Our lovely senior editor Avigayil did an interview on CTV news Toronto yesterday! Avigayil was questioned about store return policies, coming from an online shopping perspective. Didn’t she do well?

hmmm something to think about. never thought of exchange/return policies changing during the holidays. I do know winners extends their 10 day return policy if you buy anything after October
*falls over* Ya know, for a 7 minute interview they really don’t show much on TV! LOL
