Lowe’s Canada: 70% Off Bissell 48K2C CleanAlong Vacuum – Was $229 | Now Just $69 (& Free Shipping!)

Posted by on April 26, 2015 at 9:06 PM

Lowes Canada: 70% Off Bissell 48K2C CleanAlong Vacuum Was $229 | Now Just $69 (& Free Shipping!)

Need a new vacuum? Here’s a hot deal on the Bissell 48K2C CleanAlong vacuum. At Lowe’s, you can currently get it for just $69, which is $160 off its original price of $229 — that’s a whopping 70% off! Shipping is free as well.

The Bissell 48K2C vacuum is the kind that simply follows you around or more specifically: “cleans along”. Lowes Canada: 70% Off Bissell 48K2C CleanAlong Vacuum Was $229 | Now Just $69 (& Free Shipping!)

Personally, I much prefer those kind of vacuums as opposed to the upright ones as there is no risk of it falling on you when you’re on your hands and knees trying to vacuum a tight corner. I have an upright one that is due for an upgrade and it constantly falls over whenever I’m trying to use one of the attachments to vacuum tricky spots — very annoying!

For those of you who are tall or have tall significant others who typically do all of the vacuuming, the Bissel is also really cool in that its height can be adjusted. It also has plenty of other very neat features like:

  • full bag indicator
  • tools may be easily stored on the on board wand
  • comes with crevice tool for tights spots
  • includes upholstery tool for fabric, drapes & cushions
  • comes with dusting brush

Great on both bare floors and carpets, this vacuum also has a variable suction control! I’m not entirely sure in what kind of situations this would be most useful for considering that personally, I like having the most suction possible but it could perhaps be used on a delicate carpet that could easily be ruined by too much suction.

It also has an automatic cord rewind, which is always a major plus. Having to constantly unwind and wind the cord back up is never fun.

There are no reviews for this handy vacuum on the Lowe’s site but on Amazon, where it’s currently on sale for $130.84 (reg. $199.99), it has a total rating for 4/5 stars with 8 customer reviews. Nearly all of the reviewers praised this Bissell vacuum for its strong suction and its many functions. Plus, many of those also stated that they wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family!

Rona, on the other hand, has this same vacuum for as much as $189!

Get Wunderground Premium FREE For 3 Months With This Promo Code (+ Chance To Get An Extra Free Year!)

Love using Wunderground for all of your weather updates but hate all the ads? Here’s a gift code to get 3-free months of their Premium membership, which is normally $10 per year. There is also a possibility for an extension of 12 free months. Keep reading to find out how you can it.

Click here to get a free membership @ Wunderground.com now

  • Coupon code: QWV35
  • Discount: 3 free months of Premium membership
  • Expiry: Unknown

Even a regular cost of $10 per year isn’t all that much considering that it comes down to less than $1 per month or more specifically $0.83 but there’s nothing like getting a Premium membership for free instead of having to pay for it!

Wunderground’s Premium membership features absolutely zero ads while you browse their site, along with no ads in the e-mail updates that you receive from them. It also includes longer radar loops. Plus, whether you get the basic or the premium membership, you will also be able to upload pictures, post blog and comment on the Wunderground articles.

Follow these steps to get 3 free months:

  1. Go to Wunderground’s homepage
  2. Click on the user icon on the top right corner of the page
  3. Start creating an account by entering your e-mail address, a user name and a password
  4. Click the box next to “I have a gift code for a Premium membership
  5. Enter the above-mentioned gift code
  6. Click the green button for a Premium membership

If you already have a Wunderground account, then you can try to get the 3 free months by adding the above-mentioned code to your “member settings” page.

It might take a couple of seconds or even minutes to loads (it took some time for me), but eventually, when you receive the 3 free months, you will be re-directed to Wunderground’s homepage. Some Moosers have been reporting that they received 12 free months in addition to the 3 free months by either entering the gift code: CLASC or CLSIC in the member settings page, which you can access by re-clicking on the user icon after your account has been creating. Neither one of these codes worked for me but they are certainly worth a try as it might just work for you! In either case, be sure to let us know if you succeed in getting the 3 months or even the additional yearly membership.

Starbucks Canada: 25% Off During Home Brewing Event

Posted by on April 26, 2015 at 3:30 PM

Starbucks Canada: 25% Off During Home Brewing Event

Starbucks Canada is offering 25% off select coffee, tea, syrups, and more during the Home Brewing Event.

