Little Burgundy: North Face Men’s Boots Were $180 | Now $90 & Free Shipping

Little Burgundy: North Face Mens Boots Were $180 | Now $90 & Free Shipping

Little Burgundy has 50% off North Face Merthyr lace up boots right now. Originally $180, these hard working boots are on sale for $90. As Little Burgundy offers free shipping on orders of $75 or more, these boots will ship for free.

I was not sure of the original name of the boots so it was going to be very hard to price compare. Thankfully, Google image search exists. These boots are actually called Men’s Ballard II Boots by North Face. This version is last season, but the updated Ballard II Chakka version costs $159.99 on North Face’s Canadian website. I found the same boots Little Burgundy has, but North Face no longer sells them. However, there were some very nice reviews of the boots including this one:

The quality of this boot is superb! I ordered online with not having seen this not in person and was blown away by the quality of the leather and how comfortable they are. This is a must buy for someone looking for a high quality casual winter boot.

Other reviewers mentioned that the boots are not 100% waterproof, but they are pretty close (other reviewers argue they are waterproof). Most reviewers said the boots were lightweight, durable, and looked really good as well.

Now, Little Burgundy is selling these boots at a discount in two colours: brown leather and black leather. There are several sizes still available:

  • Brown: 12
  • Black Leather: 7, 9.5, 10, 12, 13

I do not know why the brown is nearly sold out, as I prefer the black leather. The brown does have a funky white sole, perhaps that is the appeal.

The inside of these boots is lined with wool felt with Thinsulate Insulation ling for warmth during the winter months. According to reviewers, the lace-up boots come with two different coloured laces. If you wear one pair out, then you can switch up and make your boot look a little different too. The built in pull-tab will help you slide into these boots with ease. The rubber out-sole gives you good traction on bad weather.

While winter is receding, this is a good time to pick up a pair of winter boots for next near. If you live in Edmonton, these boots will still get good use after that dump of snow you guys just had.

Little Burgundy: Shellys London Shoes Were $70 | Now $15 & Free Shipping

Posted by on March 6, 2015 at 4:58 PM

Little Burgundy: Shellys London Shoes Were $70 | Now $15 & Free Shipping

Little Burgundy is offering free shipping on all orders for a limited time. I found these sweet little Shellys London Shoes that were $70 and are now on sale for $14.98.

These shoes are a cute little mini-wedge sandal with straps across the toe region and an ankle strap as well – attached to a back counter piece. The shoes come in a glamorous metallic turquoise, though I would be tempted to call the colour ‘aqua’. Surprisingly, the shoes are still available in many sizes. Choose from sizes five, six, seven, eight, and nine.

Animal lovers will be pleased to know that the shoes are made of synthetic material with a rubber bottom. They are really cute and would make a great addition to your summer shoe wardrobe. While the colour can somewhat limit what you wear these with, I can still see plenty of opportunities. The Shellys London wedge will look good with a pair of jeans and a simple tee. Pair these shoes with a pair of cut-off shorts and a tank top or camisole. I could also see them looking just lovely with a bright yellow sundress. I think blue and yellow look marvellous together – they make each other pop.

What really impressed me about this deal are the percentage off and the free shipping. These shoes are 79% off their original price (WOW!) and really on budget for even the thriftiest buyer. Now, Little Burgundy usually requires $75 for free shipping or you pay a fee of $5. With the free shipping offer across their website, you save an extra $5 (essentially) on your order. You really cannot go wrong with a pair of sandals for $15.

There are several other good deals on sandals, but the selection is bad or the price is not as good. The Shellys London Lareawia was $90 and is now $14.95, but only size 8 is still on stock. This mega platform sandal will give you plenty of height and visual appeal.

For size 10 women, pick up the Hibou Cheama wedge sandal in midnight black. Originally $60, this sandal is also on sale for $14.95. Both of these pairs of sandals have very limited stock, whereas the main deal above has five sizes still available.

