Amazon Canada: PlayStation Plus 1-Year Membership Now $43.66 (EXPIRED)

Posted by on November 23, 2014 at 9:30 PM

Amazon Canada: PlayStation Plus 1 Year Membership Now $43.66 (EXPIRED)

The PlayStation Plus 1-year membership is just $43.66 at Amazon right now. It was originally priced $49.99.

By taking advantage of this deal now, you will be saving 13%. This is actually the lowest price I have seen the PlayStation Plus 1-year membership go for and with the holidays right around the corner, it’s definitely a great deal to take advantage of, whether you already have any of the systems.

Breaking down the current $43.60 deal, each month comes down to just $3.63. Every month, new games are made available for a free download and once you download them, they’re yours forever! Well, at least until you decide to delete them off your system. Amazon Canada: PlayStation Plus 1 Year Membership Now $43.66 (EXPIRED)

Here’s a snippet from a review on Amazon’s site:

With a PS+ subscription, you get instant access to a bunch of free games*, every month, and steep discounts every week. You don’t need it to play online for the PS3 or Vita, but it’s worth it just for all the stuff that comes with the subscription. You’ll probably find that it pays for itself within a matter of weeks, although your backlog will become an unwieldy mess.

Keep in mind that you need to manually download the free games each month as these won’t automatically be added to your system’s hard drive.

To give you an idea, here’s a list of the games that became free this month (November):

  • PS4: Binding of Isaac Rebirth & Steamworld Dig
  • PS Vita: The Hungy Horde & Escape Plan
  • PS3: Frozen Synapse Prime & Luftrausers

Speaking of which, the 1-year membership can be used on either a PlayStation 4, a PlayStation 4 or a PS Vita. The cool about this is that once you redeem the code on your account, then PS Plus will automatically become available on any other system. This means that if after playing the PS4, you decide you want to play an older game on the PS3, then you can just as easily access the PlayStation Plus network from there as well. In fact, different games for each system are often offered, so it’s a great way to play different free games.

Price comparing, I found that the PlayStation Plus 1-year membership is still regularly priced everywhere else, like at Walmart, Best Buy and Future Shop.

Since Amazon usually offers free shipping to orders over $25, you’re sure to get your 1-year membership card shipped for free as well.

Best Buy Canada: Playstation TV Bundle | Was $140 Now $100

Best Buy Canada: Playstation TV Bundle | Was $140 Now $100

Good morning, my fellow gamers! Today’s deal at Best Buy is for a Playstation TV Bundle, which includes a DUALSHOCK 3 controller, an 8GB memory card, and a voucher that you could use to download The LEGO Movie Videogame. This bundle normally sells for $139.99, but you can now purchase all of this for $99.99! It’s a surprising deal, since the Playstation TV was just released fairly recently! You’ll also qualify for free shipping, which is always a nice bonus!

This Playstation TV Bundle can be a great gift for the holidays. You can play hundreds of games on it, since you could download many PS One and PSP classics. Trust me – Crash Bandicoot: Warped and Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night are still awesome games to play! It’s also compatible with most PS Vita game cards, so you could play your Vita games on the big screen!

It’s also compatible with the new Playstation Now service, so you could stream many great PS3 games with this Playstation TV. Finally, you could also play your PS4 games with this device – all you need is a PS4 controller, and you can wirelessly connect to the PS4 system in your home and play your games on another TV! Now that’s cool, and makes this device great for those that already have a PS4 system.

What makes this device interesting is the ability to download, rent, or stream movies, TV Shows, and music. It’s a versatile product that many people will have their eyes on during the holiday season!

This Playstation TV Bundle was just recently being sold for $139.99 at Best Buy, so you’re saving $40 with today’s deal. It’s also currently being sold at retail locations like Toys R Us for $139.99. Listed below is a snippet of a review of the Playstation TV from a satisfied Best Buy customer:

It’s a complete package for the casual gamer like me.

Happy gaming, Bargainmoosers!

The Source Canada: $30 Off PS4 Controller – Now $40

Posted by on November 3, 2014 at 12:00 PM

The Source Canada: $30 Off PS4 Controller Now $40

The Source has a fantastic deal on the PlayStation 4 Dualshock wireless controller. It’s now on sale for just $39.99, which is a $30 discount from its original price of $69.99.