Are you looking for a yummy daily coffee? Try out the Starbucks True North Blend that is on sale from $15.95, and is now down to $11.96 for 1 lb. This blonde roast tastes light-bodied and mellow. it is a perfect coffee for drinking throughout the day. Enjoy the subtle hint of roasted nuts.

Are you looking to perk up your morning coffee routine? Drop your regular roast and be bold! Try the Starbucks® Fairtrade Certified Italian Roast for a bit of a perk-up. Originally $16.95, a 1 lb bag of whole beans is on sale for $12.71. This is a bold roast with hints of caramelized sugar. Expect a sweet and roasted flavour. Maybe you can skip the sugar?

I can think of a myriad of uses for the yummy Fontana Caramel Sauce (63 oz) on sale from $29.95 that is now down to $22.46. Try it in your hot drinks, on cold drinks like milkshakes, and on ice cream! You could even drizzle it on the top of muffins, cake, and donuts. I think most my baked goods could be improved with a little caramel sauce.

As one reviewer says:

Like butterscotch, but more carmel-y. Great on ice cream. The pump is so easy and there’s zero drip or clean-up– a bonus. In coffee, it’s just sweet enough, and the milk in the caramel gives enough smoothness that it takes the edge off of the cup, without requiring milk or other sugar.

16 out of 17 reviewers give this sauce a perfect 5/5 star rating.

If you are working with a pod brewer, then pick up a few coffee pods on sale. Now is a good time to try new flavours in the 12-count boxes. You always want to try a smaller amount of new flavours before purchasing bulk boxes. If you do not like the flavour, then you are risking so very little. The Caffè Verona Brewed Coffee Verismo Pods were $11.95 and are now on sale for $8.96.

My favourite Starbucks product is their Tazo Chai Tea Latte Concentrate that you mix with milk for amazing Chai Lattes. I used to buy this stuff and add it to milk – in a pot, over the stove. You slowly warm it up (careful not to boil) and can use a whisk to froth the milk a bit. Originally $5.75, the box is now on sale for $4.31.

Starbucks shipping is $7.95 and free on $75 or more.

NCIX.com: Sinclair Audio Active Bluetooth Speakers Were $349 | Now $89 & Free Shipping

Posted by on April 26, 2015 at 1:33 PM

NCIX.com: Sinclair Audio Active Bluetooth Speakers Were $349 | Now $89 & Free Shipping

NCIX.com has discounted the Sinclair Audio WBT30BK 3″ Active Bluetooth Speakers from $349 down to $89 with free shipping. I am not sure if the original price is inflated, but this kind of speaker system usually retails around $200 so I figure this is a good deal.

These speakers have multiple inputs so you can connect anything from brand new devices to the old stereo system that you dug out of your grandparent’s attic. Connections include line in audio, optical in audio, and Bluetooth audio as well. You can connect your iPod, TV, computer. There is no need for a separate amplifier; you have full control over the speakers via the small included remote control.

There are not a lot of reviews, but the ones there are quite positive. Most people bought them on sale for around this price (slightly higher) and highly recommend doing so as well. One reviewer said:

Using these as my computer speakers and the Sound quality is excellent! You can hear every little nuance and the 3″ subs surprisingly produce great lows.

Another reviewer commented on the quality for the price he paid:

Worth every bit $100 I paid and I would venture to say I would buy them again at $200. Great product by a Canadian company.

I am curious if you can have all your devices connected at once without having to disconnect them. You could have your smart phone connect via Bluetooth, your computer connected via audio in, and the TV connected via optical in. I wonder if you could keep all three devices attached and it would just play whichever one you have on at the time. If you get a set, then let me know.

The only negative I possibly see is that the speakers lack controls built into them. If you just happen to lose the remote control, then you cannot adjust the speakers. Resolution: do not lose the remote control.

Given the reviews and the sale price, I consider this a rather nice little deal. Free shipping is valid as long as this speaker system is in stock. If it does go out of stock, you may want to try our exclusive NCIX.com coupon for free shipping. It could work on out of stock items, I do not know.

Note: If these speakers are showing as $99, try refreshing your link.

Microsoft Canada: MSI Leopard (i7, 8GB, 1TB) Gaming Laptop Only $809

Posted by on April 26, 2015 at 12:52 PM

Microsoft Canada: MSI Leopard (i7, 8GB, 1TB) Gaming Laptop Only $809

Microsoft Canada is selling the gorgeous MSI GP60 Leopard-665 Signature Edition Gaming Laptop on sale from $899 down to $809.10 with free shipping with educational discount.