Little Burgundy: Men’s Sorel 1964 T Boot was $160 | Now $80 & Free Shipping

Posted by on February 26, 2015 at 4:57 PM

Little Burgundy: Mens Sorel 1964 T Boot was $160 | Now $80 & Free Shipping

Little Burgundy is offering 50% off the Men’s 1964 Premium T Boot by Sorel. Originally $160, the boot is on sale for $80. As the Sorel boots cost over $75, they qualify for free shipping to your home.

As I have mentioned before, Little Burgundy really likes to have fun naming things. These are called the McClatchey boot on Little Burgundy’s website. However, I looked them up on Sorel’s own website to find out their true name. These boots are the Men’s 1964 Premium T Boot you can view on Sorel’s website.

These boots are perfect for stomping through the mud and working in adverse conditions. They are seam-sealed and waterproof with a leather upper. This is a classic style for Sorel and I know it well as my father has owned several pairs of these boots over the years.  Inside, enjoy the comfort and convenience of the removable recycled felt liner. It will keep your feet dry and worm. However, if the liner does get wet, then you can pull it out and throw it either in the dryer or prop it over a heat vent (what we used to do) so it dries off. Removable liners make it easy to keep your boots clean both inside and out.

I price compared these boots with anyone else I could find in Canada who sells them. Sorel Footwear has the boots for $160. Gravity Pope also sells the boots for $160 while has the CVS version for $150.

Only the black boots are on sale (not the dark brown). Sizes 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 are in stock so there is a good chance your size is available.

You could possibly get these boots for cheaper if you have never signed up for the Little Burgundy newsletter. When you sign up for the newsletter (for the first time), you will receive a coupon code for 10% off your order. That coupon can be used on sale items so these boots would come down to $72. That is just below the free shipping minimum so you may need to throw a little boot protectant into your cart to get back up to free shipping.

Be sure to check out the rest of the men’s boots that are currently on sale for 50% off during this sale.

Little Burgundy: Michael Kors Fulton Harness Boots Were $128 | Now $64 & $5 Shipping

Posted by on February 24, 2015 at 1:31 PM

Little Burgundy: Michael Kors Fulton Harness Boots Were $128 | Now $64 & $5 Shipping

Little Burgundy has discounted the Michael by Michael Kors Fulton Harness rain boots from $129 down to $64.  If you love designer boots and need a new pair of rain boots, the pick up this glossy pair of black boots from Little Burgundy.

Michael Michael Kors is not one of those brands you see on sale that often, and when you do it is usually for only a small percentage off the regular price. The Michael Kors Fulton Harness boots feature glossy black leather with seems for visual appeal. They are a bit higher on the outside of the leg than they are on the inside. The name of the boot comes from the harness decoration around the ankle that bears the MK insignia. These look almost like riding style boots in the shape of their toe, the harness, and the overall design.

There are four sizes still available right now: 8, 9, 10, and 11.

Now, I could not find these boots anywhere else in Canada so a good price comparison is sort of hard. I did find the ‘bootie’ version of this boot on sale at Browns Shoes. The booty version was $110 and is on sale for $79.98. Given that bootie versions are always cheaper than the full length version (I am thinking of Hunter as a prime example for this), I think that this is a very good deal on a pair of Michael Kors rain boots.

These really are a charming pair of boots and are an excellent upgrade to standard rain boots without paying exorbitant designer prices. These look stylish and would even look good with a dress or a skirt. Black matches with everything making these a practical pair of boots if you are only going to have one pair of rain boots.

If you have larger calves, then these might not work because the upper region of the boot looks pretty narrow. There is no zipper or buckle to let out more fabric.

Little Burgundy currently offers free shipping on orders of $75 or more. as these boots are under that minimum, you will pay just $5 for shipping. That is still quite a reasonable price and will keep the boots under $70 before taxes. Sign up for the Little Burgundy newsletter to receive 10% off your first order.

