Checkout 51 is a relatively new app on the market, but one that I thought would be good to mention to the Bargainmoosers. The app designers are based in Toronto – it’s a Canadian grocery cashback app! With this app, you can get cashback on your in-store grocery purchases, when you buy select items. It’s currently available on the Apple app store, but will be coming to Google Play soon.

Let’s take a look at some of the grocery cashback offers which are available as I write this:

• $2.50 for Heinz Ketchup (750mL+)
• $2 for Cheerios (400g+)
• $1 for Coca Cola (2L)
• $4 for 3 bricks of Philly
• $3 for Huggies Wipes

As you can see, there are some top brands on there, so I think these are pretty good cashback offers.

How to get cashback:

Buy the items of offer within the dates required, take a photo of your receipt, and upload it through the app. Quite simple!

When I heard the name of this app – Checkout 51 – I immediately thought of Area 51; but this app has more to do with grocery shopping than aliens!
