Amazon Canada: Canon Imageclass D560 Laser Multifunction Printer | Was $350 Now $115 (EXPIRED)

Amazon Canada: Canon Imageclass D560 Laser Multifunction Printer | Was $350 Now $115 (EXPIRED)

This deal is hot, Bargainmoosers! It won’t be in stock for very long, so if you’re looking for a reliable laser printer that’s manufactured by a reputable brand, then you should order this Canon Imageclass D560 Laser Multifunction Printer while it’s still available. It normally retails for $349.99, but for a limited time you can purchase this from Amazon for $114.75 – you’re saving $235.24 on this deal! Plus, you’ll get free shipping with your order. That’s always a nice perk to purchasing anything over $25 on Amazon Canada.

The Canon Imageclass D560 Laser Multifunction Printer is a versatile machine that can help you reap the benefits of owning a laser printer. Though it prints in monochrome, if you only need to print documents, then this machine should be able to accommodate your needs. This machine also allows you to do 2 – sides printing, copying, and scanning. You can also put up to 250 sheets of paper in this machine at one time, so it’s quite the powerhouse.

I’ve been considering getting a laser printer for a while, and Canon is certainly a reliable brand. Even though print cartridges for laser printers can be quite pricey, it also takes a while for them to be fully depleted. They certainly last longer than your average ink jet printer cartridges. There are affordable options available – you can get a black cartridge for this laser printer for just $22.49 at 123inkcartridges.

This Canon Imageclass D560 Laser Multifunction Printer is currently $349.96 at Staples, so that shows you just how great this deal at Amazon really is. I’ve included a brief review of an older, cheaper model of the Canon Imageclass D560 (the D530) from a sastisfied Staples customer below:

My mother wanted a paper copier for in home use. At a great price and one cartridge that makes over 2,000 copies why not have it at home for personal use. Fairly easy to understand and use it was a great buy.

Get this while it’s still around, Bargainmoosers! I hope you all enjoy your weekend!

Staples Canada: Canon PIXMA Wireless All In One Colour Printer (MX922) | Was $200 Now $90 (EXPIRED)

Staples Canada: Canon PIXMA Wireless All In One Colour Printer (MX922) | Was $200 Now $90 (EXPIRED)

Looking for an affordable way to scan and copy your pictures and documents? The Canon PIXMA MX922 wireless all – in – one colour printer can do just that – and of course, you can use it as a printer, too! Normally retailing for $199.94, you can currently get it from Staples for just $89.94! Your order will also qualify for free shipping. This deal is only on for a limited time (it actually expires today), so get this while it’s hot!

With the Canon PIXMA MX922 wireless all – in – one printer, it’s no surprise that you can do so much with it. You can easily print, copy, scan, and fax documents with this machine (yes, there are still instances when you may need to fax documents or photos). It even has a 3″ LCD screen built into it so you can edit and print documents and photos on the fly, and you can have up to a maximum of a 9600 x 2400 colour dpi for high quality printing.

I personally have a wireless all – in – one printer, and I’m very satisfied with it. There are many times when I’ll need to scan documents, and a wireless printing solution is especially important in a condo, so it really suits my daily needs. Plus, you can’t go wrong with a Canon! Though I’ve had issues with several of my previous printers, I haven’t had any issues with my Canon all – in – one printer yet.

This deal at Staples is pretty impressive – after all, the Canon PIXMA MX922 printer sells for $183.10 on Amazon, and it costs $199.99 on Canon’s Canadian website. I’ve listed a brief review of this all – in – one printing solution from a satisfied Amazon customer:

This is a GREAT multifunction printer! It does it all – prints, scans, copies and faxes – and all wirelessly. It has two separate trays for loading paper and other media (printable discs, photo paper) and the print quality is extremely good. It was super easy to setup and works like a charm. The only drawback – it prints quickly but not at lightning speed.

This deal at Staples expires today, so if you’re looking for a new printer that has plenty of versatility, take advantage of this deal now! Happy hunting, Bargainmoosers!

$120 Off HP Officejet Wireless All-In-One Printer + Free Paper Ream + Free Shipping @ Staples Canada

Posted by on September 8, 2014 at 7:00 PM

$120 Off HP Officejet Wireless All In One Printer + Free Paper Ream + Free Shipping @ Staples Canada

Here’s a back to school deal that you surely won’t want to miss. Head on over to Staples to get the HP Officejet (6700) wireless all-in-one colour inkjet printer for just $69.94. It was originally priced at $189.94, which puts it at a 61% discount ($120 off). You will also get a paper ream for free with your purchase and since Staples usually ships all orders over $45 for free, your order will also qualify for free shipping.