TOMS Strappy Wedges Were $80 Now $40 & Free Shipping @ Little Burgundy

Posted by on February 12, 2015 at 8:47 AM

TOMS Strappy Wedges Were $80 Now $40 & Free Shipping @ Little Burgundy

TOMS Levyna strappy wedges are on clearance, yippee! These wedges were $80 but now are only $39.98. Free shipping  is included with all orders @ Little Burgundy.

Despite tons of snow on the ground, I am starting to fill my spring wardrobe. It feels like spring is a dream that is far away right now. Soon enough, I will be able to free my legs and toes in some nice warm spring air. That day cannot come soon enough.

I do not wear wedges very often these days with a young child in the house. I used to wear heels all the time and wedges were one of my favourite choices. I do like to keep a couple pairs in my closet for special occasions, parties and date night with my hubby.

These TOMS Levyna wedges are perfect for a casual evening out. With a cork heel and canvas straps, these wedges would be cute with a flirty little dress. I can imagine a date night at a little bistro down by the water. Maybe afterwards we can stroll along the river and enjoy the view. One day soon, it will be warm enough to stroll along the river in these fun wedges.

Sizing is a little spotty on these shoes, as sometimes happens when the price drops low. Luckily this shoe comes in a couple different colours.

  • Natural- Size 10
  • Black- Size 9
  • Blue- Size 8 1/2 and Size 9

Also, do not forget TOMS one to one program, which just makes you feel warm inside. For every pair of shoes purchased, TOMS will donate a second pair of shoes to someone in need. On Little Burgundy’s site, it says that over 50,000 shoes have been given to kids in South Africa and Argentina through this program.

These wedges look similar to this pair of Black Canvas Cork Wedges that are retailing for $80 on the official website for TOMS, though they claim they are new to the line. Nordstrom also has the same pair of Black TOMS wedges for $91.32. Sporting Life has a pair of beige strappy shoes for $49.99.

I saw one review on the “new” pair of strappy sandals on the TOMS official website.

I recently bought these and had to exchange them for a much bigger size. I normally wear a 6 and a half with Toms, however these were tiny. I am scared that going up a half a size will not be enough, so I went up a full size.

Seeing that review, I might consider buying these shoes in a half size up. I have peeked around some online bulletin boards where someone has asked about the comfort of any of TOMS wedges. The overwhelming response seems to be that TOMS line of wedges in general are comfortable and buyers seem pretty happy with the purchase.

Score free shipping with no minimum with this deal. There are not many sizes of these shoes in stock. If you see your size and want a pair, I would grab them now for spring. I personally would be sorry if I missed this deal and only had full retail price to choose from closer to spring. Now I just need someone to take me on vacation in these shoes pronto!

Little Burgundy: UGG Classic Mini Leopard Boots Was $165 | Now $85

Posted by on February 3, 2015 at 12:38 PM

Little Burgundy: UGG Classic Mini Leopard Boots Was $165 | Now $85

Pick up a pair of coveted UGG women’s Classic Mini Leopard Boots on sale from $165 down to $84.98. As the boots retail for more than $75, they also come with free shipping across Canada.

UGG Australia is one of the most popular winter boot companies in Canada, if I were to judge by what people wear on their feet. They tend to be warm and very comfortable, while offering a good amount of traction for a Canadian winter. However, UGG boots tend to be very expensive, so a deal like this is a welcome reprieve for boot loving women.

The UGG Classic Mini Leopard Boots come in a vibrant oxblood colour with leopard-printed Twinface sheepskin. The shaft measures about 5″ high, thus they are considered ‘mini’ boots. I looked these boots up on UGG Australia to both price compare and receive further details. Right now, UGG has the boots on sale from $160, down to $120. While not the same print, the cheapest UGG Mini boots I could find on SoftMoc were on sale for $119.99. You are certainly getting the better deal at Little Burgundy!

The only downside of this deal is the sizing: there are only three sizes available. However, if you are a size 9, 10, or 11 then you should hurry on over to Little Burgundy to pick up a fresh new pair of UGG boots.