Now, I discovered something interesting at the Microsoft Store. You just need to pick a province and an institution. You do not actually need to supply your student ID, so almost anyone could – if they wanted – take advantage of this deal. You just need to click ‘educational store’, put in your province and your institution, and it will give you the discounted price.

Microsoft Canada: MSI Leopard (i7, 8GB, 1TB) Gaming Laptop Only $809

Now, you may think that 10% off a laptop is not that big. However, I chose this laptop for a special reason. I was looking for the least expensive laptop with an i7 processor. I was personally looking for myself and for a friend of mine who wants speed. I told him about this laptop and he said “but I don’t game” and I said, “it doesn’t really matter – gaming laptops are built for speed.” The MSI GP60 Leopard-665 Signature Edition Gaming Laptop is one of the cheapest laptops I can find with in i7 processor and good stats.

The laptop’s stats are as follows:

  • 15.6-inch (396.24-millimeter) Full HD display
  • Intel Core i7-4710HQ
  • 8GB memory/1TB HDD
  • NVIDIA GeForce 840M graphics

Now, I price compared this laptop with NCIX.com where I found the same model but different stats. The MSI GP60 Leopard laptop with i5-4210H processor, 8GB RAM, and 750GB hard drive costs $949.99. So, you are paying $140 more for a slower processor and a smaller hard drive.

Now, I also found the one that matches the stats sold by the Microsoft Store. The MSI GP60 Leopard i7 4700HQ, 8GB, 1TB, with the same graphics card costs $1099.99. While they advertise a mail-in-rebate that drops the price to $1039.99, this laptop is still $230 more expensive at NCIX.com than it is at Microsoft Canada.

I also checked out prices on Amazon Canada. The same configuration with a slightly better graphics card costs $1099.00 at Amazon Canada. There is a secondary marketplace seller that is selling the same stats and graphic card MSI laptop for $1091.16.

Essentially, this is a very good price for this laptop. Even comparing with base i7 models, you can rarely find a laptop with an i7 processor for under $800. There are a few, but they generally have very small hard drives (half the size), half the RAM, and a normal graphics card.

Steam Powered: 75% Off The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Now $5.49

Posted by on April 26, 2015 at 11:56 AM

Steam Powered: 75% Off The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Now $5.49

Steam Powered is offer 75% off the highly celebrated The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Originally $21.99, the game is on sale for only $5.49.

This game is one of the best. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim earned a Metacritic score of 94/100. However, Skyrim has had a recent flash of negative reviews on Steam Powered. What is up with that? Well, it appears that Steam is now charging people for mods and the gamers are afraid that this will result in a plethora of crappy mods that people just threw together to make a quick buck. Thus, the negative reviews are not of the actual game itself, but rather this recent change from free DLC to paid DLC mods.

As one reviewer put it:

Once upon a time there was a game called The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, it was a very good game with a loving, creative community around it. That community was now ruined by the Pay4Mods plague…

There is some serious hate going on over the paid mods update.

Now, if you can handle paying for your mods or do not like downloading that many mods to start with – this is an excellent deal for the game. I price compared with all iterations of the game on Amazon Canada. The cheapest Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was for the Xbox 360 @ $17.91. The PC version retails for $28.52 @ Amazon Canada.

Trying to find cheaper, I visited best Buy Canada. They offer previously played versions for $14.99, but this is still nowhere near Steam’s price. Recycled editions on EB Games also retail for $14.99 each. Of course, these prices ignore shipping costs. Obviously, it is cheapest to buy the game on Steam’s platform with this sale.

If you want a bigger package, then you should pick up The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Legendary Edition for 66% off its retail price. Originally $43.99, the legendary edition is on sale from $14.95. EB Games has the recycled version of this game for $34.99. I also found other console versions for $38+ at Best Buy Canada and Amazon Canada. I am not sure you can get this game cheaper anywhere else.

This deal ends tomorrow, so scoop it up while you have the chance.

Dell Canada: XBOX Live 12-Month Gold Membership Was $60 | Now $44.99

Posted by on April 26, 2015 at 11:35 AM

Dell Canada: XBOX Live 12 Month Gold Membership Was $60 | Now $44.99

Dell Canada has discounted the XBOX Live 12-Month Gold Membership from $59.99 down to $44.99 with free shipping.