The PlayStation 4 may have been released last year but I guarantee that it will nonetheless be at the top of plenty of Christmas lists this year, so if you anticipate having to get one or are already considering one, then you’re going to want to get an extra remote.

At The Source right now, you can get it in the 3 following colours:

Looks like there is also a blue PS4 controller available at The Source but only in-stores. So if this is the one you want, then I suggest calling your local The Source store to see if they have it in stock before heading out and trying to reserve it. Both Best Buy and Walmart have this remote for $65 (the camo one is $70 at Best Buy) and the cheapest I have seen it anywhere else is $44.98 at Amazon.

I have had the PlayStation 4 console for a couple of months now and it’s definitely well worth the investment, especially in the case of any serious gamer that has yet to get it. Personally, I would totally go for the urban camo one as it’s slightly less conventional from the black and white ones, which are the most common since they are typically released first. When I bought my second remote, even the white one wasn’t yet available!

Despite widespread concerns about battery life, the PS4 controller is much better than the PS3 one has it’s more comfortable to hold and is more precise. The built-in speaker is definitely a nice addition as it enhances game play (though you may want to turn it off if your remote is low on battery) and the touch pad is pretty cool as well.

Shipping is at a flat rate of $5 per order or you can choose to have your order shipped to your local The Source store for free. In any case, $5 is more than likely the price it would cost to drive over to the store anyways, so you might as well save yourself the trouble! The Source Canada: $30 Off PS4 Controller Now $40

Select Games Starting From $1.50 @ Sony PlayStation Network Flash Sale

Posted by on October 17, 2014 at 10:00 PM

Select Games Starting From $1.50 @ Sony PlayStation Network Flash Sale

Fancy yourself a gamer? Grab a couple of games starting at $1.50 at Sony’s PlayStation Network right now! Keep in mind that while you will be able to see the Flash Sale, you will need to sign into your PSN account in order to descriptions and actually make a purchase.

The cheapest game you can get is Resident Evil 3: Nemesis for $1.49. Rekeased in 2009, it’s playable on PS3, PSP and PS Vita and it actually boasts a near perfect score on IGN and is labelled as one of their Editors’ Choice games. It’s even 8.8/10 on GameSpot! In fact, here’s a snippit from James Mielke’s review:

While it may seem as if Resident Evil fans are getting shortchanged on this one, it really isn’t the case. Judged on its own merits, Resident Evil 3 is a truly outstanding game. Unlike other series (Street Fighter, Tomb Raider) that offer incremental “improvements,” the RE lineup continues to refine an already excellent premise. This is a series with legs, and each new chapter does nothing to diminish it.

Listed from lowest to highest priced, here’s a short list of the other games you can get during PSN’s Flash Sale:

  • Mirror’s Edge: $2.25
  • BloodRayne – Betrayal: $2.49
  • Mortal Kombat: $2.49
  • Knytt Underground: $2.49
  • Sacra Terra – Kiss of Death: $2.99
  • Sanctum 2: $3.49
  • Beyond Good and Evil: $3.49
  • Giana Sisters – Twisted Dreams: $3.49
  • Portal 2: $4.99
  • Resident Evil Code – Veronica X: $5.99
  • Battle Princess of Arcadia: $7.49
  • Remember Me: $11.99

A game you should definitely consider getting is Portal 2. Only playable on PS3, it’s an absolutely incredible game that will have you hooked within the first couple of minutes. Essentially a puzzle game, the goal is to create puzzles in order to escape the chambers that you are trapped inside. Each “level” gets progressively harder as you advance through the game and even cooler is that you can either play it solo or with someone else.

In fact, you can also rent the first and second volumes of Kill Bill for $3.99 each in SD (or $4.99 in HD). I have to admit that I totally thought it was a game version of the popular movie but as it turns out, it’s the movie itself! So if you want to re-watch (or perhaps even watch for the first time), this two-part phenomenal movie, then here’s your chance!

  • Coupon Code: hmnr-nqd9-d8u8-ftav
  • Discount: free Destiny eGuide
  • Expiry: Unknown

Destiny was released earlier today on September 9th 2014 and yet overwhelmingly positive reviews have already begun pouring in. Mostly praising the graphics and the beauty of the created world, reviewers have also noted the epicness of the story behind this mega-game. Why mega? Because it’s an action role-playing game that comes very close to being a MMO (massively multiplayer online game) but is instead beginning to be referred to as a shared-world shooter game instead as instead of hordes of players playing on the same servers, as in the case of World of Warcraft, for instance, players are instead matched with other players. This matchmaking does then allow for more interactivity within the game, though definitely not on the same scale as in WoW or SWOTR.