The reviews on UGG Australia Canada are quite good for this boot, though there are only three. One reviewer said:

I bought these boots for my wife as a Christmas gift. She loves them. Stylish, comfy and warm she says. It was her favorite gift. Well worth it.

Another reviewer mentioned that these UGGs look far nicer than most other boots by the company, which would not take much in my opinion. UGG boots have never been known for their beauty, which is exactly how they got the name ‘UGG’.

I assume this offer will sell out fast, as most of the previous individual footwear deals for popular brands have sold quickly. I do enjoy blogging these footwear deals because I wear through boots at an alarming rate and always seem to need a new pair. I want good quality, yet I can never fathom paying over $100. With a deal like this, I don’t have to.

Take 50% Off Women’s Timberland Marcelin Boots for Just $70 @ Little Burgundy Canada

Take 50% Off Womens Timberland Marcelin Boots for Just $70 @ Little Burgundy Canada

Yesterday Avigayil wrote about a great selection of Dr. Martens boots that are on sale for 50% off at If those boots were not your style,  you may prefer these Timberland Marcelin Boots which are also on sale for 50% off at Little Burgundy Canada. These Timberland Marcelin Boots were $140, but while supplies last you can pay just $70.

For some odd reason, Little Burgundy Canada always has their own name for footwear. These Timberland Marcelin Boots are otherwise known as Timberland Teddy Fleece Waterproof Boots. I thought perhaps these were the Earthkeepers boots, but I was wrong. There are four colours available, but the most popular “camel” colour is not on sale. The three colours available for $70 are brown, dark brown and midnight black. There are still many sizes available.

I looked at many other retailers to ensure that this is the lowest price around for these Timberland Teddy Fleece Waterproof Boots. Here is a quick look at the prices for these boots at other Canadian retailers:

These classic lace up boots will be worth the $70 you spend, that’s for sure. These boots will help you tackle all of the elements that come along with Canadian winters. These Timberland boots are lace up which might be a bit of a pain, but the fleece lining will keep you warm and the wonderful tread will keep your butt from hitting the cold hard ground. These boots can also fold down to show off the fleece if you are wanting to change up your style a little bit. I adore the look of these Timberland Teddy Fleece Waterproof boots paired with skinny jeans and the edge folded down.

Here is one of the customer reviews from the Little Burgundy Canada website:

I bought my Timberland Marcelin boots in grey with off-white fleece lining a few months ago for this winter season in Canada. So far, I love them. They are most definitely leak proof. They’re a great option for people with bigger calves or a high instep, because Sorel’s simply do not work for women with these requirements. I also have wide feet with high arches and Timberland boots are always true to size for me, and so comfortable.

These shoes almost hit the total amount required to receive free shipping at If you spend $75 or more, you will get free shippingSo take a look for something else small to add to your cart, otherwise you will end up paying $5 for standard shipping costs. All Little Burgundy orders are shipped within 3 business days of completing your order.

Little Burgundy: 50% Off Dr. Martens Boots

Posted by on January 26, 2015 at 12:35 PM

Little Burgundy: 50% Off Dr. Martens Boots

Little Burgundy Canada is offering 50% off select Dr. Martens Boots for women. The Serena and Pascal boots are on sale from $190 down to just $95 a pair. As they cost over $75, you will receive free shipping on your order.

As per usual, it was a mad hunt to find the true names of these boots. What Little Burgundy calls the ‘Rena’ is actually the Pascal Boot in Skins Tattoo by Dr. Martens. This is my favourite of the two styles as the black leather features bright and colourful tattoo style graphics including a bull dog, skull, cross, birds, brass knuckles, and more. The traditional eight-eye boot looks phenomenal and it will certainly make a statement on your feet. Originally $190, they are now on sale for $95. Sizes 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 are available currently. I price compared directly with the Dr. Martens Canadian website where the same boots cost $189.99 right now.

