After the 2 weeks became 4 weeks, I grew "fed up" and asked for a refund which I received. However, then their story changed and they said that the item was damaged when it was initially mailed back to them. Posting this info here as I originally heard about the company on this blog. First, it was sent to a wrong address. When it was finally returned to the company, they told me it would take up to 14 business days to resend the item to me.
