ml)
  • All about shadow trios (pink or violet)
  • Different Lipstick (in Different Grape or Raspberry Glace)
  • High Impact mascara in black
  • Dramatically Different moisturizing lotion (30ml)
  • Repair Uplifting Firming Cream (15ml)

Each of these gifts is valued at $85 so this is a really great free gift with purchase to take advantage of.

Clinique is one of my favourite beauty lines for skincare, makeup and perfume.  I have been using the Clinique Happy perfume for many years now as well as their three step cleansing items. Since you already get a few of those items for free anyways with this free gift, I will suggest a a couple of other items that I have tried and loved.

I have used their Redness Solutions and just loved it.  It is priced at $33 which means, if you get just this one item, you will get the free gift automatically. I also really like their exfoliating scrub which is priced at $23. I have used it on both my face and neck and it has left my skin feeling very smooth and refreshed.

A deal like this is perfect for a Christmas gift.  You can buy someone their favourite Clinique items and give them the free gift as well.  I know I would love to get this for Christmas this year.

There is a limit of one gift per person and it will be until supplies run out.  I have found in the past that certain busy Sears locations may run out but they usually have them until the expiry date listed when you shop online.

You will get free shipping when you spend $99 or more.

Sears Canada Coupon: $10 off $75+ in Toy Purchases

Sears is celebrating Black Friday the Canadian edition right now and they have a new coupon code to help save us all a bit of extra money. For a limited time only, you can save $10 on orders of $75 or more of toys when you use this Sears Canada coupon code at the checkout.

Click here to view the toys @ Sears.ca now

  • Coupon Code: 941612854
  • Discount: $10 Off $75+
  • Expiry:  2nd November 2014

This coupon will work on both regular priced items as well as sale items with a couple of exclusions. It does exclude items ending in .88 and .97, video games and systems, web code items as indicated in flyers, and sears.ca/outlet purchases. Other than that, as long as your toy total is $75 or more, you will get $10 off.

It is scary to think that Christmas is exactly 10 weeks away today and I know many of us have some kids on our shopping lists. Many of the toys are actually already on sale right now for their Canadian Black Friday deals so you have the chance to get some pretty great deals even before you add the coupon code at the checkout.

I know my boys would love the foosball table that was $69.99 and is now on sale for just $41.99. Actually, I have a feeling my husband would be right in there playing it with them. I would also get this Marvel Thor action figure that was $14.99 and is now on sale for $11.99.

My niece is really into Care Bears right now so I know she would love this Hug Me Back Care Bear that was priced at $29.99 and is now on sale for 20% off bringing the total down to just $23.99.

Without this sale and the coupon, the grand total before taxes for these three items would be $114.97.  With the sale and the coupon code at the checkout, the total is just $67.97.  You end up saving $47 just by shopping the sale and using a coupon.  In my mind, this is the only way to shop for Christmas gifts!

As for the cost of shipping, Sears Canada is offering free shipping for orders of $99 or more until December 19th 2014.

This Sears Canada coupon and any others will be posted on the Bargainmoose coupon forum for easy shopping online.

Mac’s Canada: Free $10 Sears Gift Card With Purchase Of Coffee, Tea Or Cappuccino

Posted by on October 15, 2014 at 9:00 PM

Macs Canada: Free $10 Sears Gift Card With Purchase Of Coffee, Tea Or Cappuccino

Get your coffee or tea fix and receive a free $10 Sears gift card all at the same time at Mac’s convenience stores.

If there was a Mac’s store in Quebec, I would totally be all over this deal. I’m a huge coffee addict and shopaholic, so what better way to combine both passions?

The great part about it is that you will get the free $10 Sears gift card on almost any hot beverage purchase — be it, coffee, tea or even a cappuccino. I’m not the biggest fan of getting a cappuccino anywhere other than a Starbucks or full-time coffee shop, so personally, I would totally go for a mild coffee. There is a possibility that you might get this freebie with any purchase, but that’s for you to try and there is no guarantee that it will work. In any case, with the recent drop in temperature, I’m sure that many of you have been craving something of the hotter variety!

This isn’t the first time that Mac’s gives away a $10 Sears gift card but the last time they did, it was with purchase if any dairy product. Personally, I much prefer the hot beverage option as I’m sure that many of you Moosers do as well.

It’s possible that not all Mac’s stores will be offering this deal but they definitely should considering it’s being advertised on their homepage. There is also no word on when this deal might expire, so I suggest that you take advantage of it as soon as possible in order to not miss it.