What Little Burgundy calls the ‘Valerine’, is really the Dr. Martens Serena boot. Choose from cheery red or black leather in this boot from the core collection. These boots feature a Ben outsole, tradition eight-eyelet style, soft natural grain leather, and the classic heel loop. Unlike many other styles, they also have a faux fur lining on the inside to keep your feet toasty warn during the colder months. It also feels luxurious on your toes. Here are the sizes currently in stock:

  • Cherry Red: 7, 8, 9, 10
  • Black: 6, 7, 9, 10

I also price compared these boots directly with Dr. Martens Canada. Both the cherry red and the black colours currently retail for $189.99. At Little Burgundy, the boots were $190 and are now $95. If you want to read more about the Serena or the Pascal boot, I suggest visiting the Dr. Martens website. There is not much information about the actual boot on Little Burgundy.

I wanted to mention two other Dr. mMartens boots on sale, but I couldn’t quite track down their right names. Be sure to check out the ‘Cabrovizza’ in navy: it was $175 and is now $87.50. In addition, what Little Burgundy calls the ‘Karlotta’ is on sale from $175 down to $87.50 as well in midnight black.

In my experience, women’s Dr. Martens fit a bit on the narrow side. If you have wide feet, you are better to size down in the men’s or you might need to get the leather stretched out. I have slightly wide feet myself, so I was keenly aware of the narrow width on several pairs I tried on down in Seattle. If I remember correctly though, the Pascal has a decent width. I like Dr. Martens because their soles are absurdly comfortable.

Little Burgundy: Hunter Original Short Rain Boots (Grey) Was $155 | Now $77.50 & FS

Posted by on January 20, 2015 at 3:58 PM

Little Burgundy: Hunter Original Short Rain Boots (Grey) Was $155 | Now $77.50 & FS

Little Burgundy certainly has some spectacular sales on footwear lately, and this 50% off deal on Hunter short wellie rain boots is no exception. Originally $155, pick up a pair of short Hunter wellies in grey for just $77.50. As Little Burgundy offers free shipping on $75 or more, these boots will ship to you for free.

These are a new addition to the sale that was added today – I believe – as I looked at the same yesterday and did not see these boots. Almost all women are in luck because only size five is currently sold out. That means size six through size 11 is still in stock. While you will see other boots listed, only the grey pair qualifies for this sale price.

I am not sure what I can say about Hunter wellies that I have not already said before. They are just awesome! They are comfortable on your feet, they are low maintenance, they are very durable, and I cannot see ever wearing through them. A word of warning though: they have poor traction on wet logs. For some reason I thought rain boots would make excellent footwear for a trip to the beach for my first (and last) ever surfing lesson. Uh, no.

I also really like the grey colour above. It is a very nice alternative to black (the colour I own), and yet still match everything in your wardrobe. I find myself wanting to get away from so much black – but matching often becomes difficult. Grey is a beautiful alternative and is still basic enough to pair with anything.

Now, I own the short boots because I have very thick calf muscles. Even with the Huntress tall boots, I could never get a good fit. Thus, the Hunter short boots have been the perfect alternative. They keep my feet dry and still look good.

Now, as a little price comparison, Hunter Canada has a few colours on sale for $105. Everywhere else, I kept on finding the boots for $149.99 or more.

You can get an extra bit of a discount if you sign up to Little Burgundy’s newsletter (for your first time). You will receive a coupon code for 10% off your first order. That will reduce the cost of your new Hunter Original Short Boots in grey down to $69.75.

Little Burgundy Canada: 50% Off Hunter Adjustable Tall Gloss Boots – Now $85 – EXPIRED

Posted by on January 16, 2015 at 12:52 PM

Little Burgundy Canada: 50% Off Hunter Adjustable Tall Gloss Boots Now $85 EXPIRED

This is now the cheapest price I have ever seen a pair of Original Adjustable Gloss Wellington Boots! These Hunter Tall Boots in bordeaux (burgundy) gloss are discounted from $170 down to only $85 with free shipping as these are over the free shipping minimum.

