Apple iPad Refurbished 4th Gen 32GB Was $389 | Now $323 + Exclusive Free Shipping @ Refurb.io

Apple iPad Refurbished 4th Gen 32GB Was $389 | Now $323 + Exclusive Free Shipping @ Refurb.io

I could use a new iPad soon, and this price is too hard to resist! The Apple iPad 4th Generation with 32 GB was $389 but is now on sale for $323. Use our exclusive coupon code MOOSEYDEALS to take another $16.15 off the cost of your shipping and ship completely free.

Apple iPads still have the magic touch when it comes to tablets. Whether you want to use them to run your small business or just to play some amazing games and surf the internet, the Apple iPad is one of the front runners for the top tablet. Score one today at a fraction of the cost, and it is much easier to hand it off to the five-year-old when they ask to play. Make sure you get a protective case. In all seriousness, this iPad would not only be great for kids at this price, it should also fully support the use of most adults.

This is a mid-sized iPad, boasting a 32GB memory. I find that size is more useful than the smallest 16GB version. It gives you room enough to store some movies, music and the 12,000 photos that everyone has on their iPad. I recently had more than 12,000 photos on my iPad before I did some cleaning and it was a 32GB size. There might have been a few blurry pictures. This version has a lightning cord, which is the cord for cool kids. When the dollar store switches from a regular cord to lightning cords, you are past time to upgrade. You also have dual cameras, Bluetooth, and a full clear retina display. You can also do fun things like FaceTime in HD and shoot photos with your 5-megapixel camera.

Price Comparison

When I first started writing this post, Apple Canada had a near identical 32GB iPad. While I was writing this post, that refurbished iPad went out of stock. There must have been only one or two of those at Apple Canada. Right now Apple Canada has a 4th Generation Refurbished iPad in black with a 16GB memory. This model also includes Wi-Fi and cellular options and is on sale for $429. Apple Canada also offers free shipping and a similar one-year warranty. Newegg.ca is selling a refurbished iPad that is 3rd Generation and includes 32 GB. For $549, you also receive Wi-Fi and cellular capabilities. Shipping is free for this iPad also.

Looking at brand new products that are not refurbished, I found a 4th Gen Apple iPad. This 16GB model includes Wi-Fi and cellular for $470.89 at Best Buy Canada. Free shipping for this iPad is also included.

We have managed to grab an exclusive deal for shipping for you! Shipping normally costs about $15 but can vary based on your location. Refurb.io has provided us a coupon that will knock that shipping cost off your item, by taking off $16.15 off your total no matter where you live.

As you can see for the price, you are getting a better deal at refurb.io. Something else notable is refurb.io offers a full one year warranty on all of their products. When you are buying an item that is refurbished, a warranty is even more important to ensure your product is top of the line. Refurb.io specializes in refurbished products, which should help to give you extra peace of mind that you are in good hands with your purchase.

Refurb.io specializes in refurbished products, so your product will be top notch. I sometimes hesitate for a second when considering a refurbished product because I do not want to sacrifice quality in my device. I would not hesitate to pick up a higher ticket item from refurb.io with a big savings.

Philips In Sight Wireless Home Monitor Was $120 | Now only $50 & Free Shipping @ Best Buy Canada (EXPIRED)

Posted by on June 1, 2015 at 8:41 AM

Philips In Sight Wireless Home Monitor Was $120 | Now only $50 & Free Shipping @ Best Buy Canada (EXPIRED)

Keep your home protected with the Philips In Sight Wireless Home Monitor. This home camera was $119.99, but is now only $49.99. You will also qualify for free shipping, as this item is more than the $25 minimum.

While we are all happy to throw open our doors for the nice weather, but you do have to protect yourself. During the summertime, domestic break-ins increase. While thieves are not always smart, it is much easier to break into your home when the ground is not covered in ice. Protect your family and your home with the Philips In Sight Wireless Home Monitor.

This monitor is Wi-Fi enabled and allows you to check on your camera from an iPhone or iPad whether you are home or on vacation.  From reading around the internet, it seems the app for this camera is only currently available at the iTunes store. Included with your camera is a wall mount so you can set this little camera up where ever in your home. I would recommend picking one of your entryways or monitoring your garage entrance. This handy little camera will send you push notifications when noise or motion is detected. Recordings from your camera can be placed automatically in a Dropbox account. This camera also has a warranty for a year on parts.

The Source has a comparable camera you could pick up, the ION Two Way Monitoring Camera for $149.99. Over at Walmart.ca, the Summer Infant Baby Link Wi-Fi Internet Viewing Camera has similar capabilities and is on clearance for $150. There is also a second party seller on Amazon Canada who has this exact camera on sale for $98.09, but you would also pay shipping.

There are not many reviews on this camera. It simply is not being sold many places in Canada. I went over the border to look at American reviews, and this camera sits at a solid three out of five stars across the border.  Over there some people really like the ease of use the app provides for this camera, but others report having connectivity issues. For this fantastic price, you will have to make your own call.

This is a great price for a Wi-Fi enabled camera that connects to your iPhone. Most cameras that connect to apps generally run around $100 from what I have seen with my research. You could also use this as a baby monitor, or in my case toddler trouble monitor. This could also be used as a spy cam if you are worried about something happening in your home with any service providers that enter your home. A friend of mine set one of these up and caught a housekeeper stealing from her. She now has a reliable housekeeper she loves replacing the original. Whatever you use this camera for, this is a great deal that is only good for today. You may want to grab yours now!

iPad Freebie: Get Big Fish Games’ Web Of Deceit Deadly Sands Collector’s Edition FREE (Was $7) @ iTunes Store

Posted by on May 3, 2015 at 12:00 PM

iPad Freebie: Get Big Fish Games Web Of Deceit Deadly Sands Collectors Edition FREE (Was $7) @ iTunes Store

Got an iPad? Then here’s a great game from Big Fish Games for you to play for free. It’s only free for the next couple of days, after which point, it will go back up to its original price of $6.99.

As much as you can get Big Fish Games’ Web of Deceit game by clicking on the link above and then getting it through your iTunes program, you could also more simply just bust out your iPad and download it there.

Although I don’t have an iPad and can’t try this game out for myself, it certainly looks like fun, as you can see in this YouTube video. I have played other games from Big Fish Games on my iPhone before and I can tell you that they’re definitely really fun. If you need to kill time, then a free game is the best way to go! iPad Freebie: Get Big Fish Games Web Of Deceit Deadly Sands Collectors Edition FREE (Was $7) @ iTunes Store

It’s basically a story-driven game that appears to have a mystery theme as after discovering a mysterious case while visiting your uncle, you notice that people are turning up dead after disappearing for a couple of days. Just the description alone reminds me of a Harper Connelly plot (a series by Charlaine Harris), though of course, it’s a well-used plot starter as well in fiction. Your mission is to find out whole killed them by navigating through the story line.

With this Collector’s Edition, you will also receive bonus content in the form of an extra chapter, along with access to concept art and special game-related wallpapers.

Excellent time consuming

If you would prefer to give this game a try on your PC, then you can get the PC version of Web of Deceit Deadly Sands for just $2.99 (reg. $10.21) with the Big Fish Games coupon code NEW299 if it’s your first time trying out a game from their site. Here’s a review from the PC version:

This is a great game played on the one hour free – that just flew past!!! The very pleasing game where the hero detective person is a Male!

Apple iPad2 32GB Refurbished Was $400 | Now $248 + Shipping @ refurb.io

Posted by on April 22, 2015 at 12:00 PM

Apple iPad2 32GB Refurbished Was $400 | Now $248 + Shipping @ refurb.io

If you love all things Apple, check out the refurbished Apple iPad 2 with 32 GB over at refurb.io at an awesome price. This refurbished iPad 2 was $399, but is now only $248 plus shipping costs.

We had an iPad for a little while in our house before it was broken and are on the hunt for a new tablet. Apple products are top of the line, and the powerfulness of the apps available is hard to resist. The problem can be I do not always have the cash to pony up for the technology I would like to have. For example, it is difficult to justify dropping $460 on the iPad Air 2 at Best Buy Canada or $379.99 on the iPad 2 Mini at Chapters Indigo when we already have multiple electronics including laptops, cell phones, and several iPods.

If you have been on the fence about grabbing an iPad for your house, you may want to check out this refurbished deal from refurb.io. This iPad 2 is a 32 GB and is light at 1.3 pounds. It has both a front and back camera, includes iOS 8.2 preloaded and has a screen that is 9.7 inches. A limited 90-day warranty is included with this iPad 2. This deal is perfect for a secondary device in your house.

