I’ve found a Spafinder promo code which gets you a bit of a discount when you are buying your spa gift certificates online.

I tested this on a $50 gift certificate, and it worked – bringing the total down to $40.
When I did a quick search on their site, it found 399 spas in Canada, so quite a few to choose from. You can search to see if there is a spa near you, in your area. Then, when you buy a gift certificate from Spafinder, you can use it at that location.