Although I don’t have this specific model, I have always had an HP printer and never had any issues with any of them. This one in particular features up to 16ppm and up to 9ppm. It also has AirPrint capabilities, which means that you can print documents directly from your phone as long as the printer is connected to Wi-Fi. It also boasts over 45 reviews with 4.3 stars out of 5.

As for a price comparison, Tiger Direct is selling this printer for $89.99, while the HP Store has it on sale for $79.99 from a regular price of $189.99.

Valued at $7.36, you will also get a free HP FSC-Certified multipurpose paper ream with the purchase HP Office 6700 printer and if you want to add more than one paper ream, then you can also get it on sale right now for $4.99. I had to admit that at first, I had no clue what exactly a paper ream is. As it turns out, in this case, it’s actually a pack of 500 printer sheets with a total weight of 20 lbs. At a size of 8-1/2″ x 11″, they are also 96 bright, which will enhance the brightness and hence, the contrast, on any document or anything else that you print. According to the product details, this paper ream is also manufactured with ColorLok Technology, which “produces colours up to 30% more vivid and blacks up to 60% bolder than ordinary papers and dries up to three times faster for fewer smears”.

Plus, if you decide to get more than one paper ream, then you will be happy to know that 20% of all proceeds are also donated to the Canadian Cancer Society for breast cancer research. Although this paper ream isn’t all that pricey to begin with, especially since it’s currently on sale, every penny counts nonetheless! If you want to donate to the Canadian Cancer Society directly, then you can that as well through their site.

Best Buy Canada: Canon MF4770N Laser Printer For $69.99 (Expired)

Posted by on September 1, 2014 at 10:00 AM

Best Buy Canada: Canon MF4770N Laser Printer For $69.99 (Expired)

Printer ink can be quite a pain to deal with. A few days ago, I just had to replace the black ink in my all-in-one desktop printer after roughly a month of usage. In other words, I spent roughly $70 on printer ink in 60 days (taxes included), and considering the fact that I barely print out any colour pages, this particular deal intrigues me. For a limited time (until tomorrow – September 2nd), you can get a Canon MF4770N all-in-one monochrome laser printer with fax capabilities at Best Buy for $69.99 – that’s $130 off of the regular price of $199.99. Since it’s over $25, this deal also qualifies for free shipping.

Laser printers have many benefits. Not only do their ink/toner cartridges last much longer than desktop printers, but they’re great for users needing to print oodles of pages at a time. This is why so many businesses have laser printers – they’re just more efficient. Though you won’t be able to print colour pages, that shouldn’t bother professionals (such as myself Best Buy Canada: Canon MF4770N Laser Printer For $69.99 (Expired) ) that mainly need to print documents on a regular basis.

Some of the features of this Canon MF4770N laser printer include scanning, copy, and fax capabilities, rapid printing speeds (up to 24 pages a minute), the ability to hold up to 250 sheets of paper at a time, and networking support. It even has a quiet mode function, which I think is pretty handy. Printers are generally loud, so this is a welcome change.

Even though many people nowadays wouldn’t really have a need for this printer’s fax capabilities, what makes this a great deal to me is the fact that it’s a laser printer. When you eventually have to replace the toner cartridge on this printer, it seems like Amazon has the best deal on getting new ink, since it’ll only cost you $15.99 plus shipping (unless you get a minimum order of $25 – then you can get free shipping from Amazon).

If you were looking to purchase this multifunction laser printer on Amazon.ca, it would cost you $99.99. Tiger Direct sells the Canon MF4770N for $129.99. At $69.99, Best Buy provides you with the best deal on this multifunction laser printer. Listed below is part of a review of this printer from Amazon:

This is the best printer I’ve ever owned. It does it all, and does it well. It barely uses any power in energy saving mode, yet wakes up and begins printing a document before I get to the printer. Scanning can be a bit confusing if you haven’t done it in a while, but usually a sheet fed scanner costs more than this device. Copying is super simple. I don’t have a land line, so I’ve got nothing to say regarding the Fax capability, but who faxes anything anymore? The Ethernet interface is quite handy, allowing me to consolidate onto one device.

If you still haven’t purchased a printer for back to school, now’s the time to get one!

The Source Canada: Free Printer With Laptop Purchase ($80 Value)

Posted by on August 28, 2014 at 4:30 PM

The Source Canada: Free Printer With Laptop Purchase ($80 Value)

Receive a free HP Deskjet 2542 all-in-one printer worth $79.99 when you purchase any laptop at The Source Canada for four days only.

