I recently introduced my Mother (yes, some women talk to their mothers about such things) to Lunapads. I did it an easy way, I gave her a pad and 3 liners for her birthday, told her to try them. I use Lunapads all the time and LOVE them. I personally make great use of the Lunapad underwear and liners. I couldn’t be happier. In the long run I am saving a ton of money and they are comfortable and secure. I never could make the diva cup work… without severe pain… however the Lunapads are remarkable and I am very pleased.

I recently switched to Lunapads after careful consideration about the pros and cons. The pro that finally got me was a financial calculation that went like this: The financial cost to set me up with reusable lunapads, lunapanties (my favorite), and diva cups for the next 10 years = $200 (I got everything!). The financial cost of tampons + liners per month = $10. There are 12 months in a year, so $120 a year. Times 10 years, $1200. Saving $1000 and becoming far more eco-friendly feels really good, doesn’t it?