The Sears gift card is also only valid on orders over $25. Certain exclusions apply to the use of the gift card but a full list of these is printed on the back of each gift card. Some of the exclusions include but are not limited to: Carters OshKosh clothing, fragrances, make-up, skincare products, etc. Items ending in $0.97 are also off-limits but don’t worry about these as they’re few and far in between at Sears.

What about you Moosers? Will you be getting a coffee, tea or cappuccino?

Sears Canada: Canadian Black Friday Starts Today

Sears Canada: Canadian Black Friday Starts Today

While Black Friday normally occurs in November, Sears has a special sale on right now for a “Canadian Black Friday”. I say, whatever it takes to get a sale is fine with me!

Select items in this sale are up to 50% off. There are a huge number of categories with discounts for this Canadian Black Friday sale. Some that I’m most interested in:

$400 off this Craftsman 420cc 30″ steerable snowblower – I have moved to snow country and I need a snowblower for those times my husband is not home. The one we have is impossible to get through more than a foot of snow so I need some power!

$10 off this Keurig single serve black mini brewer, now $59.99 – you really can’t beat under $60 for a single serve coffee maker. I wish this deal was on when our Tassimo broke two weeks ago.

This NordicTrack T4.0 treadmill is really a hot deal! You are saving $1300 on this baby, down from $1799.99 to $499.99. I’m considering getting this myself to work out while I watch television at night. It has a 4.6 star rating out of 5, so you know you aren’t getting a lemon either. It has speakers, weight loss tracking and folds up for storage.

I am in the market for some new boots and Sears has up to 60% off select styles right now. Wow! I can’t believe the deal on these Absolute Zero women’s Kitimat extreme waterproof lace-up boots. They are incredibly warm with a -50 degrees Celsius rating and are waterproof. I could stay out all day in our cold winter in these. They don’t look too bad either! Regularly $99.99 and 55% off, these boots will only set you back $44.99.

If you are looking to get his tools in order and might want to get his Christmas gift early, take a look at the sweet deal on this Craftsman 26″ wide tool chest and cabinet ensemble. It was $559.97, but all the way down to $335.98 now.

Shipping is free on most items over $99, so feel free to check off your Christmas list in October. You’ll thank yourself in December.

Sears Canada: Delta Hutton 3-in-1 Crib Just $99 (Reg. $350) – YMMV (HOT!)

Posted by on September 29, 2014 at 3:00 PM

Sears Canada: Delta Hutton 3 in 1 Crib Just $99 (Reg. $350) YMMV (HOT!)

This morning, Ivan blogged about a $150 deal on GreenPan 11-pc cookware set that is on today only, but I have also found another super hot deal on a 3-in-1 crib but it’s in-stores only. If you hurry, there is a chance that you could get the Delta Hutton 3-in-1 crib for just $99 because of a flyer error. It was supposed to be on sale for $199 from an original retail price of $349.99.

I first came upon this deal on a BabyCenter thread and while it’s valid all over the country, it is selling out super quick. In fact, it’s already sold out online and many people have been lining up at Sears as well, but I’m letting you know about it because there is a chance that you could still get it.

You could try your luck by either dropping by a Sears store in person or you could always try calling. Personally, I would prefer to drop by just because there is a higher chance of securing one of the last remaining ones and I haven’t had the best experience in calling my local Sears store for information in the past.

It might be a good idea to either bring the Sears flyer with you in-stores or at the very least, show it on your smartphone if you run into any trouble. Your store should honour the printed price and the only hitch you might run into is that this crib might already be sold out.

Considering this crib was originally priced at $350, it’s definitely an amazing deal as it puts it at a 72% discount. As a 3-in-1 crib, it can be transformed from a crib to a toddler bed and finally into a regular daybed. It’s also recommended to only use it until your child is 15 months. Out of the 5 reviews on Sears’ site, the Delta Hutton crib has garnered a general consensus of 4.6 stars out of 5, with positive reviews like this one:

Crib was easy to assemble, taking my wife and I about 20 minutes to have the crib ready for use! Crib is sturdy and matches the room we have quite well.

Moosers, we would love to hear from you in the comments section; be sure to let us know if you manage to secure this deal at Sears!

