Why is it – I can’t print these coupons for the life of me. How frustrating. I have a Mac, should that make a difference?

it says this is for canadians, after going through the process and installing an exe. it says its only good in the usa…so its garbage, so fn frustrated with coupon sites…
Why does it say $2 and only prints for $1??
