Burger King Canada: $1 Frozen Lemonade Or Soft Serve Ice Cream

Burger King Canada: $1 Frozen Lemonade Or Soft Serve Ice Cream

For a limited time, stop by a Burger King restaurant near you to get either a snack size frozen lemonade or a soft serve ice cream cone for just $1 each!

Burger King isn’t one of the take-out restaurants that I ever frequent but I’ll definitely be stopping by to take advantage of one of these dollar deals. McDonald’s has a similar deal where you can get either a McCafe Iced Coffee, a fountain drink or a Dasani bottle of water for $1 each but Burger King’s two deals are definitely even more enticing, especially since they’re both absolutely summer-appropriate.

The dollar deal on the frozen lemonade is only available in a snack size 1oz size but that’s actually the size I would prefer having after a calorie-filled combo meal.

I have to say that I have been particularly addicted to Dairy Queen‘s Blizzards lately but at about $5 a pop with the taxes, my addiction is starting to take a toll on my budget, so the dollar deal on the ice cream cone is the one that I’ll be ordering. It’s the kind of promotion that is great for a hot summer day, especially if you’re out and about with kids. You could even make it an excursion to visit a Burger King in order to have your kids play at the jungle gym and to follow up with an ice cream or frozen lemonade.

Since there is no word on this deal’s exact expiry date, I suggest you take advantage of it as soon as possible. Be sure to let us know in the comments section which deal you choose and when you had it! Burger King Canada: $1 Frozen Lemonade Or Soft Serve Ice Cream

Until July 4th 2014, you can also take advantage of these Burger King printable coupons to save on a variety of burgers and combo deals.

Burger King: Small Coffee is Just $0.25 Every Day

Posted by on March 31, 2014 at 2:30 PM

Burger King: Small Coffee is Just $0.25 Every Day

For a limited time you can enjoy small coffees for just $0.25, every day at Burger King restaurants.

Got a quarter? Then you can get a coffee! Seriously, what can you buy for a quarter these days — even pay phones (if you can find one) charge 50 cents for a phone call now. But at Burger King you can buy a small coffee with your quarter, or treat yourself and three friends for just a loonie (plus tax)!

I know other restaurants like McDonald’s often run free coffee promos, but while you’re waiting around for another one of those, why pay more than you have to? This Burger King offer is available at all participating Canadian locations right now. Though it’s worth noting that the fine print of the offer states that “price and participation may vary.”

The discounted price is valid on a small-sized coffee only, no refills. Burger King has improved their coffee with a new premium blend of 100% Arabica beans, so if you weren’t a fan in the past it’s a small investment to see if you like the new flavour! And if the cheap coffee isn’t enough to make it worth your while, you can also get a coffee-muffin combo for $1.59 right now.

Burger King: Free Fries Fridays

Burger King: Free Fries Fridays

Starting this Friday, Burger King has an awesome freebie happening every Friday.  Head into your local Burger King and get a free french fries with no purchase necessary.

You will be able to get your free french fries every single Friday from 12pm-2pm until November 1st. The free size that you will get is called their sample size, which is most likely the kids size of fries.  Considering french fries are not the greatest thing for my diet, a sample size sounds perfect to me!

There is a limit of one per customer per day so if you go every Friday until the promotion is over, that is a total of four free french fries.

Burger King: Free Fries Friday

Burger King: Free Fries Friday

On Friday the 27th of January 2012, Burger King Canada is hosting Free Fries Friday! On that day, they’re offering TOTALLY free fries, with no purchase necessary!

There’s an advert for Free Fries Friday on the Burger King home page, but it doesn’t tell us much when we click on it, other than what you can see in the image above. There are some terms:

One free small size french fry per person. While supplies last.  At participating restaurants, excluding highway and movie theatre locations.

Apparently, Burger King are changing over to new thicker cut fries, so this sounds like a marketing promotion to get people in to the restaurants to try them out. If I’m passing a Burger King outlet, I’ll definitely be calling in for my free fries. I hope they’re not mega busy though, but I think that they probably will be pretty hectic.

I’ve always liked Burger King’s fries, I’ve always preferred them over McDs. Which is your favourite?

(Expires 27th January 2012)

Burger King: Free Coffee Fridays

Burger King: Free Coffee Fridays

During the month of November you can get a free 12 oz. cup of Seattle’s Best Coffee on every Friday in November (sorry we missed yesterday!) This is only valid during breakfast hours at Burger King.

The great news is you have November 12, 19 and 26, 2010 still to get your free coffee.

Thank you so much to Mooser AF who sent us a message on Twitter about this promotion!

I have friends who drink coffee, and they say Seattle’s Best is really good, better than Starbucks. In your books, how does Seattle’s Best coffee compare?

Burger King: Original Chicken Sandwich $1.99 (October)

Posted by on October 2, 2010 at 3:00 PM

Burger King: Original Chicken Sandwich $1.99 (October)

For the month of October Burger King is offering the Original Chicken Sandwich for only $1.99. I’m not sure how much it cost before, as I don’t think I have ever been to a Burger King, but it sounds like a good deal. You get a nice chunk of chicken in a bun for a toonie (taxes extra).

It says ‘at participating restaurants’ so you might want to check to make sure your local Burger King is in on this deal. Oh, and if any of our Moosers know how much it cost before this promotion, drop us a line: I really prefer to know starting prices when I post deals and it would be of great help for comparison.

This deal expires October 31, 2010.

You can get a hold of and print out the coupon from this Burger King page here, until March 11th, 2009.

This free coupon is given to us courtesy of the VisaPerks website, and of course you have to use your Visa card when you make your purchase.

Did you read about the “Burger King Whopper Virgins” recently? It’s a bit of a strange story… the BurgerKing marketing team went round the world to find people who had never eaten a hamburger, or been exposed to McDonalds or Burger King advertising… like in Romania or Greenland. They gave these “burger virgins” a Whopper and a Big Mac to see the reactions. Some people didn’t even know how to pick up a hamburger.

The whole thing has created some publicity for BK… which I’m not too sure if I like or not. The blogosphere has kind of taken offence to the whole campaign, as Chris wrote here on the Businessethics blog.

Are you a Whopper or a Big Mac lover?

Thanks sinevil2.
