So, I generally test all coupons before posting (unless it requires my credit card info before the coupon area) and this was no exception. I added 2 items and used the 15% off coupon, and it worked! Then I added a pair of jeans, and they worked for the free shipping. BUT: they also added something else rather odd into my cart! See image below:
