Canadian Tire is having a big in-store sale starting today, and one of the beautiful deals they are offering is 50% off a KitchenAid Gourmet Attachment Pack which includes the 2 slicer/shredder, food grinder, and sausage stuffer attachments. Regularly $199.99 you can buy it for only $99.99!
Thank you to my Dad for spotting this deal and bringing it to my attention. He would like to try the grinder and sausage stuffer attachments to make deer sausage. I am primarily interested in the slicer/shredder attachment. One day I want to replace the food processor!

This is the last item we need to get.
The slicer shredder will not replace your food processor. I bought it because I have problems with my hands so continuing to use my hand held slicer/shredder with a hand crank was not working for me. The big shredder made like ripple chips because my potatoe was a little old and my carrots came almost as mush with the small shredder. I bought a Ninja kit which Canadian Tire had on sale for $36 and it had three sizes of containers with multiple blades and this does a much better job than a food processor and replaced my Oster blender.
