Bass Pro Shops (US) Coupon Code: Free Shipping on $75

Bass Pro Shops (US) currently has a coupon code for free shipping when you spend $75 or more at their online store. I think it is perfect timing because their Online Fishing Classic Sale is currently happening and their Outlet store is well stocked.

Click here to shop @ Bass Pro Shops now

  • Coupon Code: DEAL14
  • Discount: free shipping on $75+ to Canada
  • Expiry: Unknown

There will be a $3.50 brokerage fee charged on all Canadian orders because this is a US store. However, if you are a major fisher and this store has what you really need, then this coupon and the sale could be a god send! Because this is a US store (with only a few locations in Canada) I was looking for the best deals and though the fishing sale area is pretty nice, I gravitated towards the outlet.

I found these HotMocs Boot Covers that were $39.99 and are now $9.77 (76% off), which are great for keeping your feet warm. Another great deal is this Deluxe RodBunk – Fly Rod that was $30.99 and is now $11.77 (62% off), which makes it far easier to transport your rods.

Here are a few more good deals:

These are all big deals on great outdoor wear and equipment. I added a few items to my cart to test out how much shipping would normally be to Canada, and it was over $20. So you are saving a good deal on shipping alone. Your order will ship from the US, so customs/duties may apply. If you live in Calgary or Toronto, you could also pick up your order in store.

All prices in USD.

Sportsmans Guide Canada: Spring Fishing Event

Sportsmans Guide Canada: Spring Fishing Event

While I am the farthest from a Sportsman that you could ever see, I know that outdoor pursuits are huge in this country. So huge that, while on a recent trip to our fair city of Winnipeg, we realized just how much the men there love fishing! So, this post is for the incredible men of Winnipeg and across Canada who love to snag a big one on the line. Sportsman’s Guide has a huge sale on with discounts of up to 50% off the retail price.

My oldest son actually really loves fishing and knew it from the first time he ever tried it. He is always begging Daddy to take him, but Daddy is more of a golfer, so Grandpa is going to have to do (which is great!). I, on the other hand, had my first and last fishing experience as a child after my brother snagged me with his hook and the worm was lost down my shirt. My son was given a cheap child’s rod, which broke the first time out, but seeing the deals here, I think he could get a better rod for not too much money.

This Quantum Axius spinning combo says it is strong and ready for action! It sells for $45.73, but you’ll save around $20 and pay only $25.71.

If what you really need are crappie tubes (and who doesn’t?), then check out this 541-piece Southern Pro Crappie Tube kit. It is $18.51 and was $26.29.

Being a member of their buyer’s club will save you even more coin, so you should check that out as well.

Even though Sportsmans Guide has a Canada URL, they are actually located in the U.S. and ship from there. Your shipping fees depend on the amount you order, and the site will calculate any duties or other fees you may need to pay at checkout so there are no surprises.

AceBoater Canada: Get $10 Off Your Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)

AceBoater Canada: Get $10 Off Your Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)

Gonna run a boat? You need a license. Get it at Ace Boaters Canada and save!

Click here to get your PCOC @

  • Coupon Code: ACEBOATER1
  • Discount: $10 off PCOC
  • Expiry: Unknown

These are the basics of the law we’re talking about here:

The boating license is now mandatory for all operators of motorized pleasure craft. Even if you are not the owner, when you operate a motorized boat, you must have proof of competency. There’s no minimum age to obtain the boat card. Regardless of the driver’s age, everyone is required to have the same same card.

The boat license is valid for life and allows you to operate all motorized pleasure craft (including electric motors) throughout Canada. If you do not have your operator card with you, you are subject to a $250 fine.

You can get the entire rundown of the PCOC and the coupon code on the Ace Boaters site.

If you’re on this site, it’s because you want to save money and I suspect that, for most of you, a $250 fine is not part of your overall money saving scheme. The course is $49.95, and you save $10 with this coupon. That means it’s only gonna cost you $39.95. There are extras you can add on, too. If you want three cards, it’ll be an extra $9.95 and a printed study book will be $19.95. The course is online and shipping is FREE for your card and the physical book, if you choose to get it.

For more deals from Ace Boater, stop by the Bargainmoose forum.

Do you have a boat? Do you use it for fishing or just to cruise around the lake? Let me know in the comments below!