The iPad 2 is getting harder to find these days with different variations of the iPad mini and the iPad Air moving into the marketplace. I did find a similar refurbished iPad 2 model for $379.99 at Newegg.ca. Staples Canada has a refurbished iPad 2 with less memory at only 16gb but includes a folio case for a total price of $349. You will not find a better price in the refurbished section of Apple Canada, they currently do not have any refurbished iPads of any generation.

Shipping is running $15.99 with a Quebec address and $12.99 with a Toronto address. Depending on your location, shipping will vary. This shipping price still puts you bellow the total price you would pay at Newegg or at Staples Canada by quite a bit for the same refurbished product.

If you have been itching to get a tablet but have not quite made the jump, this is a great option. I am considering a tablet that is mainly used by my kid. While I could buy a cheaper windows tablet, I want something that has a little bit of power that my husband and I can use also as it will be the only tablet in the house. My daughter is three, so the tablet is not hers alone. We also use our Apple devices for Facetime often, and while Skype is great, Facetime connects my family with much more ease. This deal might just be the solution I have been waiting for.

If you want one of these iPads, I would not think too long or it might be gone. Apple products at great prices generally are in high demand.

Chapters Indigo Canada: 60% Off iHome iD48 iPhone, iPod & iPad Portable Stereo System – Was $99 | Now $40

Posted by on January 3, 2015 at 5:30 PM

Chapters Indigo Canada: 60% Off iHome iD48 iPhone, iPod & iPad Portable Stereo System Was $99 | Now $40

While quantities last, you can pick up an iHome iD48 portable rechargeable stereo system for Apple products for just $39.60. It originally retailed for $99. Shipping will also be free as Chapters Indigo ships all orders over $25 for free.

This is the cheapest price that we have ever seen for the iHome iD48. Back on Cyber Monday, it was reduced to $49 from $99 ($50 discount) and even then, it was a fantastic deal. Of course, now it’s even better, so if you have been in the market for a portable stereo system for your Apple product, then now would be a good time to snag one.

This stereo system only works for: iPhones, iPads and iPods. It also features SRS TruBass circuitry and Reason 8 sound technology for an enhanced auditory experience.

The battery is rechargeable, so you won’t have to worry about buying or looking around for batteries. When the charge is low, you can just plug it in, while continuing to enjoy your music.

If you’re looking to use the iHome iD48 stereo system with an iPad, then you will be happy to know that it has a landscape mode. This means that you could just lay your tablet sideways to watch a movie or perhaps play music videos online.

Personally, I have an iPhone and I’m definitely considering picking up one of these considering the major price drop. Price comparing, I found this same stereo system going for $74.77 at Amazon.ca and approximately $58.54 on eBay.

There are no reviews on Chapters’ site but on Amazon, there are two reviewers that each gave this stereo system 5/5 stars. Both reviewers had a lot to say about it, so here are small snippets of the lengthy reviews:

This is one if the better sounds systems that iHome has put out. It has great sound because it has both active and passive speakers (two of each).

And here’s another:

iHome is a trusted manufacturer so I was not concerned about quality – it is well built and seems sturdy enough to handle transporting, as it is portable and able to work on its rechargeable battery. It is low profile and not as wide as the Bose. Its speakers are smaller.

Keep in mind that the iHome iD48 stereo system is only available online at Chapters Indigo’s site and you won’t be able to get it in-stores.

ITunes Store: Final Fantasy VI For IOS (iPhone, iPad Devices) | Was $16 Now $11

Posted by on November 18, 2014 at 1:00 PM

ITunes Store: Final Fantasy VI For IOS (iPhone, iPad Devices) | Was $16 Now $11

Hey there, fellow gamers! There’s a pretty sweet deal available on the iTunes Store for a limited time that will allow you to save 30% on a game that hasn’t been reduced in price before – it’s Final Fantasy VI for the iOS, which normally retails for $15.99. Now, you can purchase this wonderful game for only $10.99! Since you’ll be able to play this game on your Apple iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch, you don’t have to worry about any shipping – just pay for the game, and you’ll be able to download it to your device soon afterwards!

Click here to check out this deal @ Itunes.apple.com now

Do you remember the classic Super Nintendo game Final Fantasy III? Well the real name of the game in Japan was Final Fantasy VI (6… Square loves using Roman numerals), mainly because we didn’t get Final Fantasy II, III, and V in North America at the time of this Super Nintendo game’s release (way back in 1994). Is it sad, or kind of cool that I could still remember when this game was first released? This was back in the days when my brother and I had a subscription to Nintendo Power (a classic video game magazine from Nintendo), so we knew about all the upcoming Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Game Boy game releases at the time.