Sears Canada: GreenPan New York 11-Piece Non-Stick Cookware Set | Was $600 Now $150 Today Only (EXPIRED)

Posted by on September 29, 2014 at 11:30 AM

Sears Canada: GreenPan New York 11 Piece Non Stick Cookware Set | Was $600 Now $150 Today Only (EXPIRED)

Sears is having a one day sale on their GreenPan New York 11-Piece Non-Stick Cookware Set, and it’s a good one! You can save 75% on this set, which normally retails for $599.99 – today you can get it for $149.99. Your order will also qualify for free shipping, so that’s another nice bonus.

This GreenPan New York 11-Piece Non-Stick Cookware Set has some intriguing features, including an all-natural ceramic coating (Thermolon) that contains zero toxic chemicals, and this material is heat resistant to 450°C/850°F and is also oven and broiler safe. You can read more specific details about this environmentally friendly cookware set by clicking here.

Whether it’s environmentally friendly or just a standard cookware set, what’s most important is quality, and it apparently is seen positively by customers (check out the review at the bottom of this article). I’ve tried out some cheap cookware sets before, and I can still remember how badly I burnt one of those frying pans when I was trying to cook some chicken (it was not a pretty sight!) This GreenPan set is non-stick, and has some interesting features, so I’m going to be considering this purchase.

I found a similar cookware set from GreenPan on Amazon, and it costs $299.99. I’ve included a brief review of this GreenPan New York 11-Piece Non-Stick Cookware Set from a satisfied Sears customer below:

I’m a big fan of GreenPan products because of the way they conduct heat evenly and because they are so easy to clean. This cookware set is no exception. It has pretty much every size pot you could need and each piece has its own lid. I also like the fact that the lids are glass. The handles are very sturdy and they’re a great length. Can’t say anything bad about this set. I think it’s a great buy, especially at the sale price.

This sale is set to expire on September 30th, so check it out while it’s still valid. I hope you all have a great day today, Bargainmoosers!

Sears Canada: Brica Right Height Baby Bath Centre – Just $6

Posted by on September 22, 2014 at 4:00 PM

Sears Canada: Brica Right Height Baby Bath Centre Just $6

So many baby pictures on Bargainmoose today but this deal was just too good to pass on telling all of you moosers! At Sears right now, you can get the Brica Right Height bath centre for just $5.99!

Bathing a baby can sure be challenging at times, especially when they are still in the newborn stage but baths like these certainly simplify the much necessary task. This bath is suitable for babies as young as newly born all the way up to two years of age as it is composed of a larger bath and a newborn insert that can be positioned in three different ways. The great part about the newborn insert is that it can also be tilted forward to ensure that your baby is ultra comfy.

Even better is that this Brica bath can be clipped onto a stepping stool in order to raise it and make it more comfortable for the parent(s) to bathe the baby. That same stool can also be used later as an actual stepping stool for kids to brush their teeth at the sink for instance.

Although Sears doesn’t list this bath centre as being on sale, $6 is an incredible price to pay for a baby bath. The next comparable one they have in stock is the Summer Infant newborn-to-toddler fold away baby bath but even that one is significantly pricier at $25.49 (reg. $29.99).

At Toys R Us, the cheapest one its kind is the Summer Infant Right Height bath center for $39.99, which is actually very perplexing because the picture used for that one is the exact same as the one use for Brica’s baby bath at Sears and they both have the same exact features. It’s a rather interesting “coincidence” for sure, so if you have been eyeing the Summer Infant one or if you just have been looking to get a baby bath in general, then the $6 Brica is definitely a worthy choice, especially since I would argue that it has a $40 value, hence putting this deal at a 85% discount!

Sears ships all orders over $99 for free, so if you only get this bath, then you would be looking at a $7.95 shipping fee. You can also choose to have it shipped to your local Sears store for free instead.

Sears Canada: Free 7 Piece Gift with $36.50 Estee Lauder Purchase

Posted by on September 21, 2014 at 12:30 PM

Sears Canada: Free 7 Piece Gift with $36.50 Estee Lauder Purchase

Sears Canada has another great deal happening in their beauty department and this time it is for Estee Lauder.  When you spend $36.50 or more on any Estee Lauder products, you will get a free seven piece gift with your order.

This free gift is valued at over $98 and comes with seven different items geared towards skin care and beauty. Actually, you will be able to pick your free gift.  You will have the option of the lifting and firming gift or the anti-wrinkle gift.

I am a fan of Estee Lauder’s mascara and I wait for deals like this to buy it because I want to get the best bang for my buck. It is far more expensive than the average drug store mascara but it is totally worth it. The Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying  Volume mascara is priced at $29 so this one product alone will almost get me to the minimum purchase or $36.50. You will also find it in waterproof if that is what you prefer.