This older model printer is no longer available at the majority of the stores I looked at when I was attempting to price compare. However, companies bring out new printer models several times a year so it does not surprise me that a perfectly good printer is no longer on vogue. My nearly four-year-old HP Touchsmart printer was no longer sold mere months after I bought it, and yet it still functions perfectly well (except for the odd digested paper).

You do not need to add the printer to your cart; rather it will be automatically added for you with a qualifying laptop and then discounted to $0.

The Source Canada: Free Printer With Laptop Purchase ($80 Value)

Let us talk about inexpensive computers. Face it, not everyone has the money to go out put down half a month’s income on a new connection to the mythical land of Facebook and  planet Twitter. In addition, as most honest computer technicians worth their salt will tell you, the computers that people own far exceed their requirements. It is like getting a Lamborghini to go grocery shopping: overkill. Thankfully, The Source has several base models that will cost you under $250 and take care of your basic needs.

Acer Aspire AOD270-1892 10.1″ Netbook – Was $349.98 | Now $199.96

This netbook is the ultimate laptop for portability. The 10.1″ screen is still big enough to function for decent word processing, and the attached keyboard and following stats make it far better than a tablet that costs tons more. The stats are:

  • Intel Atom N2600 Dual-Core Processor
  • 1GB DDR3 SDRAM Memory
  • 320GB 5400RMP SATA hard drive

Acer Aspire One AO725-0691 11.6″ Netbook – Was $399.95 | Now $219.96

Get a slightly bigger screen, faster processor, and a bigger chunk of memory with this Netbook for only $20 more. Your screen also upgrades to LCD for superior viewing of HD films. The features are:

  • AMD C-60 Processor
  • 2GB RAM
  • 320GB Hard drive
  • Microsoft Office software

Both are open box models with full manufacturer’s warranty. The free printer offer can also stack, so if you buy two laptops you will receive two free printers. I do not think anyone needs two printers, but you might be able to sell the second one to cut down your overall costs.

Receive free shipping on orders of $30 or more.

HP Photosmart Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer Only $40 & Free Shipping @ BestBuy / FutureShop

Posted by on August 16, 2014 at 2:00 PM

HP Photosmart Wireless All In One Inkjet Printer Only $40 & Free Shipping @ BestBuy / FutureShop

If you are in need of a new inexpensive printer, this HP model from either FutureShop or BestBuy might fit the bill. It’s a deal on the HP PS6520 Photosmart Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer. The regular price is $149.99 but you can pick it up right now for only $39.99 with free shipping, from either store.

Price comparison wise, this particular model of printer doesn’t seem to be available from any other retailers, it seems to be an exclusive to the BestBuy and Futureshop stores. The price speaks for itself really.

Now, even though this is a great price on an HP printer, I will say that it’s probably not going to last you a lifetime. It’s an entry-level HP printer, and quite a basic model. There are a number of reviews on Futureshop from various people and they’re a little mixed, with the printer only receiving a score of just over two out of five. You can read the full reviews on the Futureshop link above, but there are big variations.

From:

Photos come out amazing!

To:

The black head no longer prints even though the ink level is full.

That latter comment seemed to be a concern from a few people. The HP PS6520 Photosmart Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer gets a slightly higher score on BestBuy, with comments such as, “Great all-around printer.” However, one customer stated:

For the cost of this ink, you could buy a brand new printer every time your cartridges run out.

This is definitely something to consider… and really a worrying trend to be honest. Electronics like this seem to be so disposable nowadays that people consider just buying a new printer instead of replacement ink!

Obviously you’ve got a full year’s warranty on the HP printer so if anything happens in that time, you’d be covered. But remember, you’re not paying a fortune for this item, so if anything goes wrong a couple of years down the line, you’re not too much out of pocket. It’s a great price to start with.

ML-2165 Laser Printer Only $49.99 + Shipping @ Memory Express Canada

Posted by on May 15, 2014 at 10:17 AM

ML 2165 Laser Printer Only $49.99 + Shipping @ Memory Express Canada

I was doing a price comparison for the ML-2165 Monochrome Laser Printer, and I spotted a super price over at Memory Express Canada. They are offering this basic Samsung laser printer for only $49.99 plus shipping!

Shipping costs depend on where you live. But for example, a test order to Ontario showed a shipping fee of an extra $8.99. Even with that shipping fee, it makes this printer about $59 plus taxes.

Price comparison for this Samsung ML-2165 Monochrome Laser Printer (including shipping fees): $100 @ CanadaComputers, $80 @ Best Buy, $98 @ Amazon, $100 @ Staples, $94 @ OfficeMax, $90 @ CDW, $80 @ LondonDrugs. The printer is $44.99 plus shipping @ FactoryDirect but it’s a refurbished model, so not quite the same to compare. SO, as you can see, the price from Memory Express is very competitive.