I price compared this membership with the prices at other online retailers. Here is what the competition is selling the Xbox Live 12 month membership for:

  • $48.99 @ Costco Canada
  • $56.83 @ Amazon Canada
  • $59.99 @ Best Buy Canada
  • $59.99 @ Microsoft Canada
  • $59.95 @ Chapters Indigo Canada
  • $56.83 @ Walmart Canada

Dell Canada’s price is the best out of all the competition. Costco does come close, but is still a few dollars more. If you are a gamer on a budget (is that an oxymoron?) then this is an excellent choice to get in on the Gold benefits at Xbox Canada. As I have mentioned before, having an Xbox gold membership gives you access to exclusive deals that are not available to the ‘public’. You can just check out the “Deals with Gold” section in Xbox Canada to see what games you can score.

40% off Call of Duty: Ghosts Digital Hardened Edition is one of the exclusive deals you can purchase with your Gold membership. The retail price for the game is $99.99, but it comes down to $59.99 with your Gold membership. You can easily see how a Gold membership can quickly pay for itself in savings on other games – especially the big titles and popular sequels.

the Xbox Gold membership allows you to play games with friends on the multiplayer network. You also receive free games each month as an Xbox Gold member. On top of that, you can save up to 75% off games in the Xbox Store. Previously, I have seen 50% offers on popular games such as Duck Dynasty and more.

I was recently reading about gaming consoles and the shift to monthly / yearly paid memberships. While many players would like to see that end, it appears to be here for good since PlayStation recently switched to a membership base as well with the PS4. I wonder if the major PC gaming platform will also switch to membership in the future. I think that would be terrible. Gaming console companies are making it nearly impossible to get away without a membership these days, so deals like this help save your pocket book an extra few dollars.

Have you ever listened to an audiobook as opposed to sitting down and turning the pages of a book in your hand? If you have, you’re probably well aware of Amazon’s service, Audible.com, and the fact that they have a free 30 day trial during which you can get a credit to download one audiobook. But did you know that there’s a potential way to get a discount on your membership once that trial is finished? Here’s how… read on.

Sign up on the above link and claim your free 30 day trial. Get one audiobook, which is yours too keep. Even if you cancel the trial, you can still listen to this book for free, outside of the trial period too. You can still access your account and anything you have purchased in it.

Once I had signed up to the 30 day free trial and chosen my one free audiobook, I then used the cancel link in my email to cancel the trial. When I got there, I selected the option, “I didn’t realise I was in a membership plan.”

Audible.com: Free 30 Day Trial Then Get 50% Discount on a 3 Month Membership ($7.49PM)!

On the next page, I was then offered to get the next three months at half price, as you can see here:

Audible.com: Free 30 Day Trial Then Get 50% Discount on a 3 Month Membership ($7.49PM)!

This means that instead of the regular price of $14.95 per month, it is $7.49 per month for the next 3 months. During this time, you get 1 credit per month. And just in case you were interested, the credits, if unused, roll over to the following month (up to 6 credits).

There are so many good audio books on Audible.com, from some of my favourite authors! Here are some of my top picks:

And I didn’t actually realise that there were radio shows on here too, such as:

You usually have to spend $50 or more to get free shipping. For orders under that amount, regular shipping usually costs you $5 on the Call It Spring site, so the coupon code will save you that amount!

Unknown Expiry!

We first got the coupon code through in an email two days ago and it stated that the promo was a limited time offer. The email did not state an expiry date, so we’ve got no idea when it ends. If you happen to be browsing the Call It Spring site and see something you like, now would be a good time to buy.

Clearance Section – 50% to 70% off

The first place I go to when I see a coupon code for free shipping, is the clearance or sale pages. On the clearance pages just now, all Call It Spring shoes are reduced by between 50% and 70% discount! Sizing is very limited though so it might take a good bit of browsing for you to find what you want, in your size. I’ll hit you up with a few examples:

Sale Section – 33% off?

There are more varied items and sizes in the sale section here but the discounts are not as deep as in the clearance section. Having a rough glance at the pages, it seems that you can save up to 33% on many items in here.

Curiosity Box Coupon Code: Get $10 Off a 3 Month Sub!

Posted by on April 25, 2015 at 4:00 PM

Curiosity Box Coupon Code: Get $10 Off a 3 Month Sub!