What makes this iOS version so interesting is the fact that it has updated visuals. Just take a look at how sleek the visuals look now, especially when you compare it to the original Super Nintendo version. The graphics have been completely overhauled, and while everything is still 2-D, it’s just how the game was meant to be played. Plus, there’s some extra bonuses and new monsters thrown into this version of the game, which should please many fans.

I can honestly say that when I was a younger Ivan, this was my favourite video game for many years. I just might download this game, just to experience the new updated graphics on my iPad. Plus, I loved the storyline of the game, and it had some memorable characters and great gameplay (I still remember the characters and storyline twists, and I first played this game back when I was 9 years old). I highly recommend this game, especially if you’re an RPG fan.

I’ve included a snippet of a review of this game from Arcade Sushi below:

No matter what form it’s in, Final Fantasy VI is one of the best games in the history of the medium, with its fast-paced battles, humongous world to explore, fascinating characters and bold, original story.

Happy gaming, Bargainmoosers!

Hey there, my fellow deal hunters! Best Buy is currently having a one-day sale on many of their Apple iPad models, including the iPad Air! You can save up to $50 on these popular tablets, which is a good deal to have during the holiday season! Some of the models that you can save on include the Apple iPad with Retina Display (4th Generation) 16GB ($359.99 – was $399.99), and the Apple iPad Air 2 16GB With Wi-Fi – Gold ($509.99 – was $549.99). What’s also great is the fact that you’ll also qualify for free shipping! Whooo!

There are many great Apple iPad models to choose from during this limited time flash sale! You can only take advantage of these savings today only – this flash sale will end before midnight on November 12th. This will be a very hot item on many Christmas lists this year, and you can do so many great things with these high quality and hugely topical tablets.

My iPad Mini is filled with useful apps, and I’m very happy to have it. It’s an amazing device to read eBooks on, too – and I love to browse the web and check out YouTube videos on it. It’s also fantastic to have around you whenever you’ve stumped yourself with a random question (like “where can I find a Taco Bell in town?”). In fact, my significant actually uses her iPad as an alarm clock – it’s set on an internet radio station, so whenever we wake up in the morning, we always hear some different tunes.

If you wanted to buy the Apple iPad Air 2 16GB With Wi-Fi – Gold from The Apple Store or at Staples, it’ll cost you $549. I’ve included a brief review of this tablet from a satisfied Future Shop customer below:

Too good better than last year’s iPad Air – so fast!!!!

Happy hunting, my fellow Bargainmoosers!

IGN Free Game Download: Ridge Racer Slipstream For The iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch ($2.99 Value)

Posted by on November 7, 2014 at 6:46 PM

IGN Free Game Download: Ridge Racer Slipstream For The iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch ($2.99 Value)

Any gamers out there that want to try out a free Ridge Racer game for their Apple device? Well IGN is currently having a promotion where you can now get a free download for Ridge Racer Slipstream for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch! This racing game normally costs $2.99, You can’t go wrong with a free game, especially when it’s from a reputable franchise. This isn’t just some no-name racer game – Ridge Racer has been popular on home consoles and arcades since 1995! Also, you won’t have to worry about paying any hidden shipping fees, since you’ll be downloading this game straight on to your Apple device!

The Ridge Racer series has been heralded by Namco for 2 decades as a can’t-miss racing game that anyone could enjoy. I first tried out Ridge Racer on my buddy’s Sony Playstation back when 3D graphics used to impress most people, and I loved how high-speed the racing was compared to another 3D racer that I was used to playing (Virtua Racing for the Sega 32X – it had its charm, but Ridge Racer was just so much funner in my opinion).

When I finally got my own Playstation system several years later, I ended up trying out R4: Ridge Racer Type 4, and for its time it had some amazing graphics! I guess that’s why I have an affinity for the Ridge Racer series… I get nostalgic whenever I hear the name! Ridge Racer Slipstream is a newer entry to the series, and it looks like it’s a lot of fun! Since this game is free, I highly suggest that you download it before this opportunity disappears!

Ridge Racer Slipstream normally costs $2.99 at The Apple Store. Listed below is a snippet of a review of this game from Touch Arcade:

This is a good, well-made Ridge Racer game for your mobile device. It plays the way it should, the content is fully accessible without paying if you have patience, and there’s a good amount in here with more likely to come.

