I have had bad experiences with DealFind. When people post issues on the comments board, the DealFind staff would delete any comments they think may remotely detour people from buying the product. Examples:

1. The "regular price" of a deal was wrong. The actual regular price is less than advertised, making the discount less than advertised. They ignored/deleted all user comments regarding that and MADE the merchant reduce the regular price to MATCH the deal. All the while denying they ever did it.
2. They ignored complaints about how taxes should be calculated on a deal. Even when customers have confirmed with Canada Revenue Agency that DealFind was indeed over-charging tax, the comments were ignored. DealFind insisted they were right.
3. They offered deals from merchants that were not responsive to phone calls and emails. When customers point that out, they deleted the comments.
