Where do I enter the coupon code? Is this $15 off the current order or $15 credit towards a future order? I was told by BTR that the $15 is for new customers only. Please clarify ASAP.

You have to be a first-time customer: so just create a new profile with a new email address. Then, apparently you have to put the coupon code in at the time of account registration. OR, I chatted with the rep and they were going to put the credit on manually.
Don’t put your order through until they put the credit onto your account.
So, yes it’s a misleading coupon code.
I wouldn’t buy with Beyond the Rack! Ordered in September and did not receive my order and it was the second week of November. Email notifications stated order was shipped in October and on its way to BTR where it will then be sent to me. Asked me to email back in a week and see what the progress was. Two weeks later, emailed back asking about the order and they stated that the item that was originally ordered did not ship because the item was unavailable.
