Best Buy Canada: Bring In Any DVD For Recycling And Save $5 On Select Blu Ray Purchase

Best Buy Canada is offering an awesome deal for Blu-Ray DVD’s. Just take in your old DVD and recycle for $5 off a new Blu-Ray. Prices vary on select DVD’s available. Offer available in-store only and expires August 17th 2012.

We all have those old DVD’s lying around. You know, the ones that no one watches anymore, or perhaps a little scratch makes them jump or skip. Why not trade up for something new and a better picture quality.

Blu-Ray DVD price categories before $5 discount:

  • $9.99
  • $11.99
  • $12.99
  • $14.99
  • $19.99
  • $24.99

I have several DVD’s to recycle, but only a few Blu-Rays that interest me out of the selected ones available.

Commando is one of them, (my son collects Arnold movies), priced at $9.99. Another awesome movie is Taken, priced at $14.99. I can’t resist Liam Neeson and for this price, I’ll buy it for myself.

I have waited for this movie to be on sale at a price I found acceptable and here it is. Avatar for just $19.99, before discount. This movie is amazing, if you haven’t seen it, you owe it to yourself, just once.

There are 120 different movies to choose from, so check it out, there’s bound to be something you like. Don’t forget to sort through your old DVD’s to recycle, there doesn’t seem to be any limit as to how many you can exchange for $5 savings.

While you’re there, take a look at this popcorn bucket for $4.99. Kids love this, it gives a sense of theatre atmosphere”.