Sitting at my feet just now is a Samsung printer very similar to this one, except my printer also has a built-in scanner, it’s a multi-function device. In saying that, I’ve got an extremely high opinion as to the quality of Samsung products, I think they’re top notch.

NCIX Canada: Lexmark Mono Laser Duplex Printer Only $70

Posted by on April 25, 2014 at 11:00 AM

NCIX Canada: Lexmark Mono Laser Duplex Printer Only $70

NCIX has a sweet deal out on the Lexmark Mono Laser duplex printer. It seems they have the hottest printer deals lately! If you haven’t bought a printer from any of the choices I’ve blogged recently, maybe this is the one for you. Regularly $179.99, it is now $69.99.

With limited quantities, this deal may be another one that will go crazy fast. Let me tell you about this printer. It prints complex documents very fast without interruption and holds 850 sheets of paper, so you won’t spend your time changing the paper. It has 128MB of memory with a powerful 800 MHz dual-core processor, so images and text are both flawless.

This is what would sell me on this printer – very few paper jams. I remember working at the R.C.M.P. as a summer student, where I had the very illustrious job of copying and binding disclosure. This means I had to make several copies of the thousands of pages of evidence and if that photocopier jammed, it made my life miserable. If I needed to print a large job and the printer frequently jammed, it might just end up thrown out my window. To know this printer is reliable is so important!

Unfortunately,  you do have to pay for shipping. To my house it was only $4.99, which is a total steal, especially considering you are saving $110 already.

Canon Canada: Up To $60 Off Pixma Printers & Bonus Free Paper

Canon Canada: Up To $60 Off Pixma Printers & Bonus Free Paper

Canon has some sweet deals on for Pixma printers right now, with up to $60 off and you’ll get bonus free paper with your purchase.

The deal that gets you the most money off is on this Canon Pixma MG7120 in brown. It is a wireless inkjet photo all-in-one printer with superior photo printing performance. It can print photos up to 8.5″ x 11″ with amazing quality in both colour or black and white. You can even print on CDs and DVDs. There are so many other features available on this print. As a bonus, you’ll get 20 sheets of 8.5″ x 11″ SG-201 photo paper plus in semi gloss. This printer was $199.99, now $139.99, so you’ll save $60. I need a new printer for printing photographs and this may just be it!

The Canon Pixma MG2520 is a very low-cost printer, especially once you take another $20 off. It is great for both photos and documents and has a hybrid ink system for vivid colours or sharp text. It also comes with the bonus photo paper. It was $79.99, now $59.99.

Besides the two I’ve mentioned, there are two other mid-range printers available on sale.

Canon offers free shipping on all orders that are $14.99 or more so all of these printers would qualify and ship for free.

HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw Color Printer Only $149 @ HP.com Today Only!

Posted by on March 21, 2014 at 10:19 AM

HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw Color Printer Only $149 @ HP.com Today Only!

For one day only, HP Canada has a hot deal on this HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw Color Printer, and it’s a rather good price. The regular cost is $309 and it is $149 today only, a 52% saving!

As for shipping on this HP printer, it’s free shipping store-wide, so you don’t have to worry about that extra cost.

I’ve done an online price comparison to show you how good a deal this is. The CP1025nw is selling for $367 @ Walmart, $206 @ OfficeMax, $178 @ DirectDial, $290 @ Amazon, $200 @ CDW, $198 @ FrontierPC and $300 @ MemoryExpress. Those figures don’t all include shipping, so the HP price with free shipping really wins here.

I have a black and white laser printer at home and just the other day, I was discussing it with my partner. We both have come to the conclusion that even though the black and white laser we got is pretty great, we wished we’d spent the extra and gotten a colour laser instead. My daughter is coming four years old, and she’s going to start bringing home school projects and homework, and will more than likely benefit from having colour printing available. We’re thinking of scaling up, and with these kind of prices on the HP colour lasers, it could be a good excuse to do so.

  • Coupon Code: BAR_sADDITIONAL10on5522
  • Discount: Save $190 + Free Shipping
  • Expiry: 5th January 2014

The first thing I did with this deal was look to price match it. I couldn’t find anyone in Canada selling it at anywhere near this price, and I found it on Staples’ American site for $59.99. From what I can tell, this is the best deal on this printer anywhere. The HP site says the before price was $129.99, which I’m assuming is the MSRP. Either way, the regular price is $59.99, but you save $10 and get free shipping with this coupon code.

