    eBooks.com Coupon: Exclusive 12% Off

Bargainmoose has another great exclusive coupon code available for all of the Moosers out there that love to read. Get 12% off books at eBooks.com! We had an exclusive coupon for them last year and they were gracious enough to renew it for us for a few more months!

Click here to shop online @ eBooks.com

    • Coupon Code: bargainmoosecp
    • Discount: 12% off most titles
    • Expiry: 31st March 2013

As Krista mentioned the last time we had an exclusive from eBooks.com, there is a variety of devices that you can read these ebooks on:

    • iPad and iPhone
    • Android phones and tablets
    • Kindle devices
    • 400+ devices that run Adobe Digital Editions
    • Kobo devices (check out the deal on the Kobo Mini @ Chapters right now)
    • Mac & PC computers
    • Sony tablets
    • Nook

I do have to say that their search engine really doesn’t work well. I typed in Life of Pi and got absolutely nothing remotely like the book Life of Pi. However, they do seem to have a good selection with new books added frequently, so I am glad we have this great exclusive.

Nowadays, most people have 1 or more of these on hand at their home.  We actually have 3 of these devices, so needless to say I was excited about this exclusive coupon.  I like the fact that you can have a bunch of books on hand without the bulkiness of an actual paperback or hardcover book.

Here are a few suggestion of the great titles to choose from:

I like that you can get older and newer books, and the prices are very reasonable.  It is also a bonus that you can get the books for a variety of devices so you are not limited to shop at a particular store.

eBooks.com 20% Off Kids & Young Adult Fiction

Posted by on August 1, 2012 at 9:00 PM

eBooks.com 20% Off Kids & Young Adult Fiction

This week on eBooks.com, they’ve releases a new coupon code which can get you a 20% discount on kids and young adult fiction titles, all on ebooks there.

Click here to use the eBooks.com coupon code online

    • Coupon Code: friendship20cp
    • Discount: 20% off books in Children’s & Young Adult Fiction Category
    • Expires: 7th August 2012

The very popular range of Twilight novels is included in this deal, and here are the prices along with some comparisons elsewhere:

    • Twilight for $7.19 ($10.79 paperback @ Amazon, digital $8.99 @ Kobo)
    • Breaking Dawn for $7.19 ($12.99 paperback @ Amazon, digital $8.99 @ Kobo)
    • Eclipse for $7.19 ($10.82 paperback @ Amazon, digital $8.99 @ Kobo)
    • New Moon for $7.19 ($10.79 paperback @ Amazon, digital $8.99 @ Kobo)

Alternatively, you can buy the whole Twilight Saga collection for $29.59 in total – compare this to $62 for the real books at Amazon, or $36.99 at Kobo.

That’s just one example of a popular range of books. I read these books a few years ago when they were just starting to get famous, before the massive world-wide fame of the movies. I enjoyed the books quite a bit, but I did find that they were very same-y. And very frustrating too. Was I the only one hoping for some Bella and werewolf action?

eBooks.com Back To School Coupon Codes

Posted by on July 22, 2012 at 7:00 PM

eBooks.com Back To School Coupon Codes

Usually, eBooks.com only have one single coupon code each month, and it’s for a 20% discount on select categories. But this month, they have released a slew of new coupon codes, for various dollar and percentage discounts, as a back-to-school promotion. We thought it was worth a post for all of these coupons, as ebooks in general are becoming more and more popular, so it’s good to have a few sources to find the cheapest deals!

Here are all the coupon codes this month:

Click here to use the eBooks coupon codes online

    • Coupon Code: july555promocp
    • Discount: $5 off $55
    • Expires: 31st July 2012
    • Coupon Code: BTSBOOK%SALEcp
    • Discount: 5% discount
    • Expires: 31st August 2012
    • Coupon Code: bts2012bookscp
    • Discount: $10 off $100
    • Expires: 31st August 2012
    • Coupon Code: categorysalecp
    • Discount: 20% off Photography, Poetry, Law, Music, & Travel
    • Expires: 31st July 2012

You can read titles from eBooks.com on these devices:

    • iPad and iPhone
    • Android phones and tablets
    • Kindle Fire
    • 400+ devices that run Adobe Digital Editions

With these eBooks coupon codes, the prices of the various ebooks will be discounted in your shopping cart. For example, James Patterson’s “I Michael Bennett” costs $14.99 or $13.49 when you apply the 5% coupon. To buy this title as a real book from Amazon.ca would cost you $15 anyway. However, this isn’t the case with all books that I price compared – some were actually more expensive to buy in ebook form, which made no sense whatsoever. Do your due diligence and price compare before you buy!