I cannot help but be delighted over this deal. On the very rare occasion I have seen a Hunter Tall boot just break that $100 mark (like $99), and usually sizes are down to one or two options if you are lucky. However, these glossed wellies in a wine colour are still available in sizes 6, 8, 9, and 10. Unfortunately, I wear a size 7 so I am a bit out of luck on this one.

If you have never worn Hunter boots before, they are designed to fit big enough for a thick sock to fit. I usually wear a 7 and 1/2 shoe but I fit a size 7 boot in Hunter with ease.

Now, for girls with thicker calves, you may be in luck. These boots come with an adjustable buckle at the back that actually has extra fabric that allows for more calf room. I am not sure how much more space the adjustable back actually gives, and it does start a bit high up, but it may be your chance to squeeze into some lovely tall Hunter boots.

Now, I looked these exact boots up on Hunter Canada and the colour ‘bordeaux’, as Little Burgundy calls it, is called ‘burgundy’ on Hunter’s website. It is this lovely plum wine colour. I also price compared these beauties with other sellers and here is what they are going for:

  • $170 @ Hunter Canada
  • $170 @ Hudson’s Bay Canada
  • $174.99 @ Soft Moc Canada
  • $165 @ Town Shoes Canada

I just price compared any colour in the Original Adjustable Gloss Wellington Boot style as finding this specific colour was fairly hard – only Hunter Canada has this colour in stock.

Now, you can get an extra bit of a discount if you sign up to Little Burgundy’s newsletter (for your first time). You will receive a coupon code for 10% off your first order. That will reduce the cost of your new Hunter Adjustable boots down to $76.50.

As the boots cost over $75, you will receive free shipping on your order.

Little Burgundy Canada: 50% Off Sorel Winter Boots

Posted by on January 12, 2015 at 1:10 PM

Little Burgundy Canada: 50% Off Sorel Winter Boots

Little Burgundy has a selection of warm winter Sorel boots sale for 50% off their original retail price.

The Women’s Sorel Tofino Felt Boot retails for $200 regularly, but is now on sale for $100. According to Sorel, the boot fits slightly small so you may wish to size up if you are between sizes. Sizes 5 through 7 1/2 are in stock. The boot is best for light snow. This boot retails for $150US at Sorel.

What Little Burgundy calls the Vedute, appears to be the Sorel Women’s Winter Fancy Lace II Boot. In the khaki colour only, the boot is on sale from $190 down to $95. Sorel says this boot fits small and that it is best for casual winter wear and light snow. Sizes 5 through 8 are available.

Our next boot is the Women’s Tofino Herringbone from Sorel. Originally $200, the boot is on sale for $100. Sizes are limited, with sizes 5, 6, and 6 1/2 represented. The boot fits slightly small like the other Tofino.

Little Burgundy is also selling a boot called the Mercatino but I cannot find out what the boot’s actual name is on Sorel. This boot is fleece lined with a knit collar. It also has one of the most generous size distributions still available: 6 1/2 up to 9 1/2. Originally $150, the boot is now $75.

Here is a little note on naming. The names that Little Burgundy uses for the boots are not the actual names that Sorel gave their boots (thus, I tend to ignore them). Little Burgundy makes up names and sticks them on boots for some odd reason – something that is terribly infuriating if you are trying to find information for a specific piece of footwear. Perhaps the best example of this in the sale is what Little Burgundy calls the Reeter, which is then noted in the description to be the Conquest Carly Boot. The Conquest Carly is the real name of this boot, and where ‘Reeter’ came from is anyone’s guess. This boot is available in sizes 5 and 6. It also appears to fit a tiny bit small. Originally $280, the boot is on sale for $140. The same boot costs $220US at Sorel’s website.

The boots all tend to rang 4/5 stars on Sorel’s website so they are very well thought of by customers.