The printer itself is a photo printer that also does scanning and copying. It also does automatic two sided printing and copying. I’m assuming that means it is set up to print and copy on both sides, not that it will automatically flip your page and print on both sides, or that it has a copy bed on the lid. And on top of that, it does photo printing. That makes it perfect for printing out some of the pictures you took at Christmas.

Newegg Canada: $25 + Shipping for HP Deskjet 2510 Printer (Save $35)

Posted by on December 17, 2013 at 2:30 PM

Newegg Canada: $25 + Shipping for HP Deskjet 2510 Printer (Save $35)

Newegg Canada is offering the HP Deskjet 2510 Printer on sale from $59.99 down to $29.99. When you use the coupon code 1213CAD04 the product comes down to just $24.99 (plus $9.99 shipping).

Make sure to use the coupon code above when you place your order for the extra $5 off. That will offset the price of shipping (which is $9.99 for this unit). You will pay $24.99 for the printer + $9.99 for shipping which brings your total cost to $34.98. I price compared with Amazon.ca which has this unit for $69.99, it’s $75 @ NCIX. It’s also $35 @ Canada Computers, but shipping is extra too.

This is an all in one printer so it includes print, scan, and copy. It can print in black or colour and is compatible with HP 61 ink cartridges. It comes with both a colour HP 61 and a black HP 61 ink cartridge which are worth more than the price you are paying for them and the printer together.

Epson Canada: $120 off WorkForce Pro WP-4530 All-in-One Printer (Only $180!)

Posted by on October 30, 2013 at 11:29 AM

Epson Canada: $120 off WorkForce Pro WP 4530 All in One Printer (Only $180!)

Print, copy, scan, fax and work like a pro with a WorkForce Pro from Epson Canada.

The original price on this model is $299.99, but you get an instant rebate of $120 at checkout, making it $179.99. We’ve done a price comparison, and here’s what we can see: $299 @ Staples, $562 @ OfficeDepot, $300 @ Tigerdirect, $269 @ Newegg, $300 @ CDW. Great price from Epson!

Epson makes awesome printers. They’ve made awesome printers for a long time. My first printer was an Epson and I’m sure if I had a computer with a parallel port and some new ink that I could still plug it in and it would work. They’re also known for their large format printers. The inimitable John C. Dvorak himself if a huge fan of Epson printers.

This particular printer is more of an office printer but at this price it is affordable for even a home user. You can do all the usual stuff that all-in-one units do (print, fax, scan, copy) but have some additional functionality like a network card, colour fax/copy/scan/print, scan-to-email and tons more options. On top of that, it’s an inkjet, not a laser, so ink is cheaper.

Shipping is free.

Canon has a ton of great products including printers, point-and-shoot cameras, dSLRs, camcorders, professional camcorders and others. However, a lot of their great stuff can be made better or easier with accessories. Some of them need accessories to continue to function. There is nothing more annoying than to drop a bunch of money on an awesome new camera or lens only to have to turn around and drop more money on an accessory.

This 15% off coupon can help with that. You can get tons of accessories. For your printers you can get ink. Have an expensive camera lens? Pick up a case for it, or an extender, or replace that missing lens cap, or even get a lens hood to block out some light. Maybe it’s a new HD camcorder; You’ll want a bag to carry it around in, possibly a monopod or tripod to set it up on. There are tons of cool accessories and add-ons that you can pick up, and they have them for tons of products.

I’m getting my wife a new camera for Christmas, but if I wasn’t, I would probably pick her up an extra battery for her old Canon point and shoot. It’s getting a little old now, so the battery is lasting less and less each time she pulls it out, it seems.

Make sure you keep an eye on BargainMoose’s Canon Canada Coupon Code page for more deals!

Walmart Canada: HP Deskjet Printer Was $80 | Now $39

Walmart Canada: HP Deskjet Printer Was $80 | Now $39

I seem to be on about printers quite a bit these days, but it seems that August is a great time to buy a printer. I just found this HP Deskjet 3512 eAIO Printer on sale for just over half price at Walmart Canada. Pick up a new printer for $38.88, originally $79.98.

There are really two reasons why I picked this deal. The first is the price: it is a brand name printer under $40, with free shipping. You seriously cannot go wrong at that price point. Secondly, I picked this deal for the ratings: it has eighteen perfect 5/5 star ratings from very happy customers like this one:Walmart Canada: HP Deskjet Printer Was $80 | Now $39

For the price you cannot beat it in my opinion. It uses only 2 ink cartridges. It is small in size so it does not take up much space.. You can use it with your ipad.

I like the ability to print wirelessly from my iPad, so with this printer being compatible, it certainly scores well in my books.