The Destiny eGuide available on Prima Games is definitely pretty cool as it’s beyond detailed. The main topics include the: field manual, the tower, earth, moon, venus, mars, armory, crucible codex, and trophies & achievements. Most of these further divide into subcategories as well. Whether this is a good thing or not is for you to decide but it has also been written in such a way that it will give away no spoilers of the games content. It is also mainly devoted to the PVE (player versus environment) but it does also cover some PVP (player versus player) aspects in the process.

Every facet of the Destiny eGuide is filled with interesting details about the game. In fact, I discovered that the class that you choose for your character will have a massive impact upon the storyline, so choose carefully! Prima Games Freebie: Free Destiny eGuide ($10 Value)

If you haven’t gotten it yet, you can get Destiny for either PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 or Xbox One for just $69 at (shipping will also be free as most orders over $25 are shipped for free).

PS4 Camera On Sale $50 + Extra $10 Off With Coupon Code + Free Shipping @ NCIX Canada

Posted by on September 6, 2014 at 7:30 PM

PS4 Camera On Sale $50 + Extra $10 Off With Coupon Code + Free Shipping @ NCIX Canada

Got a PlayStation 4 or are looking into getting one? Then you’re going to want and need a PlayStation 4 camera as one isn’t included with the purchase of a console. It’s currently on sale for $49.99 (reg. $64.99) at NCIX and you can also save an additional $10 with the coupon code: PS410, bringing it down to just $39.99. It will also be shipped absolutely free!

A couple of months ago, I finally invested in the PlayStation 4 and I have to admit that I was rather bummed to discover that the camera wasn’t included. I had previously seen the air bots in action at a friend’s place and I was excited to try them out in the comfort of my own living room but activating the Playroom simply wasn’t the same without the camera. This is certainly an interesting marketing strategy on PlayStation’s behalf because although the Playroom is included on every console, the camera necessary for it isn’t, thus making it more enticing for users to go out and spend more money on this accessory! In any case, NCIX’s price drop definitely make it much more worth it, especially since Best Buy has it for $65.89 and it’s $64.99 at The Source.

It also boasts a convenient design as it’s rectangular in shape and can easily rest on either the console itself, a TV stand or perhaps even on top of the cable box. My cable box, for instance, is located in the middle of my TV stand, so that’s definitely where I would prefer to place it to make sure that it connects well to the remote(s).

Another cool feature about the PS4 camera is that you can instantly log into your account with facial recognition as well as navigate by simply voicing out commands (much like in modern cars). Of course, it’s not as seamless as one might necessarily expect from the description but it’s still a neat option to have, especially if you’re wanting to impress friends before playing a couple of multi-players games! Speaking of which,

While the NCIX coupon code mentioned in the beginning of this post expires on September 30th 2014, there is no word on when this camera will go back to its original price, up to from its sale price. For more NCIX coupon codes, be sure to keep an eye on the Bargainmoose forum.

(PS4 & Xbox One) Best Buy Canada: WWE 2k15 Hulkamania Edition Pre-Order – Just $70 + Free Shipping!

Posted by on August 10, 2014 at 11:30 PM

(PS4 & Xbox One) Best Buy Canada: WWE 2k15 Hulkamania Edition Pre Order Just $70 + Free Shipping!

Negativity and Hulkamania: two things that don’t go together! Luckily, you can pre-order WWE 2k15 Hulkamnia edition on PS4 or Xbox One for just $69.99 at Best Buy. It’s set to release on October 28th 2014.

First of all, let me start off by saying that you should not wait to pre-order. Best Buy lists this game at a regular price of $69.99 but everywhere else (i.e. Amazon and EB Games), it’s $109.99, which puts this deal at close to a 40% discount in comparison. It’s even already sold out at Future Shop, where it was available for $69.99 as well!

