I’ve just done a thread for Superstore food coupons, and I’ve just stumbled across an “Extra Foods” grocery coupon too! We had a similar printable coupon last month as well. If you spend $200 on your grocery shopping at ExtraFoods supermarket, you’ll receive a free gift card worth $25. You can then use this on your next purchase there.

A $200 minimum spend isn’t too bad… it’s do-able, if you stock up on some of your basics and necessities. These free grocery coupons are great, you can really save yourself quite a few dollars by checking for online coupons before you do your food shopping!

I read quite an interesting article over at ITBusiness about Canadians wanting more and more online coupons rather than clipping from newspapers and magazines. But alas, the grocery stores are denying us that privilege as they are worried about the risk of fraud. With grocery prices on the rise, I’m always on the hunt for free coupons!