The Curiosity Box is a subscription box service which sends you a monthly parcel of crafts and activities, with the aim of stimulating curious young minds of between the ages three and seven. We’ve mentioned them here on Bargainmoose before, but we’ve just spotted a new coupon code which can save you a few bucks on your order.

Click here to use the Curiosity Box coupon code online

  • Coupon Code: SUMMER
  • Discount: $10 off a 3 month subscription
  • Expires: 15th May 2015

As you can see, if you take out a three month subscription, you will save $10 when you apply this coupon code. A subscription will cost $77.85, so this means you are getting it at the reduced price of $67.85, as well as free shipping each month. If you have more than one child in your house, you can get a sibling add-on for an extra $11.95 per month.

Signing up now means you will get your first box through to your home in June 2015, at which point you can start crafting. Here’s a bit of a blurb about the service:

Each month, receive a fun filled box of crafts and activities delivered right to your door! The theme will change monthly depending on the current holidays or events…that’s the curious part of receiving a subscription!

Eva actually tried out the Curiosity box with her kids when she first wrote about this company, a few months ago here. If you have more than one kid in the house, Eva recommends that you get the sibling add-on… it will save fights and sibling rivalry!

Stocking Up Tip

Order the boxes now and save them up, don’t use them all right away. Put the Curiosity Boxes in a cupboard for a rainy day… when the kids are whining about their ongoing boredom and inability to self-entertain. You’ll get a couple hours of fun out of the Curiosity Boxes that you have stashed away. I did this when I took out a similar subscription box in the past, it was very useful indeed.

Costco Canada: $30 Off Ooma Telo 2 VoIP Home Phone Service Bundle (+ 3 FREE Premier Service Months – $60 Value)

Posted by on April 25, 2015 at 3:30 PM

Costco Canada: $30 Off Ooma Telo 2 VoIP Home Phone Service Bundle (+ 3 FREE Premier Service Months $60 Value)

Are you still using a landline phone to make all of your phone calls? Get Ooma instead. It will allow you to make free Canadian and long distance calls just by using your internet. Right now at Costco, the Ooma Telo 2 VoIP home phone service bundle is on sale for 99.99 (reg. $129.99) and also comes with a bonus offer of 3 free months of premier service, which is a $59.97 value.

To call anywhere in Canada or internationally, all you need to do is plug the Ooma, connect it to your internet and use a regular phone. There’s no need for a PC or even a headset as everything is done via your internet connection.

What I find cool about the Ooma is that even if your internet happens to crash, then all calls will be re-directed onto your cell phone.

As I already mentioned, this Costco deal includes 3 free months of Premier service but after that, you would need to subscribe to the service and the costs depend on the features that you want. At its core, the Ooma Premier is $9.99 per month (or $119.99 per year) and you have the option of tacking on additional features like: enhanced voicemail, number porting, extended warranty, directory assistance and a couple of others.

Out of 21 reviews on Costco’s site, the Ooma scored an impressive 4.1/5 stars with reviews like this one:

I have been on Netalk and tried Magic Jack. No way they come close to OOMA. Cost is more but well spent. Setup was easy. The others dont have customer service. OOMA is great.

Alternatively for those of you with a business, the Ooma Office VoIP business phone service is $50 off. Originally priced at $249.99, it’s now $199.99 and includes 3 Linx wireless phone jacks, conference calling and get ready for this… a virtual receptionist. Plans for this one start at $19.98 per month and you have the option of transferring your current number.

I’m sure some of you would prefer to pick up an electronic like this in-stores but there’s no way of checking if your local Costco carries the Ooma. On the bright side, if you order online, then it will be shipped straight to your door for free within 4-10 business days, with every chance of it being even quicker than that.

Joseph Nogucci Coupon Code: 65% off Iris Engraved Jewellery!

Joseph Nogucci Coupon Code: 65% off Iris Engraved Jewellery!

With Mother’s Day coming up soon, I thought you’d be interested in another potential Mother’s Day gift deal. This time, I’ve found a really good coupon code from Joseph Nogucci, which gets you a 65% discount on the price of the engravable charms in the Iris range on their site.

Click here to shop the Iris engravables now

  • Coupon Code: MOMCHARM
  • Discount: 65% off the Iris range
  • Expires: Unknown

In the Iris range, you can choose from a number of bracelet and bead sets, in various colours. Here are some examples of the different colour combinations that you can choose from.