Plus, the vast majority of PlayStation and Xbox One games tend to retail for $69.99, so the fact that this limited edition is at the same price is definitely pretty awesome, especially since the regular edition of this game is retailing for that same exact price right now, but without all of the following bonus features that the Hulkamania edition has:

  • Collective art card personally autographed by Hulk Hogan
  • Funko “Hollywood” Hulk Hogan vinyl figure
  • Authentic piece of ring canvas from Hulk Hogan’s Monday Night Raw appearance on March 10, 2014 in Memphis, TN
  • Premium packaging

In this edition of the game, players are also granted access to two exclusive characters: Hulk Hogan and “Hollywood” Hulk Hogan. It’s also a game that can either be played alone as singleplayer or in a multiplayer mode as it’s in a professional wresting fighting genre. Even cooler is that this latest instalment will focus on a historical timeline of past WWE rivalries, which die hard WWE fans are sure to enjoy. On the same vein, I’m sure just about anyone could enjoy the storyline as well in order to learn more about the history of the WWE, even though it’s fake! (PS4 & Xbox One) Best Buy Canada: WWE 2k15 Hulkamania Edition Pre Order Just $70 + Free Shipping!

I have to admit that I’m not the biggest Hulk Hogan fan but this is definitely a deal I’ll be taking advantage of as soon as possible before it sells out. I’m certain that my hubby will enjoy playing, especially with the Hulk Hogan character.

Fun fact: did you know that Hulkamnia was started after Hulk Hogan won the 1984 edition of Championship Wrestling? That was 30 years ago! Even crazier is that from 2005 to 2007, Hulk Hogan made a comeback, during which he was in his 50’s!

June 29 Knack for the PlayStation 4 Now $28.23 (Orig. $60)

Posted by on June 29, 2014 at 2:00 PM Knack for the PlayStation 4 Now $28.23 (Orig. $60)

Amazon Canada has a great deal on the game Knack for the Playstation 4. Originally $59.99, the game is now on sale for $28.23 and will receive free shipping as it costs over $25.

Now for a little price comparing. Knack for the PS4 costs $39.99 @ Future Shop, Best Buy and at EB Games and $59.98 @ You can buy the pre-owned versions at EB Games and Future Shop, but you are only saving another $5: the pre-owned versions cost $34.99. Amazon trumps all these companies with their new copies only $28.23 with free shipping.

So the reviews on this game are pretty mixed. If you are a hard-core gamer, then you might want to pass on this offering as the game controls are simple and it is not exactly the most challenging game out there. However, if you like a mix of old school gaming with modern graphics, if you like beating goblins to smithereens, and if you enjoy more simplistic controls, you might want to try this game. This game is mostly combat: Knack may be a pint-sized little thing but he can use his “powers to transform into a powerful brute or gigantic wrecking machine to defeat the onslaught of a goblin invasion.”

One reviewer said:

This game is fun, whimsical and pleasant. I find this relaxing and quite enjoyable. Most of all, I can play it! This is not the tough game that it is made out to be. As a series of challenges sometimes I succeed and other times I fail; When I fail I just try and try again until I get it right. After 3 hours and one major boss fight I haven’t yet hit a wall. It’s classic gaming but with modern visuals, audio and controls. Accept the game on its own terms. I think that it’s a proper game that is disarmingly innocent. And if kids can play a Mario game then Knack should be easy.

I think this would be a great game for kids or amateur gamers (like me) who do not need excess complexity to have fun. In fact, I vastly prefer a game with a smaller learning curve so I can just get in and have fun without getting my butt kicked too many times first.

For $11 cheaper than anyone else is selling the game for, I think Knack is a good buy from Amazon Canada right now.

June 11 Today only Save 15% on PlayStation SONY PS4 500GB Watchdogs with Controller Bundle

Posted by on June 11, 2014 at 2:30 PM Today only Save 15% on PlayStation SONY PS4 500GB Watchdogs with Controller Bundle

If you are looking to upgrade your gaming system or add a different platform to your repertoire, this is a pretty decent deal. The original price is $584.97, on sale for $499, a savings of $85.97.

For those of you who aren’t immersed in the gaming world (don’t worry, I’m not either), there are a few things you should know before you decide to surprise your man and upgrade his system for Father’s Day. The PS4 is not backwards compatible, meaning if he has an older Sony Playstation system his games won’t work on the PS4.

Despite the fact that I am not a gamer there are two features I personally appreciate. One is the PS4 also meets our DVD/Blu-Ray requirements thus eliminating the need to have a second device in our electronics tower. Secondly, if you are a Netflix subscriber, you can sign-in to your account through your PS4 and stream movies, etc., directly to your tv.

