Is there anywhere that this book can be purchased in a store as opposed to online? Regardless of the book being sold out, I am just curious where one might go normally to get one if they were in stock.

just to let you know it’s 19.99 us dollars not canadian when using this site i got my credit card bill and they charged us-cdn exchange