From those above, I particularly like the sea stripe edition. You can then choose the wording on the charm…. Whether that’s just a simple, “I love you Mom,” or something fancier.

If you want an extra charm on one of the bracelets, you can pay for this Engravable Charm on its own. It’s priced at $40 but it drops down to only $13.33 after the coupon code is applied.

If you want to, you could add a few more beads or charms to the bracelet. Each is an extra $13… so the cost on those could really bring up the total.

Canadian Shipping

Shipping to any address in Canada is $5.99. Considering you are saving a lot of money with the above coupon code, then an extra $5.99 for shipping isn’t too bad. Of course, free shipping would be MUCH nicer, but we can’t have everything we want, eh?

I own one of the bracelets in the Joseph Nogucci range, I love it and wear it quite often even though I’m not much of a jewellery wearer in general.

Every so often, Claritin makes free trial sizes of its popular product available but only for a limited time. This freebie is set to expire a couple of days after the Black Friday week-end, so make sure not to miss it, especially since it could also end beforehand if all the samples are claimed. However, there is no way of knowing if the Claritin samples are almost out of stock or not, so make sure to claim yours as soon as possible.

I’m one of the lucky ones who doesn’t suffer from allergies but my hubby non-stop coughs, sneezes and blows his nose. Of course, it doesn’t help that he’s allergic to cats and we have two of those troublemakers but in any case, I can tell you that Claritin helps his right away. It’s best if you take it on a daily basis, so whether you have already tried their products in the past or are looking to give it a try for the first time, this sample pack is sure to help budget-wise at least a little bit.

A couple of weeks ago, my hubby had particularly bad symptoms and I rushed to get him Claritin from the pharmacy. I kid you not but not even 20 minutes later, he was back to normal. I’m sure it depends on each person but it’s still worth a shot if your allergy symptoms are bad.

Keep in mind that this Claritin freebie is for a free pack of non-drowsy tablets of 10mg.

Do you live in Quebec? Although you won’t be able to claim a free trial size of Claritin, you can, however, get a printable coupon for $3 off the purchase of 20 tablets or more. In many ways, this is perhaps even better than the freebie because rather than waiting for your sample pack to arrive, you can print the Claritin printable coupon and immediately head over to a pharmacy near you. A 20-tablet Claritin pack usually retails for about $15, so with a $3 rebate, this amounts to about a 20% discount.

LEGO Chima Flying Phoenix Fire Temple Was $140 | Now $84 + Free Shipping @ Amazon.ca

Every boy loves it – LEGO Chima. Sometimes it is hard to find certain sets on sale, and LEGO Chima can get expensive. Right now Amazon.ca has the LEGO Chima Flying Phoenix Fire Temple on sale from $139.99 down to $83.87. This is the lowest price around on this set, and you’ll even get free shipping.

LEGO Chima is a fun way to promote imaginative play. This set has lots of 5 star reviews, and I am sure you know why. LEGO Chima is a high quality type of LEGO that can be fun for the entire family. While it can be quite expensive, we keep our eyes peeled for the best deals on this stuff (among other things of course). So you will be happy to know that if you shop at Amazon Canada while supplies last, you can pay just $83.87 for this LEGO Chima Flying Phoenix Fire Temple instead of the original price which was $139.99.

This particular LEGO Chima set includes 7 minifigures and their weapons. The weapons can be pretty small, so if you have younger children you may want to remove these before allowing them to play. The minifigures are:

  • Fluminox
  • Flinx
  • Foltrax
  • Tormak
  • Li’Ella
  • Stealthor
  • Vroom Vroom

There is even a saber-tooth vehicle with an intriguing clawing function, ball shooter, scary ice fangs and a flyer that detaches. The Phoenix Temple is about six inches high, 17 inches long and 17 inches wide, so it can take up quite a little chunk of space. The included saber-tooth vehicle is about 6 inches high and 8 inches long, so it is not small enough that it could easily get lost. There are 1301 pieces, so it is up to you to keep count, haha. Maybe that is why this set is best suited for children ages 9 through 14. How old are your kiddos that play with LEGO Chima?

I did a little price comparison to ensure that this is the best price around, and it really is. Sears Canada has this LEGO Chima Flying Phoenix Fire Temple for $139.99, but they are sold out. You will find this toy for $139.99 BestBuy.ca and ToysRUs.ca as well. Since this item is well above $25, you will even get free shipping on your purchase from Amazon.ca.