Because of Little Burgundy’s refusal to use the boots’ real names… I had to research each boot in pretty much a ‘Hail Mary’ situation (Google Image search) just to find the right names and additional information.

Little Burgundy: UGG Classic Short Ankle Boot Was $195 | Now $97

Posted by on January 8, 2015 at 7:21 PM

Little Burgundy: UGG Classic Short Ankle Boot Was $195 | Now $97

I always get super excited when I see a deal on a brand name that rarely ever allows deep discounts on their products. Right now, you can score an UGG Classic Short Ankle-High Boot on sale from $195 to $97.50 from Little Burgundy! All orders at Little Burgundy currently ship for free.

Now, I price compared these boots with other retailers to ensure that this was the best deal.

  • $155 @ UGG Australia
  • $195 @ Hudson’s Bay Canada
  • $194.98 @ Sport Chek Canada
  • $195 @ Town Shoes Canada
  • $194.99 @ Soft Moc Canada

As you can easily see, Little Burgundy Canada kicks butt with this UGG winter boot offer. None of the other retailers comes anywhere near $100, let alone under that.

UGG Australia is one of the most popular brands for winter footwear. It is no surprise to me: their thick suede outer with Sherpa wool inner is incredible warm. The boots are also indulgently comfortable to walk in. The have a comfortable sole with a decent grip – not the best but certainly not the worst I have ever worn. I used to own a pair before one winter of heavily salter roads and my negligence destroyed them. The only thing I did not like was that they do not have much ankle support. They are a rather soft boot so if you stumble a bit on ice or something, your ankle can be in for a nasty roll.

Now, this sale is valid on two colours only: purple and navy. Personally, I think these are two of the most attractive colours being offered at Little Burgundy. All other colours are full price so do not try buying them. Now, I fully expected sizing to be already poor on these shoes as – when I find such a good deal like this – I tend to be unlucky on quantity or sizing. Happily, there are still plenty of sizes in stock:

  • Purple: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
  • Navy: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

If you have not done so yet, sign up for the Little Burgundy newsletter to receive a coupon code for 10% off your first purchase. This will bring the cost of your boots down a bit further.

Hey Moosers, do you own a pair of UGG Australia boots? If so, leave us a comment to tell us what you think of them.

Sully Wong Corcho Jr. Backpack Was $85 | Now $31 @ Little Burgundy

Sully Wong Corcho Jr. Backpack Was $85 | Now $31 @ Little Burgundy

Little Burgundy has reduced the Sully Wong Corcho Jr. Backpack from $85 down to $31.49 in navy and purple. Currently, Little Burgundy is also offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum, thus your backpack will ship for free.

I price compared with Sully Wong’s website. They list the backpack at $85 retail, and have the navy and purple models on sale for $65 each. The black model on both Little Burgundy and Sully Wong costs more.

This is a backpack of a different sort – perfect for those with discerning tastes. The backpack comes with a standard cross-chest adjustable harness for security along with padded adjustable straps and a padded contact surface back. The inner compartment features a laptop sleeve and there is also a sunglasses compartment, which I have never seen before.

What makes the Sully Wong different from so many other backpacks is the bottom. The bottom is reinforced with plated recycled cork underlay for durability. It also looks really cool and gives an artistic flare to your backpack. I like the confetti colour pattern on the cork background. The cord colour also gives a nice contrast to the darker upper fabric.

While I usual hate all icons as I refuse to be any company’s billboard, I rather like the symbol for Sully Wong. It looks like an outlet on the front of your backpack. These backpacks look sleek and uncluttered yet will work well for you whether you backpack to work or to school.

Unfortunately, there are nor reviews so I really do not know much else about these backpacks or the company that makes them. According to Sully Wong’s website, these backpacks are exclusive to Little Burgundy, so you will not find them elsewhere.

With free shipping and $53.50 off the original retail price, I think this is a good deal on a backpack.

