Quickbooks Canada: 50% Off An Online Subscription

Quickbooks Canada: 50% Off An Online Subscription

Today only, you can get a subscription to Quickbooks online for 50% off. Get the Essentials for only $9.50 a month (regularly $19) and the Plus for only $14.50 a month (regularly $29). The EasyStart is only 20% off, now $7.20 a month (regularly $9).

You don’t need a coupon code for this sale as the prices are already discounted for you. If you run your own business, you need Quickbooks. I run my own business from home, a very small business, and this is definitely something I can use. I am not all that organized with receipts, invoices and expenses, and I could use a little nudge in the financial getting-it-together department. At these low costs I could definitely look into Quickbooks and the great thing is that I could probably claim it as a business expense on my taxes in the end. Score!

My husband could probably also use this, as although he is an employee, he works from home and has significant expenses outside of the workplace. He has this basket where he throws all his receipts into and month after month, some are missing. I bet his boss would even be accepting of getting Quickbooks for him, especially when he says it is 50% off.

There is a handy list that details what each program has available. All of them will track your income and expenses, let you send unlimited estimates and invoices on the go, download transactions from your bank and credit accounts, allow you to access your data online and give you Quickbooks online Payroll. You can also print checks, record transactions and your data is also automatically backed up.

The Essentials, which really is the best value, also lets you manage and pay bills and lets you control what other users can access. The third option is the Plus, which lets you track inventory and create and send purchase orders. This sounds like something that would be great for someone who sells actual merchandise, and not just services like myself.

Quickbooks: 50% Off Quickbooks Online

Posted by on February 18, 2014 at 3:00 PM

Quickbooks: 50% Off Quickbooks Online

By clicking through the Bargainmoose link to Quickbooks, we are going to save you 50% of what you’d pay if you didn’t click through. Instead of paying $19 a month for Quickbooks Online Essentials, you’ll pay only $9.50. Instead of paying $29 a month for Quickbooks Online Plus, you’ll pay only $14.50. Also, if you want to try Quickbooks Online EasyStart, you can do so for free, instead paying $9 a month.

It also looks like there are some deals on the desktop version of Quickbooks, so you should check those out too.

The version of Quickbooks you choose depends on where you are in your business – starting it, managing it or growing it. I could totally use Quickbooks as I do manage a small home-based business and the excel spreadsheets I’ve been using don’t always cut it.

What’s great about Quickbooks is that you can use it on any device including PC, Mac or mobile and multiple users can use it. If you have to do payroll, manage inventory or create estimates or invoices, Quickbooks can help you with all of this.

Because these are online services, there are no shipping fees, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Staples Canada: Quickbooks 2014 Now $29 (Was $89)

Staples Canada: Quickbooks 2014 Now $29 (Was $89)

Get Quickbooks Online Easystart 2014 for only $29, was $89 at Staples this week.

The other day I posted about Quickbooks being only $50 at Amazon, but Bargainmooser Sherri let us know that Staples was going to have it on sale starting today. So in case you missed her comment, I’m going to let you know now!

This is the exact same program I blogged about, so I’m not going to bore you with the same details. But, this is an amazing deal, saving you $60! I thought the $50 price tag was a good deal, but this is outstanding.

The only thing different here is that Staples charges for shipping unless your order is over $45, unlike Amazon (which is $25), so unless you buy something else you’ll be paying that charge. The charge is $15, so it is quite worth your while to spend the other $16 and get something else.

Amazon Canada: Quickbooks Online Easystart 2014 Only $50 (Was $90)

Amazon Canada: Quickbooks Online Easystart 2014 Only $50 (Was $90)

Get your books in order easily and online with Quickbooks Online Easystart 2014, now only $49.99 at Amazon, was $89.99. I priced compared at Staples and even at Costco and both were selling this item for $90, so this is a great deal saving you $40 (which is almost half the price).

Save yourself some frustration and hassle and let the program do the work for you. Having my own small business, this is something I really could use. I do all of my own bookkeeping and my own taxes. My husband works for a company, but he has to track expenses and it can get daunting. I am horrible at math (which is why I write), so although I do all my own bookkeeping, I often get frustrated figuring things out. This item would be perfect for both of us.

Basically, you use this software to manage finances, with no math needed. You can create and send unlimited professional invoices and work with your accountant in real-time. You can track your income, expenses and profit easily.

Shipping will be free on this item.

Amazon Canada: Intuit QuickBooks Over 35% Off ($50 to $150)

Amazon Canada: Intuit QuickBooks Over 35% Off ($50 to $150)

Get your books in order with Intuit’s Quickbooks from Amazon. Get the EasyStart version for only $49.99, was $79.99 (and price compared higher at other retailers) or get the Pro version for only $149.99, was $229.99 (and also price compared much higher).

Tax time is pretty much over for most of us and I’m sure some of us had a horrible time with it. Why not keep organized for next year with the ever-handy Quickbooks software?

The reviews are good on both of these 2013 versions. Fast and easy, which is the best way to do the books, QuickBooks will help you save time, money and keep you organized. Could QuickBooks come over and do my filing please?

The Pro version has over 100 reports built right in to the software, such as profit and loss, balance sheet and tax. You can easily see what you’ve ordered, what is in or out and track your orders. This is a great tool for small business accounting.

The Easy start version is easy to use, lets you see the money going in and out and maps all of your expenses right onto your tax return. You can produce professional invoices and even send them out using the software. With 20 built-in reports, your taxes will be effortless next year.

Shipping is free on both products.

Intuit QuickBooks: Free Trial For 30 Days – No Credit Card Required

Intuit QuickBooks: Free Trial For 30 Days – No Credit Card Required

Intuit QuickBooks is offering a Free 30 day trial with no credit card required. Just sign up online, you can cancel your free trial anytime.

Make sure to download the starter guide for all instructions.

QuickBooks is a wonderful thing to have whether you’re running a business or just keeping track of household income and expenses. Everything can be imported from existing files like email or excel and it’s actually quite user friendly.

Getting started is actually quite easy, just follow all the steps listed for you and samples are always available or use the help menu for a quick answer.

You can keep track of all your banking with detail. You can set up a connection between your bank and QuickBooks and have your transactions downloaded in a format of your choice (no manual entering). Once you have set up the initial basic information, QuickBooks can do the rest; you just enter information as it is acquired.

Keep track of everything from income to expenses, banking, taxes, customers, suppliers and so much more. QuickBooks will also generate any report you require from a snapshot of your company to supplier balance detail.

Once you have set up your information, you can access your QuickBooks account online from your Iphone, Ipad or Android so you can still stay on top of everything, even while your away.

I would sincerely recommend this for anyone who needs to file taxes, (which is all of us). You can just send the file to your accountant and everything they need will be there already, no need to carry that huge file of papers.

If you choose to keep you QuickBooks Online, you will be billed at $19 a month, starting at the end of your 30-day trial. I personally think that’s a fair price for peace of mind. I can’t lose the file because it’s online.