There is a second deal if you end up spending $80 or more on your Estee Lauder purchases.  You will also get a free nail and lip set that is valued at over $45 bringing the grand total of free beauty gifts to just over $144.

This additional set includes:

  • Pure Color nail lacquer in black plum
  • Pure Color long lasting lipstick in candy
  • Dual-ended Pure Color gloss in Orchid Passion & Extravagant Pink
  • Mirror Compact

You will also get a little tip booklet that will help you have great looking nails and makeup ideas for day and night. Free gifts like these are the perfect way to try some new products without actually having to buy them. If you enjoy them, great!  If not, they were free anyways so no money lost on trying something new. If one of the colours of the free gift is not your taste, give it away to a friend or family member.

This great free gift deal is valid for one per customer and it is available both in stores and online.

As for the cost of shipping, you will be able to get free shipping for your order of $99 or more.

Sears Portrait Studio Printable Coupon: 6 Free Portraits

Sears Portrait Studio Printable Coupon: 6 Free Portraits

With the holidays fast approaching, Sears Portrait Canada has offered us a new printable coupon to take advantage of. Get six free portraits and your session fee waived with no purchase necessary for a limited time only.

Here is what you will get with this printable coupon:

  • One 10×13 wall portrait print
  • One 5×7 print
  • Four wallet sized prints

Additionally, the session fee will be free. Normally you would need to spend $14.99 for the session fee alone. The total value of this package deal is $64.95 but it will be absolutely free with this printable coupon.  Of course they will try to get you to purchase more prints but there is zero obligation to do so.  You can set up your session for free, get your free prints and not buy anything else.

If you do want more prints than those provided, I suggest that you just go to a kiosk and copy the ones you want. It is much more affordable than getting them in a package.

The photographer will take multiple pictures with different set-ups and poses.  For all of them, you will be able to choose one pose for the total package.  You will also have your choice of photogenic effects which is a nice little bonus.

One of the best gifts we have given my parents were some beautiful family pictures.  They loved the pictures and started asking for them almost every single year for Christmas.  If we were to use this printable coupon, I could literally get pictures taken of my boys and give them to all of the grandparents for Christmas.  It would make a very personalized and meaningful Christmas gift for them and it would be absolutely free.  It is a perfect idea for a family on a budget. You could even buy a nice inexpensive frame and give it as a gift that way.

I have used coupons like this one for Sears Portrait Studio in the past and I was always very happy with the way the photographs turned out.  To guarantee your session, it is always best to call ahead and book an appointment as the closer to the holidays we get, the busier they are.

We will have all other Sears Portrait coupons posted on the Bargainmoose coupon forum.

Sears Canada: Little Tikes TikeStix Clubhouse $18.94 (Was $59.99)

This deal is making waves over in the forum, so I thought I would bring it to our blog readers and Newsletter subscribers. The Little Tikes TikeStix Clubhouse is on sale for just $18.94, originally $59.99!

I tried to price compare this toy but it was hard to find in stock. I found it on sale at Walmart.ca for $35 but it was already sold out. I also found it sold by a secondary seller at Amazon.ca but they wanted an outrageous amount of money for it (over $100) not including shipping (which was also outrageous).

This set is pretty awesome. It not only makes a clubhouse, but you can take the 41 interlocking pieces, 8 fabric clips, and tarp to build whatever enters your imagination. Build a spider, a ship, a canoe, or even a moose! This set can be used for either indoor or outdoor play. All TikeStix playsets work together so you can combine this set with any other sets you might own now or collect in the future.

The TikeStix sets are built to foster group work and as children work together to build large structures, animals, or items. The playsets also foster spatial skills and math skills as children learn placement and how many pieces they need to create certain items. They learn to follow instructions and also to step outside the instruction manual to create items from their own imagination. Parents can join in the play to help younger children construct their dreams.

This set is designed for children ages 4 and up. There are some great reviews of this set on Amazon.com like this one:

TheTike Stix is easy to use – once you have mastered the basic principles – and my kids were able to build everything from a fort, to a boat, to a 12′ tower in our living room. I am very pleased at how sturdy their creations were and so far this product has brought my kids nothing but joy. There hasn’t been a single tantrum! I am quite pleased with the purchase and am glad that I bought 2 sets as it increases the creative possibilities.

It is a great idea to buy two or more sets as you can easily combine them for even more fun. Shipping starts at $7.95 or you can get this set shipped to your local Sears Canada for free.
