I can’t believe it! Bargainmoose is FOUR years old this month! We first posted here on the 16th of August 2008, and here we are four years, and more than ten thousand blog posts later. But this site wouldn’t exist in the form it is now without YOU guys – the Bargainmoosers! And to repay you for being my loyal Moosers, I am going to have a super-fantastic Canadian giveaway.
“What can I win,” I hear you ask. Well, you can win a NEW 16GB wi-fi iPad worth $519. Do you want it? DO YOU WANT IT!! I’ve only got an iPad 2 myself, and even I want it!!
As well as that fantastic top prize, we’re also going to be giving away TEN iPod Shuffles, each worth $49, over the course of the next ten days. Check back daily to win one of the iPod Shuffles and to gain more entries to win the new iPad. Tomorrow will be the official “Day 1″ of the contest, where we will give out the first iPod shuffle, as well as bonus entries to the new iPad contest.

Hmm, had my second daughter delivered into the world, travelled to Mexico, bought a new home, and had a good time doing it all!

I’m getting divorced after getting hit by a drunk driver & incurring a brain injury. But on the bright side I have been busy raising my wonderful son & adopting a crazy dog whose antics puts Marley to shame!
I graduated from university, and changed part-time jobs. I also got sponsorship to open my own business, dated an ex-boyfriend for a couple of months, and now, have a bright future ahead.

Some family illnesses, from which everyone has recovered, thankfully. But mostly just everyday life has happened.
What happened in the last four years? Not as much as I would have thought, it seems time has really flown by! One of my brothers got married, so that’s three down, three siblings to go

In the past four years I have watched President Harper systematically change Canada to make it more like his favorite country. He has increased the age of consent, instituted elections cycles in 4 intervals, cut taxes for the rich, increased crime sentences, started the process to build mega jails, has increased military spending, and has created a structural fiscal deficit which I believe is intended to lead to the eventual gutting of funding for Medicare.
Can anyone guess which is President Harper’s favorite country?

Within the last four years, finally got the immigration process completed to move to Canada from the UK, have been here 3 years now! Can apply for citizenship!!!
Husband working, I am working and both girls settling down now, so been hectic and exciting four years
In the last four years I have moved to three different cities, including a move across Canada.

Over the past 4 years I got pregnant, had a baby… a year of mat leave (Thats when my obsession with bargainmoose really kicked in helping me be more frugal). During my mat leave I finished up my masters degree and my husband finished his. My son started school :S I carried the olympic torch for the winter games
We are now settled into mama back to work and my son starts grade one. It certainly has been filled with milestones!!