Happy gaming, Bargainmoosers!

Best Buy Canada: Apple iPad Mini (Silver) With Retina Display 32GB | Was $520 Now $355 (EXPIRED)

This one is super hot, folks! Best Buy is currently having a great sale on their Apple iPad Mini (Silver) With Retina Display 32GB, and you’ll be able to save $165! It normally retails for $519.98, but you can now buy this iPad Mini for only $354.98! Plus, you’ll also qualify for free shipping! This one is very spicy, so click on the link below as soon as you can – very limited quantities are currently available, so check out this deal before these iPad Minis are out of stock!

I currently have an iPad Mini, and I love it – mine also has 32GB of space, just like this Apple iPad Mini (Silver) With Retina Display 32GB that’s currently on sale at Best Buy. I use it for everything – whether I’m checking out my banking statements, browsing the web, reading eBooks, and checking my Facebook, or watching videos on Youtube or Netflix, listening to podcasts, and playing games, my iPad Mini is almost always by my side.

There are so many useful free apps that you can get for your iPad. This Apple iPad Mini (Silver) With Retina Display 32GB also has an integrated 5MP camera, and it has FaceTime capabilities (you can have video chats with this great device). You will have plenty of uses for this popular tablet.

I am very satisfied with this Apple product. This is probably the best device for usage by people with poor eyesight. The resolution on the iPad Mini with retina display is tremendous. Many Apple users say that this iPad Mini is a major step-up from the 1st gen iPad Mini, and I totally agree.

Chapters Indigo Canada: Get Up To $120 Off Apple iPad And iPad Mini Tablets

Posted by on October 30, 2014 at 9:54 AM

Chapters Indigo Canada: Get Up To $120 Off Apple iPad And iPad Mini Tablets

Chapters Indigo is currently having an intriguing sale on their Apple iPads and iPad Minis. These pop up every once in a while, and every time they do, they typically result in mob-like scenes and mass hysteria, due to the fact that Apple products are actually on sale. Just kidding! However, these iPads usually don’t remain in stock for very long once they’re on sale, so this is a noteworthy deal that you should consider checking out. At this time, you can save up to $120 on many iPad and iPad Mini tablets, including this Apple iPad with Retina display 128GB ($679, was $799), and this Apple iPad with Retina display 128GB, Wi-Fi + Cellular ($809, was $929). You’ll also qualify for free shipping!

If you don’t have a tablet yet, then you should consider picking up an Apple iPad. With many free apps to use, these devices are incredibly handy, and can really be convenient. After all, you can watch movies, listen to music, work on spreadsheets or documents, play games, browse the web, check your social media, list things on eBay, and that’s just scratching the surface! You can accomplish these things with Android tablets as well, but I personally prefer the interface on an iPad – I blame it on the iPod Touch that I got several years ago (it helped me get familiar and comfortable with the apps and interface on these Apple devices).

Now that we’re approaching the holiday season soon (it’s going to be November the 1st this Saturday), this is an important deal to keep in mind. If you know anyone that plans to buy an iPad for their usual regular prices, send them a link to this deal that Chapters Indigo is currently having.

If you were to buy this  Apple iPad Mini 32GB with Wi-Fi and Cellular at Future Shop, it may be currently on sale for $519.99, but it’s just $499 at Chapters Indigo today. I’ve included a brief review of this iPad mini from a satisfied Chapters Indigo customer below:

I just got this in the mail yesturday… I opened it and it looks so awsome. It’s slick, thin, amazing – so amazing! I will always order my iPads from Chapters thanks so much.

These won’t be in stock for long! Happy hunting, my fellow Bargainmoosers!

Best Buy Canada: Griffin iPad 2/3/4 Backbay Folio Case | Was $49 Now $25

Posted by on October 28, 2014 at 10:43 AM

Best Buy Canada: Griffin iPad 2/3/4 Backbay Folio Case | Was $49 Now $25

Do you have an iPad? Well if you do, you should consider getting a reliable case for it. Today’s deal at Best Buy is for a Griffin iPad 2/3/4 Backbay Folio Case, which normally retails for $48.98. You can now purchase this iPad case for just $24.99 (plus $2.99 shipping). You can get free shipping if you order anything else on the Best Buy website that costs at least a penny (it will likely be easier to find something that costs $1).