For the sake of price comparison, if you were to buy the the system, controller and the game separately, you are looking at approximately $565 so you are still saving money with this deal. For example at

Gaming system and price aside, I certainly don’t have any experience with the Watch Dogs game itself. If the gamer in your life  enjoys first person shooters, I think this game will be a hit.  This reviewer summed it up pretty nicely:

This game is absolutely incredible. Even after having finished the campaign I keep going back to it, whether it is to complete extra missions, play in the fun online modes, experience the mini games, or just casually explore the open world. The game’s mechanics and systems make for some very dynamic and rewarding encounters. Gameplay is king here, where you have a freedom in how to tackle situations that alot of other games just don’t have. The graphics are gorgeous, and the atmosphere conveyed as a result of the graphics is truly stunning. The open world city feels alive, with each pedestrian having a story, and going about their daily lives.

As always offers free shipping on all purchases, no minimum required. Please note: No promo codes or bonuses are available with this offer.

Dell Canada: Watch Dogs – Now $58 (PS4/ Xbox)

Posted by on June 2, 2014 at 5:30 PM

Dell Canada: Watch Dogs Now $58 (PS4/ Xbox)

*Gasp*! Watch Dogs just came out and yet it’s already on sale at Dell Canada! This is particularly shocking because newly released games can usually only be had at their full regular price of $69.99 and yet you can get this action-adventure Ubisoft game for just $57.99.

Despite the fact that Dell is showing this game as being from $59.99 with a current discount of $2, this is actually the lowest price available right now as all of the other major competitors like Best Buy, Amazon and Future Shop all have it for close to $69.99.

Very similar to Grand Theft Auto, it’s a single-player game play that focuses on the story of a hacker who can manipulate the city by gaining access to surveillance cameras, controlling trains, stealing banking information etc. The player has to walk or drive around the city, performing a variety of missions with the goal of avenging the main character’s niece, which can either be played in antagonism of the law or by following the rules.

Overall, Watch Dogs has already generated a tremendous amount of positive reviews, which have praised the cleverly-designed missions and action graphics. In fact, even GameSpot has given it a rating of 8 out of 10, while IGN rated it 7.5 out of 10. These may not be full ratings of 10 out of 10 but they are still good enough to make me want to try this game. I’m particularly excited about the possibility of hacking the city and going against the law. Plus, Ubisoft also has a really good track record for created enthralling games with notable titles such as Assassin’s Creed, Batman, Far Cry, Just Dance, Prince of Persia, Rayman, Resident Evil 4, and many others. In fact, they have also produced more than 30 Tom Clancy games like Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six and Splinter Cell, with numerous instalments of each.

Father’s Day is coming up quick but it isn’t just a special occasion for your own father as Watch Dogs could make a great gift for a spouse who has just become a new daddy. Dell Canada: Watch Dogs Now $58 (PS4/ Xbox) But hurry because this awesome deal expires soon and you won’t even have to pay shipping fees as Dell always offers free shipping.

What about you Moosers? Would you pick to play for or against the law?

PlayStation Network: Final Fantasy Games on Sale!

Posted by on January 28, 2014 at 9:30 PM

PlayStation Network: Final Fantasy Games on Sale!

Get some great games from one of the best RPG series’ ever released for super cheap from the PlayStation Network!

First off, anyone who bought the PS4 and doesn’t have a PS3, cannot take part in this deal. I know Sony is launching their “PlayStation Now” service in the summer which will let you stream PSOne, PS2 and PS3 games to your PS4 (among other devices) but for now it’s just a PS3 thing. PSP as well for some of the games here.

The games range from Classic like Final Fantasy III to newer titles like Dissidia Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy XIII-2 and a whole bunch of stuff in between. Prices for these titles are between $4.99 and $9.99. If you are a PS+ member the prices are $4.49 to $8.99. Before the sale the prices were $9.99 to $19.99 so you’re saving up to 50%. They also have Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn in collector’s and regular editions for $35.39 and $23.99 respectively. There are discounts for PS+ members and the regular prices are $59.99 and $39.99.

If I was going to pick out one game to buy from this list it would be Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of The Lions. It is hands down the best game ever created. Not even just in my opinion. It’s fact and you can take that to the bank just like Obama closing Gitmo! Seriously, for the few bucks this game costs, you owe it to yourself as a gamer to pick it up. The story is amazing and deep, the gameplay is beautiful and you can get lost in the jobs system. *sigh* I love it.

