Gaggleup: iWantWhite Teeth Whitening System (Was $309 now $39)

Gaggleup: iWantWhite Teeth Whitening System (Was $309 now $39)

Gaggleup has a really sweet deal on their website right now.  They are selling the iwantwhite teeth complete whitening system at 87% off, for just $39 with free shipping and taxes included.

This is a great alternative to getting your teeth whitened at the dentist or buying those strips that don’t work the best. The price for this deal is only $39 (regular price is $309).  That is a huge saving! This is also a great deal because you have a year to use it.

Here are some of the highlights of this deal:

  • Unlimited vouchers per person
  • Limit 1 voucher per order on merchants’ site
  • Voucher redeemable online (link will be provided on your voucher)
  • Allow up to 72 hours after purchase for redemption
  • Expires 6th January 2013

Here is a review for this product:

I have to say that I was very satisfied and the results surpassed my expectations. I had my teeth whitened at a dentist about 7 or 8 years ago and I recall paying $300. I honestly had better results with your whitening kit using it at home.

Canadian Tire: Boxing Week Sale (22nd 29th Dec)

The boxing week sales are starting early at Canadian Tire and the  Boxing Week flyer has some great deals. This sale starts 22nd December, 2011 and ends 29th December, 2011.

Here are some of the hot deals that I spotted in the flyer

With the boxing week sale starting prior to Christmas, it’s a great place to finish up those last minute gifts on your holiday shopping list. While you might just think of Canadian Tire as a stop for the men on your list, there are plenty of gift options for women and kids as well (like a stand mixer!)

Bargainmooser leebrux scored himself a free $10 voucher for uploading the full Boxing Day flyer to Bargainmoose! More details of the contest here.

Canadian Tire Canada: Holiday Shopping Event

For one night only, 16th November, 2011 from 7-10pm, Canadian Tire stores are holding a Holiday Shopping Event.

There will be $25 gift card for the first 100 customers in line per store and you’ll also have a chance to win a $1000 Canadian Tire Gift Card! There will be in store product demos and exclusive offers on national brands.

On my Canadian Tire shopping list this week is a Home Collection Fat Analyzer Bathroom Scale at 70% off. On sale until 17th November, 2011 for $16.99 (reg. $57.49).

I’ve been wanting a scale that measures in less than 1 pound increments which is what my current scale does. I’m not too sure about knowing my body fat. That’s a little scary!

UPDATE: While we phoned Canadian Tire yesteday to confirm this was nationwide, they’re now saying it’s only in a few select Winnipeg area Canadian Tire stores. Sorry folks!

Canadian Tire: Save 50% Off 13 Person Broadstone Tent

If you are planning on camping this summer and need some equipment, Canadian Tire has a great sale on the most important piece of camping equipment, the tent! Get 50% off the huge 13 person Broadstone Tent.

The Broadstone tent is on sale for $129.98 (reg. $269.99) until 15th July, 2011. The 21 x 17 foot tent has room for 13 with 4 separate rooms. Tons of room for a family and all their gear! I would never think that 13 people would actually stay together, but having done some tenting, this would be a great size for a family of 4-6.

One reveiwer rates it 5 stars, saying

This is an excellent tent and well worth the money as far as I am concerned. Setting this tent up is an ease, coloured coded poles go with fabric colour. Took two people less than 20 minutes first set up, no broken poles, no ripped corners, fly went on with ease. We are very happy with tent and are looking forward to more future uses of it.

This is an in store only deal at Canadian Tire.

Shark Easy Sew Sewing Machine For $80 @ Canadian Tire

Posted by on December 16, 2010 at 2:00 PM

Shark Easy Sew Sewing Machine For $80 @ Canadian Tire

This deal is from the current issue of the Canadian Tire flyer. The Shark Easy Sew 32 Stitch Sewing Machine is regularly $159.99, but it is half price this week only. It’s now $79.99.

You’ll have to buy this one in-store though, cannot purchase online at Canadian Tire (sadly)!

I laughed when I saw the name of this sewing machine – The Shark. It does look a bit like a shark! I don’t know much about sewing machines in general, but it could be a good one for a beginner. Reviews are mixed though, with some people saying that this sewing machine is great, and others saying that it is horrible. You decide!

I was talking about sewing with some friends the other day – doesn’t that sound like an interesting conversation! But seriously, I was commenting on how people are really getting back into sewing, knitting and crafts, with the way things are in the current worldwide recession. Instead of just throwing out clothes that are slightly worn or damaged, people are finding new and interesting ways to mend them, or tailor the clothes to their individual personalities. On Etsy, I see a lot of people doing this kind of thing and selling them on for a bit of a profit.

Apparently sales of dewing machines are really increasing all over the world!

It reminds me to tell you guys about a certain Canadian store – Bargainmooser Petey recently dropped me an email about a store he found – grabascab. They sell patches which can go on kids clothing. You don’t need to sew them though, they are sticker patches.

Canadian Tire Scratch And Save Event

Starting tomorrow, Friday the 22nd of October 2010, Canadian Tire is having one of their “scratch and save” events, over the weekend!

You will be able to find scratch card along with this week’s flyer, if you were lucky enough to get it through your mailbox. Alternatively, you can ask for one in-store and it’s likely they will give you one then.

The scratch and save event at Canadian Tire means a discount of at least $5. There are also $10, $25, $50 and $5000 gift cards too! You must spend at least the amount on the scratch card. So if it is a $25 prize, your order must be $25 or more.

I’ve heard stories of people going out a raiding dumpsters, trying to get as many of these coupons as possible… I’ve never done that!