When you end up purchasing an iPad, it’s important that you get a case for it that can provide it with the protection that it needs. If you bump or drop your iPad when it isn’t equipped with a protective case, the results can be disastrous. Thankfully, this Griffin iPad 2/3/4 Backbay Folio Case can help you protect your investment (iPads are pretty expensive when compared to other tablets). This case also has an alluring look to it, and it also has a pocket where you can store some business cards.

When I ended up getting an iPad mini, I purchased a case on the same day. I knew that I didn’t want to deal with the consequences of accidentally breaking an expensive electronic device like Apple’s iPad the first day that I finally got it, so I acted quickly and purchased a case from Staples. It was a bit expensive, but it was well worth it. I’ve accidentally dropped my iPad on a few occasions (thankfully it was always landing on furniture), so I’m very glad that I have that case protecting it.

If you were to purchase a Griffin iPad Air Backbay Folio Case from Best Buy, it would cost you $49.99. I’ve included a brief review of this iPad case from a satisfied Best Buy customer below:

Griffin Ipad Folio case is attractive and protects my iPad. Like the fact that you can prop the iPad up and view without holding it.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of your day, my fellow Bargainmoosers!

The Source Canada: InStudio Bluetooth Tablet Speaker Stand | Was $80 Now $20 (EXPIRED)

Posted by on October 6, 2014 at 11:30 AM

The Source Canada: InStudio Bluetooth Tablet Speaker Stand | Was $80 Now $20 (EXPIRED)

For those that own a tablet or an iPad, this item can be quite the handy accessory. Today’s deal at The Source is for an InStudio Bluetooth Tablet Speaker Stand, which normally costs $79.99. At this time, you can get this speaker stand for just $19.96 (plus $4.99 shipping). If you want to save on the shipping costs, you can also arrange to pick up this InStudio Bluetooth Tablet from a The Source location near you – you can select that option while you’re placing your order online.

This InStudio Bluetooth Tablet Speaker Stand can help you add some power to the sound of your iPad or tablet with its built-in speakers. It can also be a useful stand for those that love to read on their tablets while they’re having a meal. I know I’d find that exceptionally useful!

I have an iPad Mini, and it actually has some great sound that can come out of those speakers. However, when I’m having a workout, I always hook it up to a speaker dock, simply because I want to be able to hear the music or podcast that I’m listening to. The built-in speakers just don’t cut it for me when I’m working out, but I think they’re just fine when I’m trying to do some work in my home.

With this InStudio Bluetooth Tablet Speaker Stand, since it’s easy to carry this small accessory around the house, I can conveniently use the extra speakers that are build into this stand when I want to listen to music on my iPad Mini when I’m doing chores in my home.

The cheapest portable speaker that you can pick up at Best Buy is this Philips Universal Portable Speaker, which costs $19.99. However, it isn’t Bluetooth compatible, and it doesn’t have a convenient stand like the InStudio Bluetooth Tablet Speaker Stand does.

I’ve listed a brief review of the InStudio Bluetooth Tablet Speaker Stand from a satisfied The Source customer below:

Handy little stand. Folds up small, making it easy to carry around with you. Bluetooth connects good and it definitely sounds better, and plays louder than my tablet’s built-in speakers.

If you have a tablet, you should consider checking out this deal at The Source. Happy hunting, Bargainmoosers!

Chapters Indigo Canada: Save Up To $120 On Select iPads And iPad Minis

With the fall season comes fall markdowns! For a limited time, Chapters Indigo is having a sale on a great selection of their items, including some of their iPads and iPad Minis! One of these items, the Apple iPad 64GB With Retina Display, which normally sells for $699, can now be purchased for $579! You’ll also qualify for free shipping if you end up purchasing any of these iPads or iPad Minis.

There’s a decent selection of iPads and iPad Minis that you can choose from for this sale. Some of the ones that you can pick up today include the Apple iPad Mini 32GB with Wifi and Cellular for $499 (was $549), the Apple iPad 16GB with Wifi and Cellular for $529 (was $599), and the Apple iPad 128GB with Retina Display for $679 (was $799).

From my own personal experiences, I can say that having an iPad can be exceptionally convenient – especially if you love browsing the web as much as I do! When you’re about to get some sleep after a long day of work, it’s always nice to have my iPad Mini on my nightstand – rather than checking my emails and reading websites on my cell phone, I can enjoy the benefits of the bigger screen of this tablet. It’s also nice to watch YouTube videos on it during my workouts, too!

An iPad can also be handy for you if you’re constantly working from home. I know it’s helped me plenty of times, and you can download a ton of free apps for it that can best accommodate your needs.