These are the prices for the digital downloads so there is no shipping. Prices are in USD.

  • Far Cry Blood Dragon – Was $14.99 – Now $7.49/$3.75

The prices are broken up in to two because PSN members can get up to 75% off while non-PSN members only get up to 50% off.

For PS VIta you can pick from another 14 games which include games like:

  • Worms Revolution Extreme – Was $14.99 – Now $7.49/$3.75
  • Sly Coopers: Thieves in Time – Was $26.99 – Now $13.49/$6.75
  • The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season – Was $19.99 – Now $9.99/$5
  • Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two – Was $29.99 – Now $14.99/$7.50

If you own a PS Vita and have not yet played The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season you really owe it to yourself to pick it up, especially at $9.99. It’s an absolutely amazing game and worth every penny at $9.99, $19.99 or $59.99.

I feel all snobbish about this deal because I have a PS4 and the deals just don’t appeal to me enough to hook up my PS3 again. I would, however, like to pick up a PS Vita at some point so it’s always nice to know that the games are going on sale. Hopefully by the time they have a 15 for ’15 sale next year. Regardless, PS3 or PS Vita, there are a bunch of great games on sale starting tomorrow so get to gaming!

All these games are digital downloads so there is no shipping.

EB Games Canada: PS Vita WiFi For Only $170 (Save $30)

EB Games Canada: PS Vita WiFi For Only $170 (Save $30)

Get the newest handheld to go with your brand new PS4, or your PS3, or anything else for only $170 at EB Games!

In another life I covered the PS Vita launch. It was awesome. The touch screen and the back-touchpad make for some great ancillary game mechanics (like the SixAxis controller) without being too intrusive like some others (I’m looking at you, Kinect and Wiimote). The connectivity, for those who are interested in that sort of stuff, is awesome. To top it all off, it has an absolutely gorgeous OLED screen.

If you have a PS3 or, better yet, a PS4, this is a great companion device. Remote play is awesome and I love the idea of taking some classic games, for instance, like FFVIII with you on your handheld. It’s kind of crappy playing a two or three year old game on your 70″ LED TV, but on a handheld, it doesn’t feel so bad.

This is a great price, too. You don’t often see consoles come on sale because they are super low margin items or, in some cases, are loss leaders. Getting the PS Vita for $169.99 is great considering it was $199.99. You’re saving $30! This could be a stock purge sale to get the original version gone before the PS Vita Slim comes here, which I’m assuming will happen some time soon. Normally I’m all up on a slim version of a console, but I guess the PS Vita Slim doesn’t have the amazing OLED screen, so I might pass.

Shipping is around $6 for most people.

Best Buy Canada Boxing Week Special: 40% Off PlayStation Plus 1-Year Membership

Best Buy Canada Boxing Week Special: 40% Off PlayStation Plus 1 Year Membership

Here’s a hot deal on a super popular item right now: $20 off a PlayStation Plus one year membership during Best Buy’s Boxing Day sale. Get it now for just $29.99 instead of $49.99.

As I was completing my Christmas shopping the other day, it dawned on me that the PlayStation Plus one-year membership would make for an incredible gift for a gamer friend of mine. This thought immediately preceded my hurrying on over to Best Buy at the other end of the mall but actually, I wish I hadn’t, because of this pretty awesome Best Buy Boxing Day special.

In case you’re on the fence about getting the membership, don’t be. It truly is a fantastic offer. Just think about it, at $29.99, that’s the equivalent of 8 cents per day!

My excitement at seeing this incredible deal actually pushed me to take advantage of this offer online, not once, but twice: once for myself and the other for another friend — ah the joys of giving. In case you’re still not convinced, then consider all the perks:

  • Free access to popular games monthly
  • Online multiplayer universe for all PS4 players
  • Up to 75% off at the PlayStation Store
  • Available to PS3, PS4 and even PS Vita
  • One-hour trials of full games
  • Exclusive and early access to select games (including beta and demos)

For the last point, past access to upcoming games has included epic titles such as: God of War: Ascension, DC Universe Online and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.

Although I thought at first that a code would be provided at the end of checkout for immediate redeeming, it looks like an actual physical copy of the card gets shipped absolutely free instead.
