Over at Staples.ca, there’s a pretty nice deal on the HP 2TB USB 3.0 Desktop Hard Drive – it’s only $109.91 right now, that’s only $0.05 per GB!
The hard drive comes with free shipping too, as it is over the $50 threshold for online shopping. The deal is valid to the 26th June or while quantities last, so I would say to snap one up now if you are interested.
This type of device is ideal for some extra storage on your computer. It’s a great idea to have something like this to back up all your important documents and pictures from your home computer. That’s what I do using an external hard drive. Every couple of months, I back up all the photos on to my drive, and my partner takes it to work with him and stores it there. It means that it’s out of the house just in case anything happens to it here, and we’ve got a safe back-up of all our much-beloved photos.