At first, I didn’t think I’d really use my iPad very much, but when I ended up getting one (an exceptionally generous gift), I’ve been using it pretty much every day! I highly recommend that you check out this sale, since Apple products don’t usually go on sale as often as other tablets on the market.

If you were to purchase the Apple iPad 64GB With Retina Display on Amazon, it would cost you $689. I’ve included a snippet of a review from a satisfied B&H Video customer below:

The main reason we bought an iPad was for portability when we travel. The second reason was to try some educational apps for our son. The larger screen makes it easier to use and read than my smart phone, but it’s more portable than a notebook. The battery life is adequate, and overall, it performs faster than I imagined it would.

Check out this sale while these iPads are still in stock! Happy hunting, Bargainmoosers!

Best Buy Canada: $100 Off All Apple iPad Airs + Free Gifts

Best Buy Canada: $100 Off All Apple iPad Airs + Free Gifts

Best Buy Canada is offering $100 off all Apple iPad Air tablets just in time for school. They also have oodles of fantastic promotions piled on top of this discount, including a free gift bundle with your tablet purchase (valued at $60) and more.

The best deal here is going for the smallest device. Purchase the Apple iPad Air – 16GB – Wi-Fi – Space Grey or Silver for only $419.99 instead of $519.99. I price compared with Staples, Apple, and Walmart who all have the iPad Air at full price (though Walmart is $1 cheaper than original full price). Apple Canada will be coming out with new iPad models this fall, thus I assume that Best Buy Canada is getting a head start by dropping their prices before other sellers.

Not only will you save $100 off your iPad, you will also receive a free Insignia tablet cleaner and six months of McAfee LiveSafe kit with the purchase of any iPad ($60 value). The tablet cleaner will be added to your cart and a promo code for the McAfee redemption will be emailed to you within two to four weeks of your purchase.

The savings do not stop there. You will receive 50% off any school supplies that you purchase with your tablet. This is a huge deal as Best Buy Canada already has good discounts on many school supplies. This Sharpie Neon 5-Pack Assorted Fine Point Markers is currently 50% off at only $4.95. Add the tablet to your cart first and then add the school supplies. When you add the sharpie pack, it comes down to $2.48. Take advantage of this discount on more expensive items like Desk Organizers and Dry-Erase Board Supplies.

There are several other promotions going on including:

The same $100 off iPad Air tablets offer is available at Future Shop Canada, but some of the bonus offers are different. They are not offering the extra 50% off school supplies for one thing, which makes this deal so alluring.

This promotion has many extra features to it that make it so much better than just $100 off an iPad. The extra 50% off school supplies is my favourite offer, and the free bundle with purchase is nice too.

Receive free shipping on orders of $25 or more.

Apple Canada: Get $25 iTunes Card When You Buy Apple TV

Apple Canada: Get $25 iTunes Card When You Buy Apple TV

As if you need another reason to want an Apple TV, buy one from Apple and you’ll be rewarded with a $25 iTunes card.

Considering every store has it for the $109 price that Apple is selling it for, I’d much prefer to buy it directly from the source – Apple – for two reasons. The first reason is the gift with purchase of the $25 iTunes card, which would be used very quickly in my house, but will give us a lot of music for free. Second, why would I buy from a secondary source when I can buy it directly from the company who makes it? This way I know if something happens to it, contacting them will be a breeze.

While I have something similar, it doesn’t really compare to Apple TV and what I love about it is that I can use iCloud to store my movies and music and play them on all my Apple devices. I also have about one million (probably not exaggerating) photos stored in iPhoto on my Mac, that would be great to put look at on my Apple TV. I can also make a movie using iMovie and watch it seamlessly on the big screen.

While this promotion is an awesome one, there is also another promotion for back to school. Avi blogged about this at the beginning of July, but you might want a refresh on the details. If you are going to post-secondary school, buy a Mac and you’ll get a $110 apple store gift card. Interestingly, this is exactly what the Apple TV costs. I’d really like to know if you bought the Mac, got the gift card, used it to buy the Apple TV and then got the free iTunes as well. That would be amazing. If you buy an iPad or iPhone, you’ll get a $55 gift card. Both the Mac and the iPad are also eligible for education pricing too, so if you are going back to school, I’m just full of deals for you. You don’t have to be going back to school to get the Apple TV deal.

All items over $75 qualify for free shipping.
