From looking at their delivery fees, shipping is normally a flat rate of $8.75 for any order under $75. So I think this free shipping promotion, with no minimum spend is a pretty good deal.
Spa Boutique sell loads of lovely skincare and body products, so it could be worth a browse around their site. If there is a particular brand that you like, check out the prices there and see if it is worth buying online, rather than your local stores. You could save quite a bit!