Little Burgundy: Hunter Short Wellie Rain Boots $77.50 & Free Shipping

Little Burgundy: Hunter Short Wellie Rain Boots $77.50 & Free Shipping

This is a hot little deal from Little Burgundy Canada. The Hunter Short Rain Boots were $155 and are now on clearance for $77.50 with free shipping.

I have seen the short Hunter boots retail for this much used at places like eBay and Trend Trunk. It is no wonder, as the boots are very popular and cost a lot more anywhere else. Even on sale, this is the cheapest I could find the short Hunter wellies anywhere else:

  • $99.99 @ Soft Moc Canada
  • $105 @ Hunter Canada
  • $165 @ The Bay Canada

As you can see, both Hunter and Soft Moc have some of the Short boots on sale, but neither of them matches the price at Little Burgundy right now.

These boots are called ‘snowy’ and are sort of a very light blue-ish white. Currently, sizes 8, 9, and 10 are in stock. I would most certainly buy a pair at this price except that I wear a seven so they are already sold out in my size. Hunter boots traditionally fit a bit large. That is on purpose: they want to make sure you have enough room to layer in a warm sock or a Hunter boot liner to keep your feet toasty warm.

I do not imagine these will be in stock for long at this price. The cheapest I have ever seen any Hunter rain boots (tall or short) before is around the $98 range on sale.

While you may think that these are a bit expensive for a rain boot, I can assure you that they are excellent quality. When you buy a pair of Hunter boots, you are purchasing them for life. I have a pair of the black short wellies from Hunter for especially rainy days. Those boots will probably outlive me.

If you are going to own a pair of hunter wellies, I do recommend picking up the proper Hunter protection – you can find it many places like The Bay or from Hunter themselves. As good quality rubber will bloom when exposed to moisture and changing temperatures, the protection stick will restore your hunter boots to their original sheen.

Receive free shipping on all orders at Little Burgundy right now. This is an excellent time to pick over the clearance section for great deals.

Little Burgundy Canada: Extra 30% Off Sale Items

Little Burgundy Canada: Extra 30% Off Sale Items

Need shoes? Then check out Little Burgundy because you can save an additional 30% off all sale shoes, boots and handbags right now.

All the prices you see in Little Burgundy’s sale section have already received the discount. For any of you Vans fans, I spotted the Kucia shoes on sale for just $27.99. They were originally priced at $60 and come in all sizes from 5 to 10.

Even though fall is already upon us, I love wearing shoes like these anyways when it’s dry outside because they’re just so comfy once you break them in a little. Plus, for any of you with teenage daughters, you could totally get these shoes to share between the two of you… if you want to that is! Little Burgundy Canada: Extra 30% Off Sale Items

During rainy days, I would prefer boots and in fact, there are plenty of great boots already on sale as well. Although they’re not rain boots, the cheapest ones I found are the Blowfish Dwadon ones. They’re on sale for just $31.49, down from $65, and would be great for wearing during particularly windy days as they’re high-top boots with a textile outer material.

Did you know that the Blowfish brand is actually a division of Steve Madden’s brand? I have to admit that I had no idea but since I’m a huge Steve Madden fan, I’m definitely tempted to get these Blowfish boots. I have had the same pair of Steve Madden boots for a couple of years now and I absolutely love them. Although they could sure use a bit of cleaning, they are still perfect to wear (nothing has unstuck or fallen yet) even though I have worn them on a near daily basis since getting them.

Plus, until the end of tonight (October 13th 2014), you can also save more on clearance items as these are all 50% off the original ticketed price. I found the Jeffrey Campbell Tivardy boots on clearance for just $69.98, which is actually a 65% reduction from their original price tag of $200. They’re only available in sizes 6 and 7, however, but if this is your size, I highly suggest that you check them out because they boast a very universal style that can go with just about any outfit. They’re also leather, which means that they will last you that much longer! Little Burgundy Canada: Extra 30% Off Sale Items

Shipping is free on all orders over $75.
