I am a huge fan of photo gifts for any occasion, so I like to share this type of deal. I was particularly interested to see the metal prints on Posterjack – I’ve never heard of these before! I recently had a great experience with getting my first ever canvas print, a 16″ x 20″ black and white photo of our first dance from my wedding. It is a beautiful piece and hangs above the fireplace in our apartment.

I think canvas prints are excellent if you want to print out a special memory. My sister got one of her wedding prints made into a canvas, my other sister also got a family portrait printed in canvas form. They’re both lovely! With Christmas creeping up on us, this is actually a really good gift idea for grand-parents or close family – I plan on making my mum a canvas print of all her grand-children.

Since I posted earlier about a fab deal on a 16×20 inch stretched canvas for $65 (including tax and shipping), I decided to do a price comparison with posterjack’s 30% off deal, so avert your eyes for a second while I do the math for Posterjack:

$79.99 – 30% = $55.99 + shipping ($8.50) = $64.49 + tax (calculating @ 5%) = $67.70 (if all my math is right)
