I find the Forever 21 store one of the most frustrating stores to shop at, in terms of layout, presentation, organization, and quantity. I  go in there sure that they have the particular lace-y item I want to complete my outfit and 45 minutes later I am drowning in clothes still not having found even close to what I am looking for.

I find shopping on their website a much better experience.
