Fongo, Dell Voice, and Freephoneline.ca are all the same thing now. Unfortunately the last month and a half has been an exercise in unreliability. The forums http://forum.fongo.com/ are packed full of people who have been experiencing both inbound and outbound problems on and off since before xmas. Their support team has not disclosed what the problem is or announced when it will be fixed. Their status page http://status.fongo.com/ shows all services as "up" when sometimes they are not. emails to their support addresses are responded to by an autoreply that says to wait up to three days for a response but a response never comes, and there is no telephone number you can call.
